Just remember,there is no elevator.. Should be strong enough to carry your bags.. But, we were alright 🤣

No escalator and very narrow stair so was difficult with luggage but not the biggest issue

L’emplacement est idéal. On est à 10 minutes de san marco.

La literie n’était pas vraiment confortable et en général la chambre avait l’aire un peu négligée

Struttura ottima, posizione comoda, vicinissima ai servizi, a Rialto e a San Marco. La consiglio soprattutto per la grande disponibilità e gentilezza del personale.

Everything fine

The room was large and had a little fridge. The receptionist was lovely and let us sit in reception when we arrived early on the day or check in and when we needed a place to sit on the day of check out. Great location. You can sit and watch gondolas go past right outside the window.

Na ubytovaní bolo všetko úžasné. Pani majiteľka bola veľmi milá, dovolila nám zostať dlhšie, mohli sme si pri nej nechať po checkoute veci, aby sme ich nemuseli nosiť po meste. Zariadenie izby bolo krásne a čisté. Na tomto ubytovaní nemám naozaj čo vytknúť

L’emplacement était idéal, à proximité des principaux sites à visiter. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. La personne à l’accueil était très accueillante, souriante et agréable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus appréciable. Le seul petit bémol concerne la douche : la puissance du jet d’eau était un peu faible. Malgré cela, je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter !

I really loved the location. It's right in the heart of Venice, close to the main attractions and just a short walk from the canals where gondolas pass by and the room have air conditioning. The views from the property are absolutely beautiful, which made my stay even more enjoyable 🥰✨

The bathroom floor was a bit slippery, and I actually slipped while using it. Also, when I booked through Booking.com, I had requested a room with a bathtub and a canal view. However, when I checked in, I was given a room without a bathtub. But it wasn't a major issue for me. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay because the room and the bed was clean, smelled fresh, and had a beautiful view. By the way, I've put a photo of the minor injury on my knee after I slipped in the bathroom. I only had a chance to take the photo after I checked out, about three days after the incident, so the wound had already started to dry and heal. Once again, this wasn't a major issue for me because the injury wasn't serious. I just hope the property can make a few improvements to the bathroom to help prevent other guests from having a similar experience. Thank you. 🙏🏽

There's nothing to like in a filthy apartment, rude staff who have zero kindness and understanding of anything. I am not sure how this place is still accommodating guests?!!

Everything was poor, poor poor poor!! I would never wish it on my enemy to stay here! The bathroom was the worst I've ever seen in all the years I've travelled!

Loved the location on the canal and just off the square - right in the middle of everything but not flooded with toursits. View of the canal and the calls of the gondoliers every morning. Accomodating staff next door. Quiet, up on the thrid floor.

La ubicación excelente, te permitía moverte para todos lados y conocer los mejores lugares de la ciudad. Habitación amplia y linda, muy buena vista y baño cómodo con buena presión de agua.

Pensamos que había desayuno incluido pero no fue así y la "cama doble" eran dos camas individuales unidas, eso fue un poco incómodo pero no quita lo precioso de la experiencia

Purtroppo per raggiungere le camere c'erano diverse scale senza ascensore. Peccato non vi sia stata la possibilità di fare colazione presso la struttura. Tuttavia nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi bar.

Emplacement idéal et calme, au milieu de tout, proximité des sites à visiter, en plein centre historique, et top ! Chambre pleine de charme avec une superbe charpente. Isolation des fenêtres top, bien que quartier très calme.

Fenêtres donnant sur un mur, mais normal à venise. La porte est fine et n'est pas isolée du bruit. on attend les autres portes se fermées et les gens parler dans le couloir. Le téléviseur est ridiculement petit (21"). Le matelas ULTRA DUR à remplacer d'urgence. IMPORTANT: descriptif: Étages supérieurs accessibles uniquement par les escaliers, veut dire: les chambres sont au 2eme étages, avec escaliers TRES raides. personnes agées ou probleme de déplacement, NE PAS Y ALLER !!!! B&B, mais sans petits déjeuner... à 140€ la nuit.

Very central location in Venice, close to many attractions, restaurants and shops. Room is spacious and quiet despite being next to a canal.

There is no lift at all and the rooms are all on third floors reachable only by 3 long flights of winding stairs.

The location was absolutely perfect, round the corner from a lovely square. In walking distance to a lot of the main attractions. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the canal.

The facilities need updating. It felt dated and tired, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom could also do with a deep clean! Did not enjoy showering in there. The window curtains were stuck on their track which interfered with the lovely view.

De ligging van het pand is perfect. Heel strategisch gelegen, vooral om de Biënnale te bezoeken. Rustig gelegen met het gezellige Campo Formosa dichtbij.

Het appartement was slechts bereikbaar na de beklimming van 3 steile trappen. Gelukkig zijn wij zeventigers met goede fysiek.

The bathroom fans are too loud, one neighbour forgot to switch it off and kept us awake at night, luckily they immediately turned it off when we knocked on their door 🙂

La ubicación es estupenda. A un paso de la plaza San Marcos. Zona tranquila , con vistas a un pequeño canal. Habitación muy amplia.

Tercera planta sin ascensor. Escaleras muy empinadas y resbaladizas. La habitación, el techo son de vigas de madera , muy rústico y pintoresco , seguramente las originales del antiguo palacete, pero llenisimas de polvo , lo que para una persona asmática cómo yo , ha hecho que pasara la noche , pegada a un inhalador.

La ubicación, cerca a lo más importante. Nuestra habitación tenía una vista parcial a una de las calles (canales)

El inodoro no funcionaba bien. Se atoró unas horas antes de irnos. Solo estuvimos una noche. Al bañarte, el agua se empozaba en el piso de la ducha. Demoraba en pasar por el zumidero. La limpieza del baño en general puede mejorar. Para pasar solo una noche es "aceptable"

The location is impossible to find unless you use Google maps. They should assist with clear instructions on how to get to the B&B when arriving in Venice. The pillows are hard and flat and the air-conditioned does not seem to work. You need to climb 3 set of stairs with luggage.

Contraté el alojamiento con posibilidad de cambio de fechas y con dos meses de antelación y con disponibilidad del alojamiento no me dejan hacer el cambio. No me parece.

La posizione e la vista della nostra camera sul canale

Arredamento datato e poco curato, con dettagli evidenti di trascuratezza (tende rovinate e in parte staccate). Nel cassetto del comodino era presente un sacchetto vuoto di patatine, segno che la stanza non era stata adeguatamente pulita. In bagno, la tavoletta del water risultava instabile e si staccava. La televisione, molto piccola, era priva di telecomando funzionante a causa delle pile ossidate. La ventola del bagno era visibilmente ostruita dalla polvere.

La chambre d’hôtel ne fait pas très propre et aurait besoin d’être rénovée. Nous étions 2 et nous avons dû nous partager une seule serviette ! 0 tapis de bain on a failli glisser par terre. J’ai eu froid il n’y avait pas de couette juste un petit drap et des vieilles couvertures toutes abîmées que j’ai trouvé dans le placard. Le matin pas d’eau chaude dans la douche …

Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze ulokowane, blisko do największych atrakcji miasta. Okolica dość spokojna. Blisko kawiarnia, restauracje, sklep spożywczy. Dostępne były czyste ręczniki - wymieniane codziennie i akcesoria higieniczne (mydło, żel).

Niestety sam standard w apartamencie odbiegał od naszych oczekiwań. Kilkumiesięczny kurz na szczebelkach grzejnika, suszarce, w kątach czy pod łóżkiem. Brudne ściany. Niedokładnie umyta toaleta czy brodzik w łazience. Klimatyzacja ledwo działała, był problem z wychłodzeniem pokoju. Niezbyt wygodne łóżko - połączone dwa małe, czuć było każdą sprężynę. Suszarka do włosów nie działała. We wspólnej „kuchni” dostępne były talerze i sztućce, niestety również brudne.
