Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Large enough for 5 people. However only 2 stayed due to travel problems. Off street parking. Door locks after you enter for security.
It was freezing when we arrived in at 9pm. No heating on so took a few hours to warm up. No electric blankets. Bathroom heater does not work. Bathroom is out dated. Toilet is too close to the shower. Not much leg room.

The shower got extremely hot. We had a plumber with us who said this is due to the cylinder not having a tempering valve, so easily fixed :)

No kitchen scissors, blunt knives, no laundry detergent and no dryer.Terrible shower, weak water supply, hard to adjust. Have to drag bags upstairs and downstairs.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025A lovely place to spend a few days to visit family! It had everything we needed, bar maybe another comfortable seat to chill and have morning coffees. The location is amazing, so close to everything and having a dedicated parking spot made it all the easier. Having a washing machine and clothes rack was handy too and the beds were comfy and even though we were there for a freezing weekend, we stayed toasty warm. thank you!
The water pressure in the shower is almost non-existent, but that was really the only thing we found a bit tricky.

It looks like nothing more could be improved. But it is really old and smell musty.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2025Great location, close to the city center and the supermarket. Really quiet street. I love the stairs as it reminds me of my own home. The kids enjoyed the Netflix so much. I have to give extra star for the owner. My mum accidentally left her iPad at the bedroom. The owner found it and contacted us straight away and posted it to us.

The property is located on the first floor, so you will need to carry your luggage up a narrow staircase. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind for elderly guests.

Having a washer for travellers was very much appreciated, although drying was difficult. Julie the owner was just a phone call away and was very attentive to our needs. All in all, a pleasant stay.
The bathroom was very antiquated, cold and the shower had very low water pressure. The property was a long way from the city.

Reviewed May 21, 2024Contactless check in. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen/dining area felt very welcoming and nice to sit in. Kitchen had everything we needed as well. The parking was right in front door. Also value was very good we thought. Location is a bit out of center, but it was very calm and within walking distance. The hosts also went extra step to dry our clothes though there is no dryer in the apartment. Keep in mind that whole apartment is on second floor and is accessed by stairs only.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2023Very nice apartment. It´s upstairs so you have to be fit to walk stairs. The parking space is quite tight with 2 cars there but it worked. Very easy entrance with door code. Nice and spacious, very homely and comfortable and cosy feel.
There was no proper dining table, just a bar. Which is fine when you have older kids but might be an issue with younger kids. However they could probably eat on the couch.

Living area is a bit cramped but it's an apartment so can't do much about that. Modem placement was really not great for kids, would be recommended to put this up higher out of the reach of kids.
