No funcionaba bien el wifi en toda la habitación. Es algo negativo porque utilizar datos dentro del hospedaje hace que se encarezcan los costos al tener que comprar mas.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in front of the bay, with an absolutely beautiful view from the panoramic windows. We had a lovely two-room apartment with a spacious bathroom and open-plan kitchen. The bedroom was very comfortable, with a large wardrobe and plenty of hangers, making it easy to unpack and feel at home. We especially enjoyed the lovely balcony with a table and chairs — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. Everything was clean and tidy, and our towels were changed every day. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back. Thank you for a great experience!
The apartment was quite simple in terms of decoration, and a few pictures on the walls could make it even cosier. The kitchen equipment could also be a little newer. However, everything we needed was there, and it was very comfortable for the two of us.

Nobody was at the reception when we arrived and we had to wait for an entire hour until someone came. Also if we called the number listed on booking, the phone was ringing in front of us.

We are supposed to be staying 28th-1st, left on the 29th. We didn’t feel safe as the sliding doors lock on the outside so someone could climb up and let themselves in. We were supposed to have a balcony but we did not have one, just sliding doors to the outside. The shower smelt like egg, No hot water. WiFi was bad. The place was dirty with marks all over the walls, looks like a cigarette was put out on the table. They also have the worst elevator I’ve ever been in. Toilet door doesn’t shut. And all of this for €157 a night. I complained at reception they offered another room but I really did not want to stay in there another night I asked for a refund and was refused any compensation so we just left and found another place for our remaining days.

El bidon del aiere acondicionado acumula el condensado de varios pisos y se llena muy rápido, para que no rebalsara me veia en la obligación de descargarlo constantemente, hoy existen sistemas de desagote automatico que podrian haberlo implementado.

The door's terrace couldn't be locked up, while showering, the water temperature was always changing its temperature and power, we didn't have a place to hang the shower head and it was super uncomfortable.

De reklamerer med utemøbler på verandaen. Da vi kom manglet dette. Spurte om å få stoler og bord. Fikk stoler etter ett døgn. Da vi etterspurte bord fikk vi beskjed om at de ikke hadde flere bord. Er klar over at dette ikke er 5- stjernes bosted men de burde i de minste ha det de viser på bildene. Personalet i resepsjonen viste liten eller ingen interesse for gjestene, lite imøtekommende. Så endel kakerlakker ved inngangspartiet. Dørene står åpne stort sett hele døgnet.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Znakomita lokalizacja, 100m od plaży. Codziennie czyste ręczniki, z czystością na podłodze już nie do końca. Dobry kontakt z zarządcą, doniósł dodatkowe poduszki i koc.
Trzeba prosić o pokój balkonem i z oknami na stronę morza, bo nie każdy tak ma, i nie brać na ostatnim piętrze. Prysznic wylewa na całą łazienkę. Brak miejsca do suszenia rzeczy. Brak prywatnego miejsca parkingowego, trzeba szukać w pobliskich uliczkach. Sklepy w pobliżu czynne od 8,9. Nie ma gdzie szybko rano kupić świeżych bułek na śniadanie. Jako miejsce tylko do noclegu, jako baza wypadowa na wycieczki czy wieczornych kąpieli w morzu -może być. Standard umiarkowanie średni.

Dette var et nedslitt hotell, og selv om det var rengjøring hver dag ble skitt på gulvet ikke fjernet men mer eller mindre bare flyttet inn mot veggen og dørterskelen. Lange sorte hår på gulvet, selv om jeg har kort og blondt hår. Det lakk vann fra varmtvannstanken, det var satt bøtte under men når den var full rant vannet over og ned på gulvet. Kondens fra aircondition ble samlet i en bøtte på balkongen, og når den var full ble den tømt ut i oppvaskkummen på kjøkkenet. Skikkelig kvalmt! Ellers hadde jeg bestilt rom med sjøutsikt og balkong. På balkongen manglet det stoler / balkongmøbler. Jeg ba han i resepsjonen om å ordne dette, men han beklaget og sa de var ødelagt. Jeg ba ham om å ordne nye, hvorpå jeg får til svar at han skal prøve å fikse de ( reparere de). Da jeg ikke fikk nye, påpekte jeg det til rengjøringspersonalet. De fikset nye balkongmøbler med en gang. Ellers kan nevnes at døren inn til rommet bare lot seg åpne halvveis, trolig pga fuktskader og skjevheter. Ble ordnet litt i løpet av oppholdet. Ellers var det kakerlakker og maur på rommet. Det ene bildet viser hvor skittent gulvet var , selv etter det de kaller rengjøring

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026The apartment fully met our expectations, and the pictures accurately matched the advertisement. The location was simply perfect—just a short walk from a long, beautiful beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable (my back is sensitive to soft mattresses). The kitchen was equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking. The only downside was that the kitchen knife was extremely dull, so we couldn't use it at all. The air conditioning and refrigerator were already running when we arrived, so we were able to cool down and chill our drinks immediately. The apartment was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all. The property had several Wi-Fi networks available, but none of them had an active internet connection. This was by far the biggest disappointment of our stay.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026La ubicación es excelente, con vista al mar. En los alrededores hay muchos restaurantes. Un supermercado al lado del apartamento. A dos pasos puedes disfrutar de la playa.
Si alquilas un automovil es dificil encontrar lugar para estacionarlo, pero es lo mismo en casi todo España. Hay un estacionamiento público cerca, si tienes paciencia, se puede encontrar un lugar allí.

Poca pulizia..non so se era dovuto dal contesto generale ma in cucina c’erano formiche e una mattina abbiamo trovato una blatta dentro la doccia. Le lenzuola avevano delle macchie. Noi abbiamo soggiornato a giugno e già era difficile trovare parcheggio.

La propreté n’était pas au rendez vous. Les draps n’ont pas été changé pendant 4 jours, la femme de ménage a fait un coup de serpillère très sommaire, les toilettes et la douche n’ont pas été nettoyé… pas de produits pour nettoyer. Et une odeur de canalisation très désagréable.

Расположение отличное, сразу пляж, остановки автобуса в 5 минутах, быстро трансфер с аэропорта, и можно добраться до других мест острова. Апартаменты отличные, мы остались довольны
Кровати короткие, для высоких людей неудобно, отсутствие мыльных принадлежностей. Нас это не смутило, мыльные принадлежности мы взяли с собой. Wi-Fi слабый.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Alojamiento en general bastante sucio y descuidado. Había numerosas manchas de mosquitos aplastados en paredes, cabeceros y puertas, dando una sensación de falta de limpieza. Además, encontramos pelos en las sábanas y, al llegar, la sábana bajera estaba colocada del revés, lo que generó dudas sobre si la ropa de cama había sido revisada correctamente. La iluminación de la habitación era insuficiente, resultando incómoda, especialmente por la noche. También proporcionaban muy poco papel higiénico para la duración de la estancia. En general, el alojamiento necesita una limpieza profunda ya que debería ser lo mínimo exigible para un establecimiento que recibe huéspedes

lo unico que no anduvo bien la coneccion wifi, a veces andaba y a veces no, el router estaba mal configurado

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026A localização é muito boa. Cerca de 300 mts da paragem do autocarro para Palma de Maiorca pelo preço de 4€ por viagem. Possível vinda do aeroporto a pé (eu vim) mas tem de se atravessar rotundas e caminhar sem passeios disponíveis. Paguei 16€ de táxi na ida para o aeroporto pois o avião tinha saída as 07H e saí às 05 do apartamento. Aluguei um carro por indicação na receção dos apartamentos por 130€ dois dias, sem ser necessária caução por um Seat Ibiza "básico" mas essencial para os 650 Kms sem problemas! O Apartamento tinha o essencial para se cozinhar, sem condimentos. A tostadeira estava avariada e prontamente substituíram por uma nova. Pertíssimo da praia. Ambiente calmo e com tudo em redor, nomeadamente supermercado ao lado da entrada dos Apartamentos. QUerendo por exemplo compra carne ou comidas mais confecionadas é necesssário para ir por exemplo ao Auchan o Mercadona relativamente perto.
Não tem Gel nem Shampoo de duche. Simplesmente 2 sabonetes muito pequenos no primeiro dia. Atenção que por ser uma ilha existem situações de roubos como presenciei precisamente na praia em frente do lado direito, porque deixaram "abandonados" os haveres mesmo perto do muro e foram divertir-se para o mar e mais longe que foi um "convite" a terem sido furtado o telemóvel. E outro caso com duas supostas turistas que seriam carteiristas pois a polícia que as prendeu fez-lhes revista aos sacos. Cautela e segurança! Algum ruído devido à falta de civismo de quem lá está.
