We selected 2 single beds in the options but was given 1 bed, bed and pillows were quite soft and lumpy and one day trying to leave our room we were greeted by a growling dog.

The guest next door was slamming the door, when they arrived and when they left the next morning. The right side of the mattress seem to feel like someone slept on that one side felt like matress sunk on one side.

Seeing my name on the whiteboard made it very clear that it was a contactless check-in, which I appreciated. It would have been helpful to know this in advance when booking, although it may have been mentioned as Booking.com can sometimes be a bit unclear. I was also really pleased that the owner allowed me to use the EV charger, which made my stay even better as I prefer charging my car at the accommodation. The owner was also very prompt and helpful when replying to any questions, which made the experience even smoother. The only downside was that the EV charger location was quite difficult to find, and clearer directions or signage would have made the experience even better.

Just a few things that would make everyone’s stay at your units a bit more comfortable. Why not put a 2 SEATER LOUNGE in the room. You only have 2 very uncomfortable hard chairs at a small table.. it would be so nice to watch that great big TV..in comfort.. Also the pillows….you need to change them as not very comfortable..but I guess not everyone likes the same, but for both myself and husband, the pillows were not good for us. They were much too soft.
