I love its proximity to every thing. It’s about an 8 minute walk from the JR Ueno station. Plenty of food options around. Train station (Ginza Line) is 3 minutes away. I also loved that they equipped the room with a Refa Hair dryer, Refa Hair Straightener, and a Refa Shower head. That dryer did some wonderful magic to my hair.

I didnt like that the shower door was facing the beds. It was a bit distracting at night, sleeping with the shower door facing the beds.

The location is very good however the room was very small. I think for the price i paid, i could have got something nicer than this one

Had a great stay. Room was comfortable and cool. Felt very clean. Slightly larger rooms than average Japan economy size. Worth the stay

Excelente ubicación y muy cómodo para viajar por Tokyo Nuestra estancia en KOKO HOTEL fue excelente. La ubicación es muy conveniente, muy cerca de varias estaciones de metro y del parque Ueno. Además, la estación de tren es de gran ayuda tanto para la llegada como para la salida hacia Narita, especialmente si llevas equipaje. La habitación estaba limpia, era cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. El servicio de lavandería también es muy bueno, sobretodo para quienes planean quedarse varios días en Tokyo. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. También nos ayudaron tanto a recibir como a enviar nuestro equipaje, lo cual facilitó muchísimo nuestro viaje. Sin duda, una excelente opción para hospedarse en Tokyo. ¡Lo recomendaría y volvería a quedarme aquí!

Good location close to train stations, food, and other attractions. While being on the smaller room size, it was set up well so that we could fit our bags easier than some of the larger rooms we stayed in elsewhere. The staff were very helpful when changing rooms.

Dirty uncomfortable rooms. First room had a terrible smell, peeling wallpaper, holes in the wall, and dusty and mouldy blinds. Spoke to reception and they moved us to a higher floor which was in better condition but still very poor. The room had a slight musty smell but not like the original, but still had peeling wallpaper, there was thick amounts of dust on the walls, and the inside of the bathroom door had mould on it and behind the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned. Bed was very uncomfortable and only provided 2 (very soft) pillows for a 2 person room. Booked for 2 nights, left after 1 night and stayed elsewhere. Even the lift was not cleaned. Could see hand prints on the mirror because of the amount of dust around it. Would never stay again. Worst hotel of our trip and very similar price to other hotels we stayed at some of which were 4+ stars.

The location is very good. Also, the lounge in the second floor was very nice.

Being this is a hotel in Tokyo, we are happy with the hotel even though the rooms are so little. It was difficult to communicate in English, but this was an issue we had in the whole trip. As this is a hotel, full of tourists, we were surprised that staff did not speak English at all.

A great located cute Hotel that offers all you need to explore Tokyo. Train and Skyliner station are just around the corner, food and street market as well. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed, very quiet. The hotel offers a free water station to fill up your bottle, food corner and small treatments. For me it was the perfect place and I can recommend Koko Hotel for your stay in Tokyo.

I like the hotel because it provides complete amenities including skin care products. Provided also a pair of piyamas for two guests which we can wear during our stay in the hotel. A dedicated lounge available at second floor for seating enjoying various fresh drinks with family. Front desk staffs are helpful. Baggage can be stored at the hotel for free up to 14:00, and paid afterwards which really helpful during your hectic sighseeing and shopping mode. Halal wagyu ramen restaurant is located nearby the hotel (50 meters).. Access to Asakusa is easy by using train. The bathroom is super clean makes our stay is enjoyable.

The only regret is I only booked for only one night. It is my mistake. I should book the hotel at least for 4 nights for smooth arrival and departure from Narita Aitport using Keisei Skyliner train. Due to high demand for the room of the hotel, the hotel could not able to arrange our two room close each other. We got them on different floor, but it can still manageable. It nice if it can be closed to each other.

The hotel has an excellent location. Although the rooms are small and no view at all, they are clean and comfortable. I also appreciated being able to watch YouTube on the TV. The lounge on the second floor is a nice added feature, with complimentary drinks and a microwave available for guests.

Estuve dos veces en el mismo viaje (entre medias fui a Kyoto y Hakone) y las habitaciones de Los tres primeros días y de los tres últimos nada que ver pese a ser el mismo tipo de habitación , precio y reserva. Una era fabulosa y la otra un zulo ruidoso

L’hôtel se trouve juste à côté de la Gare d’Uemo, pratique pour les déplacements et train direct pour l’aéroport. Hôtel propre, bon accueil du personnel. Chambre agréable, lit confortable.

Super Lage und tolle Preis Leistung. Außerdem war es sehr sauber dort. Gute Anbindung an die u Bahn.

1. Room has glass door to shower room. Morning light comes through this fuzzy glass window. No blind or curtain to block this light right at the foot of the bed. 2. Staff must be instructed to gatekeep access to the free water refill station on the second floor. If you check out and ask to upstairs to get water they say NO, sorry. We even checked out early. No exceptions for this courtesy. 3. Very strong chemical perfumes spray upon entering. 4. No option for breakfast, at least if you ask if there is anything for vegans. Just quickly and currently told no The second floor has a little refrigerator where you can buy a few non-vegan items. 5. There is a kettle in the room, but absolutely no tea nor coffee.

The location is great. Pretty short walk from Keisei Ueno if you are taking the Skyliner from Narita. Ueno has the park, museums, shopping, and lots of restaurants. Room is small but had everything I needed. Staff was great.

住宿地點很棒，離JR上野站和都營地下鐵都很近，走路大約10分鐘也可以到上野京城站，搭SKYLINER到站後下車走路就可以到。離藥妝、各大百貨都很近，推推。

Good location very near to both JR Ueno station and Keisei station, We walked to Akihabara everyday which was not so far. Lounge is very good and comfy plenty of beverages. Staffs are polite and friendly.

It would be perfect if there is a air purifier for usage, there is just build in Nanoe in the room which I don't think it's enough for people with allergies.

Location was good, staff was friendly.

Family Room intended for 3 was quite cramped for 3 people.

The Standard Double was a comfortable size for a long stay. There was room for a large suitcase, and with the suitcase stand at the foot of the bed, probably another. The laundry machines were just outside my door, but the sound insulation was so good I never heard them--nor much of anything else, even though I was just one flight up off the street. Staff very professional and kind.

Although the bathroom was larger than many Japanese unit baths I've seen, for my 5'8" the tub shower was just high enough; much more than 5'10" and I think it would get awkward. (Nice deep soaking tub though). Room safe too small for a laptop.

Personally I feel the room is abit small but again is my own mistake to begin with. Change to another hotel due to space. So if u r 1.8m and above sharing this with another person I strongly won’t suggest. Beside that everything is really good.

Muy buena ubicación a 50 metros de zona gastronómina y 5 minutos de estacion de trenes y metro. Siempre hey alguien en recepcion para ayudar, bebidas gratis disponibles durante el día.

Habitación pequeña. No hay espacio sufuciente para poder abrir una maleta en el suelo. Al ser pequeña y tener un baño se acumula humedad por lo que el olor despues de algukos dias no es muy bueno.

Amazing location, not even a minute away from the nearest subway station and less than 5 mins away from Ueno Station. Right next to a 7/11 and opposite a familymart. Across the road from the hustle and bustle of Ueno, however still really quiet. Despite the room being of the small Japanese standard, I liked how there was storage for luggage under the bed, making the room have more space. Room was very clean. Amazing lovely staff who are happy to help, and great amenities provided and for rent. lobby smells amazing !! Perfect for couples wanting to explore Tokyo :)

If you are tall, you will not fit in the shower unfortunately, my husband found this out the hard way! Aside from this, the hotel was perfect!

Location is amazing. Right at the fringe so less crowd but near enough to walk to the Ueno restaurants and shops. There’s underground short walk to subway and keisei airport train if raining. There’s a lounge on 2nd floor to hang out.

The room smelled of menthol and really small. Having the bathroom right at the end of my bed is not ideal.

Convenient location, good facilities

Rooms were very small. Location is convenient, however be mindful that it is in a business district so local stores and restaurants are shut on the weekend
