Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Staff was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Brenda, Valeria, Alejandro, Evelyn and Francesca. Super nice persons and ready to talk about any questions and subjects I had.
Breakfast could be improved. A few persons that at night prefer to talk loud rather than to sleep. I guess hard to control.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026My experience at this hostel was wonderful! The place is very organized, clean, and in an excellent location, but without a doubt, what really makes all the difference is the staff. I would like to give a special thank-you to Brenda, the manager, who was extremely attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. She makes you feel very welcome and shows how much she genuinely cares about the guests. I would also like to mention Francesca and Thaís, who were absolutely wonderful to me! The three of them made my experience even more special. It’s amazing when, in addition to finding a well-maintained and organized hostel, you meet such kind people who make you feel at home. I already miss them! ❤️ The staff truly makes all the difference, and I highly recommend this hostel. I hope to come back one day!

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Excellent location so close to the city centre. No parking nearby, but the recommended car park is close and has a lot of spaces (and it was good that the listing notes there's no parking). Good breakfast. Kitchen facilities are pretty good, although it gets busy so you have to get in early. Staff are helpful.
Beds were noisy. Shower is a nightmare as it's like the ones you use at swimming pools and you have to keep pressing the button - my kid described it as the worst shower experience of her life (10 years old, so clearly very experienced). Wasn't pleased to find out on arrival that we had to pay a deposit for damage. Happy to pay this kind of thing when it's stated, but not so pleased when there's no warning. It was returned swiftly, however, so that was good.
