No era nada cómodo, solo tiene la cama y ya, nada para dejar las cosas. Olía mucho a tuberías todo el tiempo, los baños atascados y sucios. Pedimos al tercer día que limpiaran la habitación (cambiar sábanas y barrer el suelo) y no lo hicieron.

The hostel is very stylish, the staff were friendly and the location is excellent. The beds were clean and good towels were provided. It has a pool on the rooftop and offers some events (with limited spots).

While the hostel is stylish, it surely wasn't built with the guests in mind. The dorm rooms were 14 beds each and 3 or 4 of those rooms had to share 5 toilets and showers. The rooms have no window and lights that are either on continuously or turn on each time someone moves through the room. The corridor to the bathrooms is visible from the streets, so anyone walking past could see you going to the loo at night. The pool on the rooftop is nice, but not undercover or very deep, which makes it rather warm and not very refreshing. The hostel was also not very social, so don't recommend it for solo travellers. Also, the room key deposit was 1,000THB, which I thought was too much. Every other hotel or hostel were charging max 300THB

היינו יומיים בלי מים חמים, אך שברגע שהלכנו לדבר איתם זה סודר. בנוסף הצוות במלון מועט כך שבמידה ומישהו לא היה מגיע לא היה לו מחליף , היה לנו בעיה עם הכספת וביום למחרת הגיע מישהו לסדר זה היה ממש פשוט . פשוט לא היה מי שיבדוק זאת . בנוסף החדר היה נורא חשוך ויחסית ממש ממש קטן .

No podes tener las valijas en la habitación lo cual es muy incómodo a la hora de cambiarte.

La localisation est incroyable ! Le lieu est très beau, la piscine sur le toit très agréable et il y a des activités de qualité proposée chaque jour accompagnées par un super guide ! J'ai séjourné dans un dortoir de 6 personnes, c'est confortable et il y a de l'espace à l'intérieur des capsules pour poser ses affaires, c'est vraiment très appréciable ! Je me suis passé une nuit en chambre individuelle agréable et bien équipée.

Le prix exorbitant de la chambre individuelle ! Sinon, sur la partie dortoir, il fait trop chaud dans les capsules individuelles. Les sanitaires sont également insuffisant pour le nombre de personnes et je ne les ai pas trouvé très propres..

Gab einen täglichen Zimmerservice in den Doppelzimmern, die Lage war top und das Ambiente war auch sehr nett

Die Doppelzimmer waren sehr klein, kam auf den Fotos nicht so rüber, außerdem hat das Badezimmer in dem Zimmer sehr gestunken, kam vom Abfluss, das war sehr unangenehm zum schlafen. Der Preis für dieses kleine Zimmer war daher nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist auch ziemlich klein und nicht Geschlechter getrennt.

El alojamiento está muy chulo, y las sobas comunes están muy bien, tiene buena ubicación y un ambiente muy joven.

Para nosotros, una pareja, teníamos una habitación individual y se nos quedó bastante pequeña, no había sitio para dejar ropa ni las maletas y el baño era muy pequeño. También había hormigas y algunas toallas estaban sucias. Para nuestra situación calidad precio creo que es caro para lo que ofrece

Nos alojamos 3 noches en una habitación privada, son muy pequeñas (ya lo sabíamos) pero no era tan importante para nosotros ya que fueron pocos días y pasamos el día fuera, además el hotel tiene unas zonas comunes maravillosas, amplias y con vistas al mar, sofás enormes, bar/restaurante abajo y zona chill out y de piscina en la planta superior. La cama comodísima. Aire acondicionado. Si vas más días si aconsejo coger la suite que parece más amplia. La energía del lugar es maravillosa. Los desayunos que fue lo que probamos muy ricos y la cerveza fría. En plena playa de Sairee en toda la zona céntrica al lado de mil sitios, bares, tiendas, restaurantes... El personal muy amable, tienen actividades todos los días, contratamos q través de ellos la excursión que hicimos y el traslado al puerto. Volveríamos ❤️

El baño tenía muy mal olor, como a cañerías/humedad... La habitación era muy pequeña pero ya lo sabíamos.

best hostel i’ve ever stayed at!! so clean and nice. very cute bar upstairs with a smoking area and amazing view right out to the beach. it is basically 10 metres from the beach

Perfect location, variety of activities during the stay, and nice staff. It's my second time choosing this accommodation and I will definitely come back on my next visit.

La musique trop tôt et trop tard Les clients qui parlent fort dans les parties communes. Beaucoup de toilettes sales au réveil. Prix du restaurant un peu cher pour un guesthouse après c'était très bon.

Nous avions une chambre double. Attention c’est vrmt petit mais cela était ok pour quelques jours. La piscine en rooftop est très sympa et l’emplacement idéal

La chambre sentait rapidement l’humidité à cause de la salle de bain et de la taille malgré les fenêtres ouvertes ! La piscine pourrait être plus propre

Pool not deep. Shower verry small and not too clean. No spcae for your luggage in the room you’re staying in was verry inconvenient.

View was incredible, people were super social and kind, felt safe all the time and the cubicle was really nice. Staff helped me book an amazing private tour for a reasonable price.

Suite au sein de l'auberge de jeunesse. Très belle chambre spacieuse avec sa grande salle de bain bien equipé. Services gratuit de découverte de l'île proposé par l'hôtel.

Restaurant inefficace et pas super bon. Musique dans l'accueil légèrement trop forte avec des basses un peu poussées Dans la douche, eau chaude qui venait et repartait. Chambre pas super calme a cause du bruit de la clim ainsi que l'aération des douches en face. Éclairage assez faible dans la chambre

Everything! Close to the beach, easy to walk around, on a budget, a lot of activities, and you can cool down your sunny day at the pool on the roof! The bed is so cozy, with enough shower and toilet for everyone.

Les toilettes sont bouchées plusieurs fois par jour, c’est dégoûtant. Et des odeurs d’égouts dans les douches.

Die Lage des Hostels ist perfekt! Man kann zu Fuß vieles erreichen (Strand, Restaurants, Bars,..) Das Personal ist nett und hat uns bei diversen Dingen geholfen z.B Schnorcheltour buchen oder Taxi zum Hafen bestellen. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Es gibt einen Raum um nasse Wäsche aufzuhängen. Wir konnten vor Ort noch 2 Nächte verlängern.

Die Toiletten waren täglich verstopft und daher auch gesperrt. Männer gingen auf die Frauentoiletten und die ganzen Sanitäranlagen war nicht wirklich sauber. Die Spinde befinden sich in einem extra Raum.

The pool in dirty, the hallway and public areas are full of drunk sleeping teenagers and sweaty smell, and the reception is “24/7” but the staff often sleep on the sofa, just not there, or showing up drunk. All those could somehow be bearable. But the smell in our room, oh, it was horrific. The toilet kept spreading horse poop smell every 15 minutes. When you’re inside you somehow get used to it, but when you come after a few hours you can’t resist the urge to throw up. I wouldn’t come back even for world peace.

Location - nothing can beat the location! Amazing rooms. Great staff to interact with.

Great Location, Great mood around the area. Easy to connect with other travelers since all the common facilities like toilets, showers, lockers etc are communal.

Rooms have nothing but the beds. Entire hostel shares the same showers, toilets and locker rooms so it gets a bit messy and crowded but on the contrary it's easy to meet and talk to people.

I left within 4 hours of seeing my pod. It was hot and the AC barely worked. The room was extremely warm and the lockers were quite far from the room. The safe in my bed didnt work. They asked me to make a booking outside booking.com

There was one guy in the reception that was so nice and helped me a lot!! I also missed my first night and he looked for someone to take my room so I won't need to pay for it. The bed was so good and the location is amazing!

The other guy in the reception was a bit rude. The pool and the room were not so clean...

Great hostel if you're looking to meet new people and enjoy a relaxing day by the pool! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was a nice bonus that they provided a towel—something many hostels don't offer. The bed was really comfortable, and I had such a lovely stay. I'd definitely recommend it!

La habitación privada es súper pequeña, no hace justicia a las fotos del anuncio. No hay espacio para almacenar la ropa ni las maletas; hemos tenido que dejarlo todo donde podíamos. Precio muy elevado para la comodidad de la habitación en cuanto al espacio.

I don’t understand why this place is so highly praised online. There was one girls bathroom for our entire floor which had at least 3 large dorms on it and very few showers. The dorms have no windows. Our aircon condition was broken the whole time and staff were so uninformative. There were puddles on the floor and it was spitting ice out. Staff were trying to fix it for days while we were there but would barge in unannounced not say anything or inform us of anything. We came back one day with smoke coming out of the room and it smelled of chemicals. We cancelled the last night of our stay because it was so unsafe to stay in the room. We requested a refund for that night but were only offered a cash refund even though we payed by card. Staff were unhelpful throughout and made us feel like a nuisance for wanting to know if/when it would be fixed. All round an uncomfortable stay.

The hostel has everything you need and is very nice; the location is premium.

The room might be the only area with AC; maybe it would be good to close off some public spaces so people could rest there.

Als je slaapt op een gedeelde kamer moet je steeds best ver lopen naar de badkamer. Waardoor je constant spullen moet meeslepen.

Weinig ruimte voor m’n grote koffer en kleding. Ik was alleen, met twee personen en meerdere bagage (of meer) wordt het wat krap.

Rooms were really good and beds were comfy. Was very social, location was also very good. Facilities were excellent.

Locker isn’t in room however not really a problem

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am incredibly happy with my stay here. The beds are comfortable, the atmosphere is great, and the staff truly go above and beyond for their guests. During my stay, I became very ill and found myself in a difficult situation, alone in Thailand. The hostel staff treated me with kindness, dignity, and respect when I needed it the most. A special thank you to the manager, Rosalyn (Rose), who deserves enormous credit for her compassion, professionalism, and dedication. This is a busy hostel with many guests, yet the housekeeping team does an amazing job keeping everything clean and well maintained. Every staff member I met had that little extra touch of warmth and genuine care that makes a place feel special. You can tell this is a positive workplace for the local staff, and I believe much of that comes from Rosalyn’s leadership. Thank you for taking such good care of me during a very difficult time. Your kindness meant more than you know. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Koh Tao. ❤️

The only downside I noticed was when I briefly passed by the 16-bed dorm and saw quite a lot of personal belongings and clutter on the floor. It gave the room a somewhat messy appearance. I stayed in the 6-bed dorm, where guests seemed more respectful about keeping their belongings inside their pods or designated spaces. The pods provide plenty of room for personal items, which helped keep the room tidy and comfortable for everyone. This is, of course, more about guest behavior than the hostel itself, as the staff do an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the property.

Perfectly located in the middle of Sairee beach, staff were helpful finding tours and rental vehicles, and the accommodation was cleaned thoroughly

The rooftop pool was nice but lacked a genuine social vibe for a hostel (needed some social events to get people chatting)

not sure what all the hype is about, the shower an toilet area is all mixed with no where to get changed, i couldn’t even get a locker to put my stuff in so had to leave it in the luggage room, overall you can find a lot better

The pool area was great and had really nice beds to lounge on. There was also a free bbq on one of the days which was a lovely touch. So close to the beach and surrounding bars/restaurants. Also close to a 7/11. The whole hostel had a very modern feel to it. Would’ve stayed longer if they had availability and would definitely return.

Location was great. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were usually pleasant.

Private room smell from bathroom was bothersome. I was told this is life on the island and nothing could be done about it. Keeping the bathroom door closed helped.

The taxi ride to the location was a bad first start - it’s either a 2km walk or a 400THB taxi in extensive heat

GREAT hostel, best type of hostel beds with a long shelf and a safe, super comfy. Really nice pool upstairs and plenty of places to sit, great common area downstairs too

Loved the bedding it was elite and the aircon and the toilet are super cold and clean I just appreciated being on an island and having normal things.

The pool bar was fine but they don’t come around and ask if you want more drinks you have to get off the bed and go to them and it takes ages so if they came around with beers on ice I reckon they would sell heaps.

Room was nice, even it was small. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Pool was amazing. Food is nice and common areas are good. It is hostel, and has best things from hostels. Beds are Best!

Great location, we had a private room and it was great. Compact but well designed, pool was nice, and liked they gave you pool towels.

There was a bit of a smell from the shower, but this was minor!

There was bad smell in the room, we had to ask many times for cleaning, the room was small - even though they let us see the room before we paid, I don't think it's a good fit for two people. In addition, in the last night my friend was evacuated to the hospital in a different island so we had to check out at 6pm one night before we had to live, so I asked a refund for the last night and the answer was "you should have let us know before 2pm" - I'm so sorry I didn't know it 4 hours before... For my opinion, even if a full refund is no possible I would have expected a partial refund or at least a more sensitive answer.

The room smelt like garbage,me and two other people complained about the smell they didn’t do anything about it, the staff in the evening shift was very rude, no elevator, bathroom didn’t have a proper door.

Best hostel in koh Tao, comfort and style. Staff are amazing, polite and friendly, happy to help with absolutely anything! Rooms are clean and comfy (comfiest hostel bed I’ve stayed in!!) nice touch to have you’re own safe in your bed pod. Location is amazing for sunset, and not to forget the rooftop pool !

Such a great hostel, I was wanting to stay here for a while but was always booked up and I can see why! I managed to get lucky and get a few nights in and it was by far the BEST hostel I’ve stayed in. Dorms are well looked after with privacy, and facilities are always clean. Bonus of having a rooftop bar and pool. Solid food options too at the restaurant and great location!

This hostel is legendary! So nice and feels more like a poshtel. The beds were incredible comfy. They even use toppers! Such a blessing for travellers backs… It is more of a party hostel as it’s located right next to sairee beach. They offer lots of activities and the staff is really really nice. The facilities are spotless. Due to it being located in a party area they designed the dorms to be inside / inner part of the building so that it’s really quiet during the night. Awesome hostel!

As there are no windows in the rooms it might get smelly at times, depending on clothing/ wetness/ food brought into.
