Great location and budget option for staying the night after an event at Alexandra Palace - right next to wood green station. Staff were lovely and check in/out was easy. I would stay here again if I had another event at Ally Pally as very convenient and decent enough for one night! Despite being on a busy road I didn’t notice any street noise so slept well.

The water stopped working for around 15 minutes in the morning but came back. Every time we used the water there was a loud sound which may be annoying for some people.

This was the stay from a horror movie. We didn't stay we immediately left and turned in the key and the dude wasn't even surprised, this clearly happens a lot.

Customer service was exceptional, very very respectful and kind people. The outside may not look fabulous but getting inside was satisfying, I would say that I got value for my money.

Pessoal muito simpático na recepção, a localização era longe do centro, mas tem uma estação de metro logo na esquina, portanto, não tenho o que reclamar, nos ajudou muito a se locomover por Londres, o bairro é bem tranquilo, a cama era confortável, os banheiros estavam limpinhos.

O único ponto ruim foi não poder ficar mais, um abraço a toda equipa :)

Not very clean, showers weren’t very big and were very stuffy as no air flow.

Close to wood green tube station and lots about in the area. Food places close and a shopping centre close by. Place was clean as was the room. Plenty of toiletries provided for the stay. The bed was super comfortable They allowed us to store our bags with them before check in. And also the day after until our train home was due. This was very nice of the staff and was really convenient for is.

Shower head seems a bit old and the handle to sort the hot water out looked like it was about to fall off. Very minimal complaint

Perfect location for Tottenham stadium. Shuttle buses pick you up from the road across. Wood Green tube station is also across the road. Plenty of food places and pubs. A little noisy on the night so I would recommend ear plugs. Staff were lovely.

You get what you pay for! The room was clean and felt safe and was a perfect location for going to Tottenham stadium.

The bed was really small and the shared facilities were not the nicest, however it was all fine for a short stay. It it also a really noisy area but again it’s to be expected.

Beautifully converted art-deco building with plenty of quirky original features. Boutique hostel with everything you’d ever need on a budget. Absolute treat to have a first class Japanese restaurant and bar on the ground floor, with a stunning outdoor seating area and excellent customer service.

Lovely place to stay! Very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and quiet.

The door to the restaurant/entrance is locked at night. Not a problem on the weekend because the night staff sits inside at the desk, but on weekdays the phone number posted is not on WhatsApp. Challenging without a British number!

This was my second visit, and everything was good. The staff were very nice and check-in was smooth.

A basic set up but nice quirky room design, not standard corporate stuff. Comfy bed. Good shower. Good location for alexander palace.

We stayed during a heat wave and the room was like an oven. There was a fan but it didn't help much. We didn't get to sleep until about 4am.

The rooms face directly onto the main road. Even in the summer there are no fans or other cooling methods, which are. So you're forced to have the windows open onto the street that's extremely loud all night. Even with earplugs we struggled for sleep.

The shared bathroom was not clean. The locks on the toilet didn't even work, the room is tiny and a very small double bed and very uncomfortable, no tv, boiling hot in the room and extremely loud throughout the night. No place to have tea/coffee, it smelt like fish in the corridors and it's meant to be 24 hour reception but we were locked outside the place for 20 minutes early this morning when we nipped out to grab a coffee.

I expected more for the rate..no coffee or tea facilities in room or foyer, no TV in room... whilst neat, the property definitely needs an upgrade..

Ecellent location for the Alexandra Palace, with bus right outside to get to the venue where concert was. Green roms excellent value for money, very basic, but clean. Did not use bar or restaurant . Have stayed before and will return.

Considering it was a hot day it was more than comfortable - we had a fan in the room and it was really breezy with the windows open too. We loved the garden/restaurant and the food was so good.

The bed was quite hard but thats down to preference. An extra mirror in the room would be good for doing make-up/hair.

Great location, right next to a tube station, not far from Tottenham hotspur stadium for concerts/matches. We booked a small double room but was too small really, wish we had booked a bigger room, especially as it was so hot and there is no air conditioning. Staff are friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Shared bathroom was clean enough but I didn't use the shower so not sure how good it is.

Rooms are stuffy in a heatwave and the small double room is very small so only good if you are either alone or not spending much time in the room.

The room was spacious, bright, and clean. Sheets were crisp cotton & towels were soft & fluffy. Although it was not air conditioned, a large powerful fan had been provided. Tea & coffee sachets were appreciated as were the bathroom toiletries. Wood Green tube station was just a few minutes away, plus all the Wood Green shopping centre bars, restaurants & shops - which were on your doorstep. A stay in Green Rooms is excellent value for money.

I'm being a little bit picky now, but the bedroom windows were a bit hard to keep open properly, as they were a bit stiff, and the catch was a bit difficult to engage. We were on the second floor, and unfortunately, the lift was out of order. On the plus side, it meant I got my steps in !!

Location was perfect for where we needed to go for a concert. If you’re doing an overnight stay for Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, this place will do the trick for you.

Unfortunate that it is communal showers and bathrooms but you can make do. Also some rather questionable stains on the blinds in the room, but aside from that all good.

This place was so close to transport links it was amazing. The room was clean. The price was amazing. Lots of local shops, restaurants, and cafes etc. Morridons so close will help with cheap meal deals food and cold drinks. There was a very handy lift and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite being very basic it was clean, and extremely cheap, which we appreciated.

Being so close to transport links, it was a very busy road in front that never stopped, so was quite noisy especially at night. The bathroom was on a different landing to our room and rather basic. The room was basically a very narrow double bed, a chair, a hanging rail and a small cupboard.

Not a dislike as such but if you require a room with en-suite, make sure you select that during booking.

Hotel is super close to train station that connects with other stations and makes it easy to move around the city.

The room was tidy, the bedding was clean. The addition of the towel was very much appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of it was excellent, with plenty of amenities around. The metro station is literally 2 minutes away. Does have a more of a hostel feel than a hotel feel.

I don't need much when I'm traveling. Just a bed, a working toilet and maybe a shower. And I got all of that, for a very good price. I could not fault the location of Green Rooms was excellent, with plenty of amenities around and the underground literally 2 minutes away. I booked a bed in a dorm, the dorm was a lot bigger than I expected and the bunk beds were each in their own section of the dorm. The bed was very comfy, the addition of just having a sheet to sleep with in this heat was good. The bedding was clean, the dorm was clean. Suppose the only thing I would have liked to have seen would be a shelf for each bunk. And possibly an AC given the heat. The staff were friendly and helpful, and dealt with my very few queries. The showers were... Functional. As in they worked if a bit tight fit. It was a bit difficult to fit in clothes and towel and making sure everything didn't end up soaking. All in all, I would definitely stay again and do recommend it to others.

Perfect location. Close to the tube station and multiple bus stops going all different directions. Bed was comfortable, sheets clean. The room wasn’t very big but perfect for just an overnight stay. Ideal for a quick tourist visit.

Windows were overlooking a busy street and with open windows(due to the heatwave) it was loud most of the night.

Location was brilliant we stayed for a concert at Tottenham stadium and it was across from the shuttle. Room was just what we needed.

As it was so hot the windows needed to be open and my gosh was it noisy didnt get too much sleep! The shower could have done with some attention it came off the tracks when closing and small bit of metal cut my finger but not too much, did tell reception on check out who was very apologetic and was going to sort.

Stayed here after a concert during a heatwave. No air con but they did provide a fan which was ok. Bedding and bathroom was very clean and tidy. Room could do with updating and repainting as there was a broken light and some peeling paint. Great location right outside Wood Green tube. The noise was very noticeable especially as we had the windows wide open and it was very noisy all night. It had what you need for one good value night but it was so so hot we barely slept.

The bed was too small for two people. I sleeped on the floor. The bathroom was down a flight of stairs and shared by 8 bedrooms something that was not made clear on booking.

The localization was good because I was attending bts concert at totten so I had direct bus w3 right in front of my stay and the underground was also nearby

The bathroom situation was a complete nightmare. The property was advertised as having a private bathroom, but upon arrival I discovered that I had to use a shared bathroom located on the half floor. This was extremely misleading. While the toilets themselves were acceptable, the showers were awful. They were incredibly small and became very dirty after being used by so many guests. Even worse, both showers available on my floor had ONLY HOT water with no option to adjust the temperature. This is not only unacceptable but also unsafe, especially during the current heatwave. There was also no ventilation or fresh air in the shower area. Taking a shower in extremely hot water, in a tiny, unventilated space, was almost unbearable. In addition, the walls were paper-thin, so I could hear other guests talking and making noise throughout the entire night, making it very difficult to sleep. The window provided virtually no sound insulation from the outside, and the blind next to it was broken and kept rolling down on its own. Overall, the accommodation did not match the description and the conditions were far below what was advertised. I am very disappointed with my stay and believe the listing is misleading, particularly regarding the private bathroom.

I only stayed here for 1 night so to be honest it was enough & very affordable despite it being so close to the station, bus stops and convenience stores. I didn't mind the simple decor with no tv, as I only used it to sleep so it's fine

No A/C, no fan and the shower was not the best but I only stayed for a night so it's okay overall. Since it's in the town centre and above a restaurant, was quite noisy but that's just cause of the location. But the walls were thin and the the floor is hardwood so you can easily hear other people from outside walking around and going to their rooms.

When walking into the property we walked straight back out and booked somewhere new. It was very unclean and did not feel welcoming at all. Was really uncomfortable

The location was great, super convenient with the underground opposite and a bus stop right across the road. Staff were very friendly, easy check in. Room was perfectly suitable for our nights stay, could do with a repaint but cannot fault the cleanliness. Bathroom was a good size and came with shampoo and body wash to use. Bed was comfy, fan was a welcome addition for a very warm night and worked well. Road noise was very load with windows open but that’s to be expected next to a busy road, with how tired we were we slept through all the noise anyway! Ideal location for the Tottenham stadium, lots of places for food and drink around pubs, takeaways, supermarkets etc. Overall great value for money and would definitely stay again.

No AC, there was a standing fan in the room which was nice, elevator was also out of order for our stay. The information pamphlet in the room advised that while there was no breakfast available, there was coffee at the bar after 9. When we went down to the bar to request coffee, they seemed confused and there was no coffee. I don’t know how we would have gotten back in the hotel if we had needed to leave later at night, we were given a “reception code” but the door didn’t have one, maybe it’s manned 24 hours but in general there were a few things that weren’t clear or conflicted with info provided.

We stayed in a private double room, which was lovely and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and loads of natural light. The staff was polite and helpful.

The area is very dangerous, even though there's movement all night, buses, people, etc. I wouldn't stay here again, but it was handy for a concert near Tottenham, but again, the walk back was very dangerous too at night. There was a heat wave that weekend and the air in the room was non existent; keeping the window open didn't help and it was so loud outside, impossible to get a good night sleep. They gave us a small fan but it was not powerful enough. Showers were ok, clean enough.

Staff were really friendly and the hotel's proximity to the tube was fantastic. I was at the back of the hotel, so the street noise wasn't too bad for London. However, hard flooring throughout, means that it was possible to hear people walking about quite clearly.

Noise inside the hotel (due to hard surfaces - really difficult to avoid when people are walking in high heels). The blinds in the room weren't quite enough to block out all light. A very minor niggle would be better lighting and maybe a larger mirror where the desk is based. Other than that the hotel had all the basics and was a fantastic price for London.

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is in a great location, making it easy to get around. Oita is a good restaurant.

The rooms don’t look like the photos at all. The place felt quite run down, with rust on metal parts and a general lack of upkeep. The fan was covered in dust and didn’t really help, so the room stayed uncomfortably hot. The bathroom was in a very poor state too. Most of the metal fittings were corroded and the shower head was almost blocked, so the water pressure was really weak. The bathroom light was also broken and kept flickering constantly — honestly, it was so bad it felt like it could trigger an epileptic seizure, and it made the bathroom really uncomfortable to use. We had to use our mobile phone torch. On top of that, the walls seemed very thin, and we could clearly hear noise from the neighbouring room, almost like we were sharing the space. We felt very unsafe, my partner spent the whole night awake. Overall, it was a disappointing stay given what was advertised.

Por otro lado también habían otras ventanas que no se podían abrir de lo antiguas que eran y en la habitación no había ningún otro tipo de ventilación más que un pequeño ventilador lleno de polvo. Representa que la habitación era un duplex, pero en la parte de arriba no se podía dormir del calor que desprendía el techo. Estábamos en la planta de abajo, que parecía que nos estábamos alojando en el almacén del restaurante

Good value and decent room

Checking into my room was far more difficult than it should have. Empty reception without an indication of where the responsible staff was. After waiting and being ignored by the restaurant staff by a polite amount of time I managed to get their attention to get their colleague who eventually arrived vape in hand. Stay was fine but afterwards I was forced to come back because I was *assured* that I had left some of my belongings in my room. I was then handed these items which belonged to another guest. Might go for a PremierInn next time.

La ubicación, sin duda, es lo mejor del alojamiento. Especialmente si vas a ver un concierto o un evento a Tottenham Stadium. Está muy bien ubicado porque está al lado de la estación de tren y además al estadio hay un bus lanzadera. El personal de hotel es amable. Los baños compartidos estaban limpios.

Varias cosas. Para mí el hotel ha sido una decepción. En primer lugar, estabamos en ola de calor y estoy embarazada de 6 meses. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado ni ventilador, pero me dijeron que a veces había ventiladores disponibles a petición. Solicité uno, me dijeron que lo mirarían y no me dieron respuesta. Si hace calor en la habitación debes abrir las ventanas de par en par. Había leído algunos comentarios sobre el ruido en las habitaciones pero jamás me esperaba que fuese tan exagerado. Dormí con tapones y aún así escuchaba absolutamente todo. Está situado en una calle principal y durante toda la noche se oyen sirenas, personas chillar, tirar cosas, incluso alguien taladrando a las 02:00 de la mañana. No conseguimos dormir en absoluto y la cama de la habitación es muy pequeña para dos personas. Para el colmo, si tienes calor y quieres pegarte una ducha fría para despejarte, en las duchas solo hay agua caliente. Ardiendo. No sale agua fría por alguna extraña razón. No volvería a quedarme en el hotel y me alegro que fuese solamente una noche.

Shared bathroom facilities, the fixtures and fittings were poor and not maintained. The whole place needed attention, decoration wise, every fitting in bathroom was broken, or lightbulb not working. The lift also not working. It was a shame, as the online pictures showed a much better place.

Art Hotel. Amazing environment. Great outside eating area, fantastic staff, gorgeous bed, hot shower with lovely towels and soaps. Clean basic room.

No hot breakfast available. Tried to get a coffee and sit in the garden in the morning but, the catering team belong to the restaurant and they didnt open until 11am, would be great if they could have a few people in a bit earlier to make drinks.
