Snoozebox Olympic Park

Snoozebox was in the perfect location from the tube station and ABBA venue.

Someone was smoking/vaping in their room so set off the alarms which subsequently woke everyone up and came out of the rooms/boxes. No staff came explain what was happening so I went to the main reception(in my nightdress!!)to find out what the noise was, which is where I was informed it was the fire/smoke alarm. I then told all the other people waiting outside before we all re-entered our rooms.

I left shortly after checking in, it smelt damp and was just generally scummy and not very well looked after

Shower glass was pretty dirty and found a couple questionable hairs on new towels & linen.

The space is much smaller than the photos show. The ventilation is poor, and it is not possible to open the window.

Friendly staff who were incredibly helpful when my husband left his earbuds behind! We've stayed here 3 times now and always had a good experience.

Really handy for the DLR. Beds are comfy, and storage well designed for the small space. you will need to bring your own hairdryer, and maybe earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Don’t forget to use the Aircon because the rooms get really warm.

You get what you pay for. The drain in the bathroom kept making loud pumping noises. first time it did it it made me jump 🤭

Lage für Abba Musical unschlagbar. Aufgrund der Hitze war es im sog. Zimmer nicht auszuhalten. Alles in allem eine interessante Erfahrung.

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Zimmer eignet sich nicht dafür, sich tagsüber mal aufzuhalten. Es ist wirklich nur zum Schlafen gedacht.

Convenient location, simple facilities but clean.

Shower was cold and was offered a free breakfast as compensation. Is that all.

Great location. Nice to have the on site bar and breakfast facilities. Free tea and coffee. Rooms were well designed given the space and have air con. Bed comfortable.

Room smaller than expected even for a capsule hotel. Standing space (excluding bathroom area) was about the size of a phone box. Drain was very noisy which I reported.

It was very small, like a box, but perfect for a one night stay. Had clean sheets and very comfortable mattress. Shower and toilet worked well. Towels and soap provided. Had TV with all the main UK channels. Had safe as well. Main feature was its perfect location for both the Abba Arena and the London Stadium. Also, it's incredible price - I only paid $56 for one night. Had own bar there too.

There were strange noises underneath every time you ran water. Sometimes it was difficult to get hot water from the shower, but that may be because I used at 6.00 in the morning. Breakfast was okay, but only continental - no bacon and eggs, etc.

Great location, right by the Tube and a stones throw from Hackney Wick and the Olympic park. Spotless and just right for a one person low cost stay.

Great location right next to the tube station and within walking distance to London Stadium and Victoria Park (we went for All Points East). Room was comfortable and clean with a lively bar area, would recommend!

Staff were not the kindest, one on the phone was very short with me when I asked about early check in and one was rude when we got back at night.

It was so hot in the room but it was during the heatwave so not much could be done about that. There is not much privacy so if sharing you need to be comfortable with who you are with 🤣🤣🤣

Location was good for going to victoria park for a concert. Close to tube station - reasonable price considering ABBA Voyage across the road.

Got there before 3pm and had to either pay to check in early or drop our bags - it was cheaper to check in early and our room was ready anyway so don’t really understand the extra cost

Convenient location, close to local transport. Quick check in, complimentary water and toiletries. Bed was comfortable.

The water system emits a loud screeching noise after using the tap, and toilet flush is very loud, can hear other rooms. Need earplugs and eye mask if you’re a light sleeper, room door opens directly to the outside (no internal corridor). In the morning you can feel the room shaking occasionally, not sure if that’s due to nearby trains or construction work. Bathroom has a frosted glass door which doesn’t seal tight, so be warned if you like your privacy! Shower not very powerful and sink (directly across toilet) coming away from wall. Floor becomes completely wet after use. Overall the rooms are a neat idea but in need of some TLC.

These snoozeboxes serve a purpose of cheap rooms for a night's sleep, so it's hard to be too harsh for its shortcomings. Staff are lovely for sure, the double bed at least is mostly comfortable. 2 mins walk from Pudding Mill Land DLR is great too. Overall, my average nightly cost is about £70, private bathroom, convenient and feels very safe location - unbeatable value overall.

However, if you have the budget, there's no way you're choosing to stay here. The rooms are basically a continuous wet room floor using vacuum style water/waste management system (like on planes). The annoying bit, is that the rooms are very hit and miss, and often quite cold when you get there, with heating systems that are very loud. The showers I would say are 75% of the time pretty tepid or cold too. Cleanliness I would say is ok, but the sealant areas in the bathroom are very manky. So there's definite room for improvement even if you know what your getting yourself in for.

The location was superb. Right next door to Pudding Mill Lane DLR which fortunately was running a full service. However Stratford station is nearby with plenty of transport options. The pods were a lot more comfortable than I expected. A very good nights sleep throughout my stay. And the price was excellent value for money.

Shower needed to be hotter. Drainage system a tad noisy. And the shower area needs a shelf for toiletries storage. WiFi, although free of charge was terribly patchy. But this is a minor inconvenience

The rooms were adequate. The rate was reasonable. It did feel as if the locks weren't as secure as they could be, particularly with door facing onto what looks like an accessible parking lot.

The location next to ABBA voyage was perfect. It was on one of the hottest days of the year and for a tiny room that was a shipping container the aircon was very effective and welcome.

The rooms are so small it is quite difficult to navigate 2 people in them but for 1 night it was manageable.

Lovely friendly staff. Good value for money. Perfect location for Abba and the pre and post party is great fun. Drinks reasonably priced. Rooms small but you are made aware of this but they are clean and have all the facilities you need for a short stay.

Using former container boxes as hotel rooms is interesting and rather well implemented —except for aircon—, but the room is cramped. The mattress was thick and comfortable enough —although not on box springs. The place can easily be reached from Stansted Airport. All in all, OK for an easy to please customer for a very short stay under clement weather.

Checking-in from 3pm; you have to pay extra if you want to check in earlier. Too warm in hot summer and very difficult to cool down. It was cooler outside at night, but there are no windows to open. Noisy aircon, implemented under the bed, so the cold air only goes up after a very long time. The ceiling was still warm to the touch. Either you sweat all night or you bear with the noise, even with earplugs on. It is advised against drinking the tap water. The small water bottle provided on arrival isn't enough. The staff should systematically renew them every day without the customer asking for them, especially under hot weather. The room isn't dark at night: a permanent green light in the bathroom shines through the translucent door. No coffee or tea in the rooms.

The breakfast was £13 continental buffet, lots of chose, porridge, granola, yoghurt, fruit, scones with jam and clotted cream, coffee was good ABBA After parties was a highlight. The All the staff are amazing helpful and attentive. You can leave your luggage safely on your checkout day for £5 so your can visit London free of bags. The pod room has everything you need, bed, shower, toilet, AC, TV, quiet sound proof,

Great location for Abba Voyager and a great atmosphere both pre and post show. Staff excellent

No breakfast, but nice cup of coffee. Room was spotless, lovely clean bedding and toweks/ toiletries , tv. Ideal location for Abba voyage. Enjoyed the burger and chips when we arrived, in the sunshine with a cold lager. Staff friendly and helped us to carry cases up the stairs on arrival. Enjoyed the after party after Abba voyage, Great atmoshere.

Room was a little compact for getting ready but we managed ok. No staff to help us with cases down the staircase on departure only a lady on reception /covering breakfast.

Too small.... thats fine, it was only for 1 night for ABBA voyage... but plumbing was terrible, the shower weak water pressure and every time water is used, it makes strange noise...
