HoLo Fairy House Saigon - Serviced Homestay

The apartment was really beautiful and clean

nothing

The pictures and description weren’t accurate. Would never stay there again.

Very small cramped refer not plugged and no bottled water

The facilities were good, and the location was comfortable.

I liked the room and location.

If you do something wrong with the cleaning and you never fix it even in three days. With this I am veey dissapointed. So if glasses dirty...you think sori mister is okay?? Even cleaners came to the house after two days, but nothing was done. Also can not even clean away shitty toiletpapers or full rubbish. Itnwould take 1-2minutes,but if not scheduled cleaning then they will do nothing and even mistake was done..still nothing was made. Very dissappinted with this. Also laundry have me another persons sock. That never happened anywhere else in Asia. So for this how you treat your guests I give you zero.

It's well located

They attempted to add surcharges on 2 separate occasions. I checked in at 9.30am as the room was ready. At 12 they messaged to add 100000 surcharge for early check in. They repeated this the following day calling it a cleaner surcharge. The room didn't appear to be cleaned before arrival and wasn't cleaned during. There were stains and what appeared to be cigarette burns on the bed linen. I got a message accusing me of being responsible but they knew! Very disappointing. I left the room fee for the second day in the restaurant downstairs. I did not receive change. It's extremely tricky to leave and enter at night.

The owner was very helpfull and always available and has good english. The room is comfortable and clean. They donthe laundry for you for 30,000 per 1 kg, wash & dry.

Not a walking distance from the center, only by car/grab. The bath is very small.

Location is comfortable

Need insect management in the room.

Hôtel vieillot, aucune instruction pour l arrivée , personne pour nous accueillir afin de récupérer la cle qui se trouvait dans une boîte à code, ménage non fait dans ma chambre à 16h, il a fallu attendre 18h

Price of the room was very fair. Balcony is great to have. Spacious room, good wifi, quiet area.

Service was ok on the first day but then inexisting during my stayed. I had to ask for the payment receipt for 4 days even after I moved from there. Quite a few noises in the toilet from other rooms.

Super fast internet

Well it's more simple than on the photos but had a bed and tv.

Mattress is not very comfy Prepare rhe exact amount in cash or you will have to wait around for the cleaning lady or owner when checkout comes. There is no option to change money in the restaurant below or around the place

Ho Chi Minh, Saigon city is the most developed part of Southern Vietnam, and looking for a stay can be daunting and expensive. Browsing through the net I came across Holo Fairy Homestay properties which was unique and budget friendly. With some of the best location in town, they offer great variety of homestay service apartment which are comfortable, cozy and in close proximity to major sight around Saigon. They are located at: 1- HoLo Fairy House Saigon | Location: 29/11 Nguyen Binh Khiem, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 2- HoLo Ben Thanh Saigon | Location: 191 Nguyen Thai Binh, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 3- HoLo Opera Saigon | Location: 44 Hai Ba Trung, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 4- HoLo Alex House Saigon | Location: L7&L13, 343 Pham Ngu Lao Street, Pham Ngu Lao Ward District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 5- HoLo BaTo Saigon | Location: 43 Nguyen Van Giai, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Ours was HoLo Ben Thanh Saigon, with walking distance to Ben Than market, Saigon mall, walking street, Historic museums and more. The host was very helpful, and quick with addressing all the queries we had. The room we opted was very comfortable, with unique interior. As we had checked-in late at night, the host had already shared us the guide to self-check-in which was easy and smooth. We stayed here for 3 nights and got a great discount offer, if you planning to visit Saigon, and looking for pocket-friendly place than Holo Fairy is a great choice.

All-around positive experience. The room was large and very clean. There’s a coffee shop on the entry level, which I liked. Decent location depending on what you prefer to be close to. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was clean, the owner was super friendly, Front desk spoke English fluently which is a plus. Overall great service from owner to staff. Cafe downstairs as well which is convenient.

The location is good. Staff is perfect. However, my room has so many problems which cannot be fixed.

I chose Holo in Nguyen Binh Khiem street because it is right near my working place. The house is in the large lane, very quite and clean. The staffs were friendly. The first floor is a coffee shop which is always full of coffee aroma, I love it. My room's bathroom is not so large, but it's good enough to use. Highly recommend this one for business trip because it's located in Dist.1, but this area is not so crowded, so it's very easy to get a cab.

We stayed in HOLO fairy houses in one of their rooms on the third floor. The room was so cute and cozy. The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially the owner. The location was good too, hidden away from the noisy center-city. I would definitely stay here again.

I know its a homestay but clealiness is an important factor. The toilet was filthy and the operator didnt even border to change the bedsheet. We sleep with white hair and spots on the sheets. The toilet is filled w black spots everywhere and the room picture wasnt the same as the one we booked
