Eigentlich war alles sehr gut.

Die Lautstärke in der Nacht da es sich direkt im Zentrum befindet. Damit sollte man aber rechnen.

We loved the lovely Breakfast Buffet at the hotel . Every food was fresh and yummy. The desserts were a delight. The interior of the restaurant was simple yet eclectic The beds were comfortable and clean. Their floors were well polished.

The room was too dark and a bit claustrophobic. We had to struggle with opening the washroom door and enter as the doorway was too narrow. Didn't like the aircon as it takes a bit long to cool down.

Staff were amazing

Maybe they can do something about the noise. The rooms was quite small.

Excellent stay! The location is great, everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was also very good. I will definitely come back!

Overall everything was great, but I noticed a few small flies/moths in the room every day. It wasn't a big issue for me, but just leaving a note for management in case they want to look into it.

for anyone staying I the central area in of Pattaya I don't think you can find better, every single member of the team where fantastic in their attitude, helpfulness & care for guests

I really liked the hotel, facilities and location.

I didn't like that I booked a room specifically due to the availability of balconies however I didn't get a room with one and when I inquired about it the attitude of reception was very poor. I even asked to speak with management but was ignored by the manager during my stay. Games reception plays when you contact hotels to ensure specific requests are honored was a huge let down after traveling a long distance. I decided to this hotel one day earlier.

Tolles, modernes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ziemlich grosser Pool mit Aussicht über die Stadt. Super Rooftop/Pool-Bar mit leckeren Cocktails und Smoothies

Die Glasscheiben des Pool/Dachbereichs-Geländers dürften wiedermal gereinigt werden, so dass man die Aussicht besser geniessen kann.

The cleanliness and staff attention

Great location in the heart of the city, close to everything. Room was clean/comfortable with good room service. Breakfast was a great choice and food was good. Staff were observant and polite. Pool on rooftop OK and nice gym and sauna. All in all would stay again.

Our room was at the rear of Building 2. You will need the earplugs provided in the room to have any hope of sleep before 4am every day. Tree Town music is very loud and it's right opposite the back of the hotel. Not suitable for families. This should be pointed out far more conspicuously prior to booking as it really affected what was otherwise a great place to stay.

Wij moesten 1200 bath betalen omdat er een vlekje op kussensloop en handdoek zat. En de slaapkamer was erg klein. We moesten onze koffers op het balkon laten staan.

When you book a more expensive room you get placed in a different building which means you have no direct access to the facilities. So you get more value for money if you book the cheapest room, very weird.

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen niin baarien ja yöelämän suhteen, kuin myös ostosmahdollisuuksien suhteen. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen, mutta sisälsi myös sopivaa vaihtelua tarjolla olevien lämpimien ruokien osalta. Henkilökunta oli sekä erittäin ystävällistä sekä ammattitaitoista. Aktiviteetit sijaitsevat A-rakennuksen katolla ja on hyvä hotellia valitessa huomioida, että huoneita on myös B-rakennuksessa, mutta ovelta ovelle rakennusten väli on vain noin 20-30 metriä kävelyä. Katolla sijaitseva kuntosali on kompakti, mutta mahdollistaa hyvin perusharjoittelun. Kattouima-allas on myös kompakti, mutta täysin riittävä, varjossa olevien tuolien määrä on tosin vähäinen, noin kymmenkunta rantatuolia katoksessa.

Huoneet ovat melko kompakteja ja esimerkiksi perus kahden hengen parivuoteellinen huone kannattaa pitkällä matkalla varata yhden hengen käyttöön.

ottima struttura bella situazione con la piscina sul tetto ed il bar per bere un drink in relax, colazione ottima varie opzioni, personale super gentile servizievole e attento alle esigenze del cliente, tutti molto rispettosi, la mia camera una delux, penso, abbastanza spaziosa con divanetto stile Chester e una bella poltrona. bagno con doccia e vasca, non spaziosa come altre opzioni dove ho soggiornato, ma letto molto comodo e arredo con stile.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral aber doch ruhig. Nachtmarkt, Läden und Nightlife keine 2min zu Fuß und auch zum Strand sind es nur zwei kleine Straßen etwa 8-10 min. Das Frühstück ist OK mit Eier und Suppen Station. Etwas Wurst wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Aber viele fertige Speisen und Suppen wo ich allerdings zum Frühstück kein Fan von bin. Das Zimmer ist recht klein, Hat aber alles was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage ist TOP und die Ausstattung ausreichend. Die meiste Zeit verbringt man ja eh außerhalb des Zimmers ;-)

Etwas mehr Platz im Zimmer wäre entspannter und etwas Wurst zum Frühstück. Sind aber eher keine kritikpunkte. Insgesamt ein doch gutes Hotel. Personal ist freundlich wie in Thailand eigentlich üblich. War allerdings in anderen Hotels auch noch etwas besser.

Extremely well located accommodation convenient to TreeTown the beach & markets. Staff are wonderful and welcoming 🙏🏼 Rooms are so comfortable. Housekeeping daily. Breakfast was extensive & fresh. Room service meals were sensational 😋

飲んでない冷蔵庫の料金を請求された。対象が初日だったので、おそらく清掃時に前の宿泊者の確認をせずに僕が飲んだことになったと思う。最終的には、理解をしてもらえたようだが、僕にとっては無駄な時間を費やした

The lift was very quick, I used it about ten times a day. People were coming and going not hanging around the lobby. Back way & short walk to tree towns was awesome. Soi 10 & able to go to Soi 11 nice so many ways to get to this Hotel . I found it perfect for all my needs. PS the shower was hot 24 hours a day & the staff were 100% 24 / 7

I have no complaints at all, As I think this Hotel is perfect.
