The room was dirty and fixtures were broken . The bed and pillows were stiff. The TV was placed above the door. Another guest tried to break into my room at 2 AM. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever visited.

No vuelvo a repetir

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Room was a bit small for my liking but if you want a convenient location in the city to just sleep & shower, this place is perfect. Walls are pretty thin so don’t plan on sleeping in because you’ll most definitely be woken up by everything going on outside your door.

Rrr

Great central place to stay.

Front desk was very helpful. Printed some museum tickets for us and switched our room to a street view room with a balcony. The room was large, comfy, and lovely.

I was pleasantly surprised of the pretty comfortable double bed in my room. The mattress felt like a memory mattress, but don't know if I'm right? I was pretty tired and was able to sleep without interruptions throughout the night, and much longer than expected, so that was a welcomed, unexpected experience. No noise either, as my window was facing the inner yard away drom the street, and for sure also due to the time of the year when no major tourism was occurring, it was quiet. So, all and all, a good experience. Just one side note about the service bought through the hotel - the pre-ordered breakfast, that was a disappointment. No coffee. No other hot drink/tea either. Had I known it's not included (as the gluten-free option did not mention anything about that) I certainly wouldn't have bothered to order anything. I enjoyed my breakfast in a cafe instead on my way out..

Buen hotel

This 1-person room was cheap and at the best location = great value, if you do not plan to spend a lot of time in the room. You can walk anywhere in the center from here, but also really easily take the metro to go further (incl. to Barajas Airport). Room itself was really basic, but everything worked, including self-check-in around at 9:30 PM. Some things to consider: -The noises of other rooms can be heard pretty well. Didn't bother me, but there is always a risk of a noisy neighbor :) -WC of this 1-person room doesn't have a door, it's in the same space with the bed.

Property is clean, well located, good staff but extremely small rooms! Specially beds and bathrooms!

Hmmmm. Calling them "suites" is a stretch. The smaller room that we initially booked was very small. It was acceptable for a younger, single person but not a couple. Luckily the toilet valve was leaking, so the cistern topped up every two minutes, which was disturbingly noisy and the shower controller was broken, so we were moved to a larger, bigger room after one night. The vaccuum device in the toilet activated every five minutes or so, but at that point we'd given up on the property. The location was very good, the linen and bed clean and the recep guy very pleasant and helpful, but we'll not be using this or any other properties of this chain again.

Great and affordable stay, staff soo kind and helpful. definitely recommended

Was great and the people very friendly.

This property is really clean, staff is friendly and it’s super close to La gran via!

Good location

Really nice location. The room was clean but very small and the beds weren’t comfortable.

You can walk to Gran Via and touristic areas

Stayed there for 3 nights as a solo traveler. Location was convenient to the metro and walkable to most areas. Didn’t interact with staff much but they were super friendly and let me check in early. Room covered all your basic necessities and I appreciated the A/C and fast wifi. Keep in mind bathroom is private but no separate partition with room (didn’t mind as a solo traveler). Shower had a really great water pressure. Walls are a bit thin, where you can hear normal sounds from other guests (if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs). Overall it was a good place.

You honestly cant get a better hotel in Madrid for the price that you're paying! Youre literally in the heart of Madrid. With that being said, most of the tourist attractions are walking distance. As far as the hotel room, it had a Comfortable bed, strong A/C (definitely a must if you're visiting during the summer), decent sized restroom with a great shower. This is the first place I would try to book if I come back to Madrid.

Ar condicionado sem funcionar direito, a noite toda pingando e molhou minha mala

Great choice and option very near the METRO Madrid and other tourist spots. safe walking even at midnight!

The service at this hotel was very good, the staff was very helpful and nice, the rooms reminded me too much of a cheap 1 room apartment without a kitchen, and I feel like they tried creating a modern but cheap bathroom, instead of having the room rebuild properly

Walking distance to various attractions, museums, parks around Madrid. Easy access.

I notified Expedia and hotel that. I will stay only 2 days instead of 3 days. I didn’t get a refund even though I requested 5 days before my stay. Location is good but propert is very old and dark rooms.

Todos fueron excelente

Ruidosa entre hBitaciones

hard to find it

Nice, central and quiet

Muy bien todo

Very minimalistic room with basic necesseties. the walls are very thin, so you can hear a nail drop two rooms away.

Seconda volta in questo hotel: camera spaziosa, pulía, personale cordiale, posizione perfetta

Floor converted to suites in a traditional building. Adequate facilities in not so big room.

Exellent location!!

Great location near the metro but also walkable into the centre. Room clean and functional, staff very friendly and check on was easy. Would definitely stay again

Clean, quiet and convenient. I would stay here again.

Muy recomendable y muy céntrico

Yucchh!

The property is super well located. Remote check in was easy and the only thing I struggled with a bit was opening the keybox that contained the keys to the room - but mostly out of my own lack of motor skills I guess. The room and bathroom are not super spacious but are correct for a 1 star hotel. Bathroom seems to be freshly renovated and room was not bad either. Has all amenities you need for a hotel that level. Bed is comfortable and shower has good pressure. The only issue I found was that indeed the room was not at all soundproof so you could hear the people in the corridor/other rooms. Perhaps not a good option for longer stays but for me who was there for just one night, it was amazing price/quality ratio.

Great central location, clean, friendly staff, coffee, tea and snack options are delightful to guests. Check-in after hours is confusing.

Excelente

Very simple and small rooms, but in the great area of restaurants, shops and close to the metro. Very walkable and we felt safe everywhere. This is a no-frills place, but we slept well and thats what we needed. Thank you

Great place, great deal, fantastic location

I like how you can hear everyone around you, their TV, toilet usage and their chatter :)

Serviced apartments in central Madrid. Noisy daytime but good for sleeping only at night.

Excellent property.

It's safe, clean, quiet! I loved the area , I saw childrens going to school , a supermarket nearby, everyone was friendly when I was asking for directions . You feel at home!

Clean and tidy. Near the places especially in gran via. Staff is excellent. Service is perfecto.

Un lugar muy agradable

For the price you get a clean room shower and all the noise around. This is a place to rest and go.

For a hostel it was very clean and unique. It was not to small for 2 people. I have been in smaller rooms than this one and I have to say this have been the best.

Very nice property. Totally exceeded our expectations. Great location, 20 minutes walk to all major sites in Madrid. Quite street. Adequate sized rooms, everything is new, hardwood floors. The only kind of negative thing is the carpet in the hall, a little stained. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good, budget hotel, with clean rooms and nice friendly staff. Not the largest room you will ever stay in but good central location and surprisingly quiet considering it's location.

Great location. Super clean room. Wonderful shower. Superb staff. Excellent value.

I was positively surprised with my stay at this hostel. It was clean, comfortable and in a really good location for exploring the city. Memory foam pillows, clean towels and a coffee machine in the room. Receptionists speak quite good English and are welcoming. My only comment would be that a safe in the room or at reception would be a great addition as you don’t want to be carrying around your passport or all your cash when you are out and about. I would definitely stay again.

The location was wonderful. We had difficulty getting into the reception as you have to ring a buzzer, we were not aware of that so it took some time to figure out. Coffee or tea but not in great supply and selection was not good. Muffins were less than one bite.

Room was exactly what we needed. Cleaning daily and only a 5 minute walk from centre

A room was clean, however very small. One day we had no hot water. Imagine to walk in may in Madrid without a shower. WIFI was solid , very slow.

The pictures you see on the website are not what you will see when you get there. The entire place smells like cigarette smoke, it is the first thing you smell when you walk in. The towels have the same smell and you don’t feel clean after you have taken a shower. The walls on extremely thin. Every time the front desk phone would ring I though it was in my room. You can hear everything outside your room and they can heat everything going on inside yours. They night I stayed here was very hot, my AC unit didn’t work, I went to look for the person I charge for the night and she told me she didn’t know how to fix it and even how to operate it, she said, “oh well”, Openkng the windows didn’t help, it was probably the worst night in my life. The room doesn’t have enough power outlets, the mini fridge was disconnected and a lamp was plugged in, this meant everything inside the fridge had gone to waste but. O one bothered to look and make sure everything was ok. The only way to look your room when you are inside is to use the key the provide for you, in an emergency if you can’t find your keys, you won’t get out. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Very close to two metro stations.

Great location, close to everything. Lits of restaurants and business to visit and close to several attractions. Very good customer service. The building and the rooms are small though but the bathroom was nice.Great for a 1 or 2 days visit.

Noisy. Room right beside reception, could hear every phone ring and conversation.

Satisfied , hotel has small room but comfortable with own shower and toilet , newly renovated look s like

The hotel itself was simple and nice with 24 hour reception. Compared to others in Madrid for the same price that I stayed at, I liked this one better. They offered complimentary coffee and tea in the rooms. The shower's water pressure was strong and nice. The only thing was that the bathroom in our room was not flushed and it got clogged VERY easily. Oh, and the walls were a bit thin.

Great place to stay, excellent location and amazing rooms for the price!

Pros - right in the centre, en suite, super comfy bed. Cons - thin walls, slightly noisy street below, not easy to find (especially in the dark) Overall, would recommend to those looking for privacy on a budget.

Location is great walking distance to grand via and shops. Shower is very small and becareful the hot water temperature is very hot. Very nice and helpful staff

All fantastic. Great staff and nice rooms. Perfect location. Just to point out the shower. It's a small bathroom but does the trick. The problem is in my room the drainage didn't work properly so just one shower meant a flooding of the whole bathroom and part of the outside even laying towels on the ground. You guys should fix that with a simple blocked toilet clean liquid.
