El personal fue maravilloso, ambos dueños nos ayudaron muchísimo con todo, con las excursiones, con el transporte, nos prestaron un paraguas porque llovía mucho y todos los días nos traían un termo caliente para hacer café. Nos trataron excelentemente bien. Se nota que están mejorando cada vez más el lugar.

Quite cheap for a main city accommodation, especially considering there was a pool. The room was large with a separate bedroom. Aircon good. The host arranged a good scooter for us.

I'd like a large sheet for the bed that covers both of us. The pool looked murky but I still used it, and it was refreshing, but I wouldn't put my head under. Breakfast was forgettable. We ate dinner there the first night but it was poor and just as well there is a stall selling fried fish at the end of the driveway.

Très proche de l’aéroport, pour 400 pesos les hôtes viennent vous chercher, pas de stress. Le logement est super, petit restaurant pas très chère, piscine, ambiance karaoké avec la famille. Logement éloigné de la route, impeccable !

Outside the room they had good wifi & no noice from cars/bikes.

We had a lot of ants in the rooms what they couldn’t fix, the sink was broken in the bathroom, the poolwater was not clean at all & without telling us we been charged for breakfast (while it was included but this was only until 9am). It is no problem that people pay after 9am but then you should let them know it is not included anymore.

Perfect place for a 1 night stay before travelling to Port Barton the next morning. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pizza was really good and we also enjoyed the breakfast. We didn’t use the pool ourselves but it looked nice and well maintained.

Nothing major to complain about, it suited our stay perfectly for one night.

Good location, not too far from the airport and the Baywalk park, good and attentive staff, good wood fired pizzas and scooters available on reasonable rent. Clean rooms, though small. They arranged for the underground river tour as well as the drop to EL Nido

The rooms were very small and basic, the pool was a small wade-in pool, but clean. Kitchenette was non operational.

We had a wonderful time in Palawan. Staff are accommodating and helpful, simple and laidback place. Close to everywhere - National Road, airport, eatery, shops, etc. Clean rooms, simple and basic if you will be mostly away for the day.

Our toilet was first functional and then got blocked. I've thrown a toilet paper when we first used it and expected it to flush but it was sensitive. We had a workaround as we occupied multiple units so still ok.

Rustige locatie in het drukke Puerto Princesa met prima, maar kleine kamers en een goed bed. Heerlijke fruit shakes hebben ze wel!

Niet zo'n heel vriendelijk/gastvrij onthaal bij binnenkomst als verwacht (vanuit de recencies). En de pizza was wat slap maar wel lekker.

I highly recomend staying here. Joyce was an excellent host and booked all our travel tours and transport with ease. The pizzas were exceptional and the pool was great for having a swim. Lovely staying in a family compound in a very quiet location.

Very near main road, near Andrews Supermarket, near New Market if you want to bring home crabs, nuts, danggit. Best location. Plus you have entire apartment to yourself.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Nous avons séjourné quelques heures pour faire la bascule entre El Nido et Balabac. La piscine est agréable. Les chambres sont en fait des petits studios. Vous pouvez manger sur place grâce au restaurant proposé par la gérante.

L’établissement aurait pu mériter un 10/10. Toutefois, ils ont perdu mon maillot de foot préféré pendant la laundry et quand je les ai informé ils m’ont plus jamais répondu…

Super nette Hotelbesitzerin und super nettes Personal. Bei uns ist die Balabac-Tour ausgefallen und wir haben dann stattdessen dort mehrere Nächte verbracht. War sehr nett!

Nous avons réservé ici pour une nuit étape, nous partions très tôt le lendemain, et avons regretté de ne pas pouvoir y rester plus longtemps. La chambre est grande et espacé dans un sens très pratique. Literie et draps très confort. Leur menu à du choix et c’est très bon, le billard est super, la piscine pareil.

En effet, Clim un peu bruyante et juste au dessus du lit. Peut-être proposer du savons pour la douche.

Staff- nice family and varied staff but some couldn’t speak English well which is fair enough. Extremely slow service. Sat in restaurant for ages.

The staffs were nice and helped us book our trip to El Nido. The room was spacious, clean and bed comfortable.

The food wasn’t good. I ordered a fruit plate and the watermelon was rotten, the pizza was not well cooked.

It is a small local hotel but it has to offer great atmosphere, great food. Place to relax at. It is located far from the centre but it is on the way to underground river and El Nido. Thanks to that you save yourself some sleep😀.Some people are complaining about the shower on the floor but you find it a normal thing in Palawan. Floor dries quickly.

A plus would be to have some kind of soap or shower gel in the bathroom

Nous restions juste une nuit, c etait sur.notre route donc pratique. C est calme acec un bar et terrasse simple mais sympathique. Accueil avec.une petite fleur en tissus pour la st Valentin. Gentille attention .

Nous aurions aimé.nous baigner mais la piscine n est pas entretenue. Eau très trouble pas de filtration , des mouches....personne n.a voulu se baigner elle ne donnait pas envie.. L accueil très sympathique mais pas les personnes au bar..Chambre pas tres bien conçue. Avions demander un van pour le lendemain. Ils nous avaient proposé, avions attendu 2 heures. Pas un mot ni un verre de la part de la personne au bar qui nous regardait attendre. Le cadre est sale.

Bardzo przyjemny nocleg w świetnej lokalizacji. Pokój czysty i zadbany, łóżko wygodne, a okolica spokojna. Właściciele/obsługa bardzo mili i pomocni. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny – chętnie wrócimy.

Hosts were lovely people. Very helpful with all the questions we had. We were able to hire one of their mopeds too which made life easier! Breakfast was a bonus for what we paid for the room.

The Place was cozy, welcoming and quiet. It felt like home. The food at the restaurant was amazing, you can rent a motorcycle there and the owners are super helpful in booking activities.

It's not in the city center, but if you want calm and quiet it's perfect, and it's only 10 minutes away by tuk tuk.

Struttura molto basica, in zona degradata. Pizza pessima. Colazione prenotata e pagata in anticipo per le 6 di mattina ma non usufruita perché una persona dello staff si è presentata dopo mezz'ora per iniziare a preparare la colazione. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere più volte la restituzione dei soldi. Il giorno prima dell'arrivo, avevamo prenotato con la struttura il transfer per Port Barton per le 7 di mattina (prenotato e confermato dalla struttura tramite la messaggeria Booking.com) al prezzo di 600 pesos a persona (1200 pesos per due persone). Transfer pagato direttamente alla struttura in contanti senza ricevere una ricevuta, nonostante la nostra richiesta. La mattina del transfer, verso le 7.15 la proprietaria ci informa che non si conosceva l'orario esatto di pick-up (in struttura), forse alle 9 o alle 10 o oltre. Dopo circa 15 minuti è arrivata un auto, chiamata dalla struttura stessa, che ci avrebbe portato al punto di raccolta dei transfer. Appena saliti, l'autista ha cercato insistentemente di venderci un trasporto privato ad un prezzo decisamente più alto, dicendo che il nostro transfer era stato cancellato dalla struttura. Visto il nostro rifiuto, ci ha lasciato al punto raccolta restituendoci soltanto una parte dei soldi, dicendo che la struttura si era trattenuta la commissione. Abbiamo riscritto alla struttura per avere chiarimenti ma non ha mai risposto! Alla fine, abbiamo dovuto riprenotare direttamente in loco un nuovo transfer, pagando la differenza e aspettando 4 ore su una panchina in strada!

Sauberes, großes Zimmer. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich um alle Anliegen kümmert. Leckere Pizza aus dem Steinofen. Kleiner Pool war in Ordnung und nutzbar.

Der große Pool war leider sehr trüb und wurde nicht gepflegt.

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und gute Wahl für eine Übernachtung vor der Balabac-Island-Tour. Wir wurden als letzte abgeholt und konnten deshalb etwas länger schlafen als die anderen. Die Koffer konnten wir hier lagern für die Dauer unserer Tour, was ein tolles Plus war. Das Appartement hat eine gute Grösse und ist sehr sauber. Das Essen war ebenfalls gut und das Personal sehr nett. Checkout mitten in der Nacht war völlig unkompliziert.

Das Wasser im Pool wae sehr trüb, weshalb wir den Pool nicht genutzt haben. Die Klimaanlage extrem laut, deshalb haben wir sie ebenfalls nur kurz zum runterkühlen eingeschaltet. Etwas Salz im Pizzateig hätte die Pizza noch besser gemacht, sie war aber so auch schon lecker.

Great value for money, big rooms with AC and good showers. That with the pool area as well was the perfect relaxation spot for a couple of days. The family were very welcoming and helpful. Food was tasty and well priced.

Es ist eine kleine ruhige Oase, fernab vom stressigen Trubel. Wie waren nur auf der Durchreise aber das Ambiente, die ruhige Musik, die köstliche Pizza,...es war einfach Top.

- Offered to do laundry service, we gave on first evening and were waiting over 24 hrs later for it and had an early flight in the morning, they returned it damp and vaguely smelling of cigarette smoke, just please don’t bother to offer if it’s not something you usually do. - No wood-fire pizza, not that deep but did want one - Pool dirty so not able to use - Not much around the hotel, but good to just get to airport

Joyce is a very nice lady who gave us a lot of help. She told us how to get there in advance before check-in and helped us solve the rental car to buliluyan and accommodation after check-in. The environment is also very good, but the small road outside is a bit bumpy.

Very good, Joyce and her whole family are very nice, the food is good, you can rent a scooter on site. Very pleasant common area with lots of little fairy lights. I recommend it for Puerto Princesa.

The hostess was great, everything was clean; cosy and alternative atmosphere. A little far from the city center but it is even possible to rent a scooter from the hostess. Would recommend it and stayed there again after my first two nights as I really felt comfortable

The approach from the main road is not " pucca" or paved road and its slippery and awkward to walk in rainy season and very dark after sun set which I found very onerous and uncomfortable. The restaurant at the site has very limited choice .

El lugar es muy bonito, la piscina y el jardín están muy bien, la cama es cómoda y hay aire acondicionado (aunque muy ruidoso)

Al ser temporada baja no estaba muy cuidado (la piscina estaba algo sucia, el jardín poco cuidado y no había muchos platos disponibles de su menú dado que eramos pocos huéspedes (y tampoco coincidían con las fotos que habíamos visto). La familia principal no estaba pero la chica que quedó al cargo fue muy amable. El tener la ducha sobre el inodoro es un poco engorroso pero funcionan bien ambos.
