Island Dive Club

Meilleur hôtel que j’ai fait en Thaïlande jusqu’à présent. La chambre était parfaitement propre, moderne et disposait de tous les équipements nécessaires. Lit également très confortable. La terrasse est agréable et vous êtes situé juste à côté de la mer et proche des animations de l’île. Le personnel est serviable et prend le temps de vous expliquer le fonctionnement de l’hôtel et de la chambre dès votre arrivée. Je recommande !

Tout était parfait.

Strandnähe wunderbar, Die Betten gut. Das Hotel lag in zweiter Reihe, ähnlich einem Hinterhof. Ausblick fiel auf den Innenhof. Wasser wurde wie beschrieben nicht täglich gestellt. Für eine Familie mit 2 unterschiedlich alten Kindern zudem einer Behinderung war die Größe des Zimmers zu eng. Das Haus war hellhörig. Vom Personal Johannes wir außer beim Check in und Check out nichts gehört und gesehen. Beides wurde eher schnell abgehandelt. Die Lage und Gegend ist aber toll.

Als Familienzimmer zu eng. Für Familien mit unterschiedlichen Altersklassen und /oder Besonderheiten ungeeignet. Raumservice nur bei vorheriger Ankündigung, haben wir vergessen, deshalb gab es dieses nie. Zurückhaltendes Personal.

הצוות לא נחמד בכלל לא ניקו לנו את החדר אפילו פעם אחת , כשביקשנו מגבות לא הביאו לנו ואמרו לנו שיביאו מחר ולא הביאו . כשהייתי צריכה עזרה בצק אאוט עם המזוודות אף אחד לא הגיע לעזור והייתי צריכה להרים לבד הכל

מיקום מצוין. חדר פשוט אבל מספק. קומה 1 נוף לרחוב עם זויות לים.

אין בכלל מתקנים זה חדרים נטו. גם לא ארוחת בוקר. המיטה על יציקת בטון אז ממש צריך להיזהר לא להיתקע (ברור שנתקענו בלילה)..

Nos encantó este lugar. Es cierto que es caro, pero porque vinimos en temporada alta y encima navidades… y porque koh tao se está poniendo infumable de precios… Pero la cama es comodísima, vinimos con mi madre mi tia y mi suegra y todos descansamos muchísimo. El personal de recepción es una maravilla. Te incluyen un transfer al puerto

La limpieza cada dos dias no fregan el suelo ni cambian sabana ni limpian a fondo

The location and the balcony is basically the only nice thing.

Unfortunately not worth it, staff is not really friendly. When I asked for a second towel for the beaches I just got laughed at. There is only room service every 2 days which is also kind of disappointing. The room itself had many broken things (curtain, safe without batteries, sink). For the price you will get better options at the beach (Savage Hostel). No 24/7 reception and it’s very roundabout to lock the door from inside (lock that is designed for it is not working) so the first night we felt kind off unsafe.

Helpful staff, they actually waited for me after their closing hour as I came from Samui. Shower was incredible, with a heater that had good temperature and water pressure. Room was decent, not too big but good enough.

The room was clean and cleaned well, good quality air con. In addition the staff have learnt from previous reviews ...I didn't experience any rudeness at all, everyone was helpful and kind . TV in room will play netflix from your account and YouTube ..staff kindly fixed the TV. WiFi good

The location. I am unsure if the island dive club does have some beach views but the location of our room was not as advertised. The room was behind the reception which was not sea front and up some irregular and occasionally steep steps. My children 12 and 10yrs of age were fine but I would bot recommend for families because of these steps . Overall I felt as if I had paid for beach front accomodation and was left wanting.

Hôtel bien situé près de la plage et des artères principales qui mènent aux restaus, 7 Eleven et boutiques. La Chambre et l'accueil sont correcte. il ya des masques et tuba que l'on peut emprunter, attention, certain sont en mauvais état voir cassé ;-)

Prix un peu élevé pour la prestation générale. Mais l'ile de Koh Tao est très touristique et les tarifs appliqués sont généralement au dessus que sur les autres iles.

La ubicación, el personal

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Service war zuvorkommend und es gab täglich frisches Wasser aufs Zimmer.

Aufgrund der Lage kann es nachts etwas lauter werden; da wir nicht zur Hochsaison reisten, war es für uns jedoch kein Problem.

Struttura vista dalla recption non valorizza le proprie camere. Tutto intorno un po' lasciato al caso, ma la camera molto carina. Letti posizionati su una base rigida tipo pedana, sembrano dei grandi fouton. Bagno con doccia e tenda. Bel terrazzo esterno con grandi sedute e divano. In camera presenti due asciugamani a persona, due ombrelli in caso di pioggia, phon e omaggi per igiene. Clima buono e funzionante، cassaforte e frigo in camera con acqua quotidiana. Ragazzi alla reception gentili. Hotel.e' fronte stradina con accesso.immediato alla spiaggia e ai vari ristoranti, centri massaggi. Buona qualità del sonno.

Quello che meno è piaciuto è l'assenza in camera di omaggi per preparare caffè e latte, nonostante vi fossero tazze e bollitore elettrico, non capisco il senso, chi è di passaggio non acquista un paio di blister per 1 caffè in camera; in fondo l'hotel non è proprio economico, per così poco , perde dei punti a favore. Inoltre nella camera vi è presente un piccolo specchio.solo.in bagno, difficile per chi si trucca il suo utilizzo.. infine il.punto mare molto carino nelle giornate soleggiate perché i colori sono brillanti. La spiaggia è deludente, è terra battuta , non vi è sabbia morbida , inoltre è molto corta, alle 16.00 quando si alza la marea si accorcia notevolmente, oltre che è sporca.

Una sorpresa piacevole, struttura vicinissima alla spiaggia di Sairee. Camera nuova e pulita,con terrazzino e tutto il necessario e anche di più. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Consiglio vivamente.

Super lokacija hotela, le morda 25 ,etrov od plaže Sicer nismo imeli zajtrka vendar je v okolici dovolj restavracij za zajtrke, tudi 7 eleven je dokaj blizu. Morda le 3 minute hoje do trgovine.

Ob prijavi v hotel smo morali dati 1000 THB (cca 26€) za dopozit, v primeru škode. Ko smo se odjavljali, so pregledali sobo in čistilke so ugotovile, da manjka ena majhna brisačka za obraz. Rekli so, da je ni. Na recepciji sem povedala, da nimam kaj početi z brisačko in naj še enkrat preverijo. Rekli so, da sobarica pravi, da manjka. Nato sem odšla sama v sobo preveriti in brisača je bila med posteljnino na postelji............ Morda bi bilo dobro, da se sobarice prepričajo, če je vse v sobi, preden te obtožijo, da nekaj manjka. No, 1000 THB sem potem dobila brez problema nazaj.

Prima plek, vriendelijke, behulpzame mensen en uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. De kamers in het nieuwe gedeelte zijn erg mooi.

Airco had moeite om de kamer koel te krijgen. Bedden vrij hard, maar niet onoverkomelijk. Badkamer vrij krap, maar voor ons voldoende.

Receptie beneden is een bende. Locatie te druk en communicatie met manager waardeloos. Van tevoren gevraagd om kamers naast elkaar te krijgen als familie. 1 dag voor aankomst krijg ik bericht terug dat kamers niet naast elkaar kunnen. Geen excuus gekregen, moest het gewoon nemen zoals het was… welkom op Koh Tao :-)

Kamers schoon om de dag word er schoongemaakt Elke dag flesjes water in de koelkast anders op te halen bij de receptie. Handdoeken kunnen elke dag gewisseld worden

שהיתה גישה טובה לחוף הים, למסעדות רחוב טובות ולמסאז׳.

הכניסה למקום לא מסבירת פנים כבר בהתחלה הרגיש לא כיף בקבלת פנים, הדלפק עמוס בניירת. החדר היה קטן ודורש תחזוקה, בחום והלחות של האי להיכנס לחדר שלא ממוזג ועד שמתקרר לא נעים. המרפסת בחוץ יחד עם המנוע של המזגן שמוציא אויר חם וכורסת סקיי שיושבים ונדבקים עלייה מהלחות ככה שאי אפשר לשבת לעשן. לא חוויה כיפית של חופשה.

Einrichtung OK Lage

Die Unterkunft war schlecht, wir waren 3 Nächte dort und niemand kam um das Zimmer zu putzen. Das wäre ja nichtmal so dramatisch das schlimmste war das ich freundlich um eine 2.Zimmerkarte gebeten habe. Er ist fast ausgeflippt und wurde sehr laut einfach weil ich sagte das es schade sei und es verkomplizierte wenn einer von uns Tauchen geht und der andere an den Strand. Ausserdem hatte es Extrem viele Ameisen im Zimmer obwohl wir kein essen im Zimmer hatten und eine Quittung für das deposit das sie verlangen haben wir auch nicht bekommen als wir um eine gebeten haben hat er nur unfreundlich gesagt das es keine gibt.

Environnement très très bruyant la nuit (cris et démarrage de motos incessants). Personnel peu agréable. Disponibilité limitée en raison des horaires d'ouverture de la réception (8h à 18h). Hôtel qui ne convient pas pour la détente.

Really glad we ignored the negative reviews. Excellent location. 10 steps from beach, restaurants, massage. Helpful non-intrusive staff. Room only but breakfast options all around. At quieter end of Sairee Beach so little noise at night. Take earplugs if light sleeper and ask for garden view room. moped park behind. Free transfer back to pier. Will be back!

היה ריח של ביוב כל הימים שישנו ברמה כזו שלא ניתן היה להשאיר את הדלת של השירותים פתוחה, הצוות ביום של הצ׳ק אאוט ממש דפק לנו בדלת והוציא אותנו למרות שיצאנו לאחר בדיוק 5 דקות.. אז המיקום אחלה אבל אם מסתכלים תמורה למחיר זה לא קרה. אז כל עוד החדרים האלה זולים הם שווים אם לא וזה מעל 85 שקל ללילה לא הייתי מתקרבת

Vriendelijk personeel spreekt goed Engels. Schone kamers, redelijke bedden, fijne douche en geweldige lijstje, vlak bij strand, aan wandelroute in centrum met restaurantjes en barretjes aan zee.

Bed was redelijk hard, trappen naar bovenverdieping hebben ongelijke tredes en wandeling naar het gebouw was vol hindernissen, voor mij als visueel beperkte een uitdaging. Als je goed ziend bent is dit echter geen enkel probleem!

The hotel room is large relative to the area. Very close to the sea (walking distance), located on the main avenue of restaurants and souvenir shops.

The room was a bit dirty when we arrived, after 2 nights the bedding wasn't really changed, it was just rearranged.

Unfortunately, our stay got off to a disappointing start. Upon arrival, we were met by Chas at reception, who came across as cold and rather arrogant. After a year of full-time travel, this was one of the least welcoming check-ins we’ve experienced. We asked to speak with the manager to share our concerns, but were told this wasn’t possible, which only added to our frustration. That said, the housekeeping staff were kind and friendly, which we really appreciated. The room had noticeable damp issues. It looked like someone had tried to paint over it, but there were still large black patches of mold in several areas, which felt both unpleasant and unhealthy. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to our expectations, and we wouldn’t choose to return.

תחלופה של ניקיון חדר קצת ירודה

‎מיקום טוב ושקט, חדר יחסית גדול עם מרפסת קטנה ונחמדה.

צוות המלון מזעזע. מרגע ההגעה לא מסבירים פנים, לא שירותיים, מזלזלים וחסרי סבלנות. ניקוי חדר פעם ביומיים ללא החלפת המצעים שמתמלאים כמובן בחול. בקושי גליל נייר טואלט אחד הם שמים וכשמבקשים עוד אחד כי זה לא מספיק ליומיים לארבע נפשות הם כמובן מעקמים פרצוף ומביאים כאילו הם עושים טובה. באופן כללי חווית השהות שלנו הייתה מהפחות טובות שחווינו בלשון המעטה. הגענו לחופשה, שילמנו הרבה על המלון הזה ובעיקר התאכזבנו. בנוסף חלק מתנאי השהות זה שהם נותנים לך בחינם שאטל למזח ביציאה מהשהות במלון. לנו הם החליטו לבטל את זה כ ״עונש״ על זה שחברה באה לשבת איתנו במרפסת בחדר לשעה. וגם בזמן שהחברה ישבה איתנו והתארגנו לצאת, תאי - אחד העובדים דפק בדלת כדי לגרש אותה, וכשלא פתחנו כי אנחנו מתלבשות הוא המשיך לדפוק כמו משוגע והתחיל לצעוק עלינו והבהיל אותנו
