I was greeted by a pleasant gentleman and had a good chat with him so very helpful The property was super clean, very spacious and extremely comfortable Location was perfect for me to travel to Robinson to renew my visa, I travel once a month to Puerto Princesa and this will now be my go to place Highly recommended and thank you!!

Location is not the best if you don't have a vehicle

I felt very welcomed. really nice staff and they are one of the most genuine people I've met. They are so accommodating. they made me feel like I was home. I've been in & out of the apartment because of a busy wedding week but they have been so understanding and kind to all my requests. awesome people. very good value for money for such a decent apartment space.

Host on reception was super friendly and helpful. Room clean. Nice shared space upstairs. Out of town but lots of restaurants and a supermarket 5-10 minute walk, or easy to take a trike to city in 15 minutes

Onzettende mooie en ruime kamers. Het personeel is onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ik kon zien dat de kamer al een tijd niet gebruikt/schoongemaakt was. Er was stof in kastjes en op meubilair. Ondanks de airconditioning bleef het toch flink warm in mijn kamer.

Staff friendly, nice and very helpful

Bunk bed was shaky (doesn't seem sturdy) Bed mattress uncomfortable (springy) - not to everyone's taste (memory foam style). Bathroom door locks unintentionally. Person could be locked in if alone in the room. Location is far from the center. Could be good if you prefer quiet place. It's just difficult to get to especially after 9pm when jeepneys are not available. (In PP taxis are ordered from the airport so they will be quite expensive.) Trike's will take you there from the highway (P20 per person).

power went out. wifi worked only a little of the time. 2026 this isn't really acceptable. Philippines is still in 1980s with places to stay pretty much. As most probably stay here from Airport - some drinking water a must really. Room was musky.

2 bedroom apartment (Queen bed, and bunk bed) was perfect for our family of 4. Beds are firm so if you’re used to a softer bed then this place is not for you. The beds came with a sheet and blanket so if you’re looking for comfy bed this is not it BUT Puerto Princessa is humid so this was okay. The accommodations were clean. Hot on-demand showers were awesome! Best part was breakfast, Kuya Leweyn (spelling?) was so nice and accommodating. He made breakfast for us at the times we asked. It’s only 180 peso for a really hearty Filipino breakfast. We caught the tricycle or Grab to get to places. We also booked trips on booking.com and Klook that picked us up and dropped us off at this hotel. All-in-all, this is a good place 😊 for the price.

Accueil exceptionnel,toujours prêt à rendre service, à trouver des solutions. Appartement spacieux Le proprio nous a apporté tout ce qu il fallait quand ça manquait( vaisselle,etc). Je recommande !!

The showers should be replaced and the way to the property is bad.

The place is huge for the two of us. Nevertheless, we love the huge space. The pantry at the 3rd floor is very helpful too. Also, we love dogs and the dog "pedro" was very friendly. The location is near Robinsons Palawan and other establishments and gasoline stations. Lastly, Lowell the staff is very helpful. He assisted us in every request we made. Thank you, Lowell!

Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Luwell was very helpful and accommodating. The fact that cooking is allowed in rooftop.

Towels and bedsheets have multiple stains. Room has moldy smell, and mold in bathroom ceiling.

Staff was nice. Good wifii for my work, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is clean.

Couple of things to mentioned is both remote for the TV and the aircon does not work. The TV is okay but with the aircon we wanted to turn it off, but we could not. Also, one of the bed sheets has smells and the other has few stains.

WiFi works good in a new side of the apparent, not a far walk to main road, great and helpful staff that will help you with transportation to seeing up tours

It's next to a recycle place so sometimes not the greatest smell outside but it wasn't that bad and didn't smell in the apartment

Staff were super helpful! Room was very clean, aircon and hot shower were great.

Unfortunately I thought breakfast would be available as there’s a picture featured but they no longer do breakfast. Wifi was also quite slow. Not knowing the city I thought it was a bit more in town but it was further than expected, which was fine when renting a scooter.

The roof terrace with kitchen is great especially since breakfast is not included.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Luwell even gave me a ride to the airport at 1AM, thanks a lot for that!

It's perfect for a night if you have to catch the van or bus. The Inn is super close to the bus station. The owner and his brother are super nice and helpful.

1. The receptionist is very nice and accommodating. Very helpful and knowledgeable, just ask! 2. The room is clean and spacious, we like how the wash room is separate from the shower room. 3. It’s 10mins away from the airport, close to town.

It was far away from anything and there was damp in my room. The bathroom wasn’t very clean either, someone had left shower gel sachets and there was mouse droppings. But for the cheap price we weren’t surprised

The host is very accomodating, kuya luwell helped us throughout our stay and even go beyond on what is expected. We will definitely comeback and stay here again when we go back to Palawan

The shower heads needs a replacement, no refrigerator on room 7.

This is my 2nd time staying here; the first was in 2022. We loved the place for the value, it’s location, its rooftop dining area with kitchen, and the friendly staff. Luwell is very accommodating and friendly; he helped us both in 2022 and this time

Bugs, uncomfortable bed and itch sheets, weak WiFi, television that didn’t work. The ac is too weak, I’d wake up in sweats. Got locked up in the bathroom for over an hour and their tool of choice was a knife. Thank goodness I have my brothers with me. The listing is so bad not sure how they got high ratings.

Its my second time here, I like the place, have free coffee, clean water, all you need, you can cook, most of all syempre si LUWELL ang very napakabait at accommodating, kaya nga ako bumalik dito because of the very excellent service at sooooo clean. Thank you Luwell, see you again, soon!

The apartment is big. It has a big space. The staff are helpful. They even helped us how to go to the city and advised us the best transportation mode.

It is far from the city center but if you want some peace and quiet, this is a great choice.

You have everything you need for basic needs. Kuya Lowel is very easy to approach to.

The inn is a bit far from city center but it is easy to navigate and go to town using public transport.

The staff were really friendly and helped us to book the underground river tour and transport, anything you needed. He also gave us recommendations on local shops and the nearest atm. The room was massive and clean with the air con good as well. Shower was nice and hot also, the wifi was also good

Helpful Host, a good place to stay after travelling internationally prior to a Van trip to El Nido.

Location left a little to be desired, very industrial- however we did not pay much for a nights accommodation.

Our stay (3 people) in the two bedroom apartment was brilliant. The apartment was extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable. You can get anywhere quickly with a motorbike. The staff is great and takes care of all concerns. There is also a very nice roof terrace. We recommend the accommodation. :)

The beach was nice, but it was windy some days and blew sand into the pavilion. There were some nice reefs if you like snorkeling. And it was very peaceful.

The rooms were small, and the toilets not the best. It was ok if traveling with friends who are used to camping.

An absolutely incredible and sincere home atmosphere, thanks to the ever-present and kind Mr. Loel, who as a manager is absolutely in his place and always helps with everything. Its great breakfasts, they look beautiful and taste great. The rooms are incredibly spacious and perfectly cleaned. Ideal for a longer stay. If I was in Puerto Princessa I would stay here again because it was very comfortable and I didn't miss anything here 100% recommend

Luel was an incredible host, very servicial. He helped us with a problem with the shower and managed the transport and all for our trip
