Hihetetlenül kedves és segítőkész személyzet! Soha nem találkoztam még ilyen nagyszerű szállásadó személyzettel! (Ez +2 pont!) Elhelyezkedés remek, minden fontos látnivaló séta távolságban van. A két nagy mecset minaretjei a felső szintről láthatók, viszont ezt napi 5* figyelembe kell venni hangerő miatt, szokatlan lehet a hajnali ébresztő. Ez nyilván nem negatívum, hanem a helyi élet szerves része.

Nagyon veszélyes a lépcső kisgyerekkel. Víznyomás hiánya olykor lehetetlenné teszi a fürdést. Tisztaságon lehetne még fejleszteni.

Не обратила внимание, когда забронировала номер, что он находится на подвальном уровне. И это был худший опыт. Окно под потолком и снаружи на уровне ног. Если кто-то курит рядом, все тянет в комнату. Открытое окно не помогает проветрить комнату, с закрытым еще хуже. В номере постоянно сыро. Чистота вызывает сомнения, все уставшее и плохо убрано.

Close to things, very central

I had booked a double room but was put into a single room, had to convince them to move my room to the one I had actually booked. Room was dark but fine.

Hôtel central à 5mn de la mosquée bleue et d'un arrêt de tram. Chambre très propre. Prix très correct.

Les escaliers qui sont un peu raides sans doute impossible à gravir pour une personne handicapée. Pas d'ascenseur.

Завтрак был включён ,но очень уж скромный .Ресторан в подвале ,почему то сложилось впечатление что на крыше .Многое из сантехники вышло из строя и на верхние этажи вечером вода не поднимается .Парковка если повезёт найдётся около отеля ,но она оказалась платной .

Отличное расположение, нам попался единственный номер, из окна которого видно море. Вежливый и радужный персонал. В номере чисто, хорошо работает кондиционер.

Жили на 4 этаже, часто пропадала вода, ванная комната немного "уставшая". На странице отеля был заявлен завтрак на террасе, по факту завтракали в подвальном помещении. Завтрак очень скромный. Парковка около отеля платная.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und haben uns eine Alternative angeboten

Die gebuchten Zimmer waren im Keller und nur das 4 mann Zimmer war im ersten stock, die doppelt Betten waren so klein da konnte mann maximal alleine drinne schlafen . Wir haben als Ersatz zwei Wohnungen bekommen allerdings mehrere Straßen weiter in einer Seiten Gasse . Wodurch wir jeden Tag mindestens 15 bis 20 Minuten laufen mussten bergauf um ins cebteum zu kommen .

The hotel is located right next to Hagia Sophia, tucked away in the charming little streets of the Old City. It's a small hotel with a warm atmosphere and very friendly staff. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We stayed for one night, and even after check-out, they kindly looked after our luggage until it was time for us to leave for the airport, which we really appreciated. A lovely place to stay, especially if you want to explore the historic center of Istanbul. We would happily stay here again. With love from Greece!

Мы в Стамбуле уже много раз, всегда бронируем в этом районе, потому что добраться можно в любую часть города на трамвае. Так как район старый, отели всегда пахнут стариной и канализацией, но «Genius» в этом районе наверное единственный, который ничем не пахнет👍 Мы бронировали 2 номера, и нам очень понравилось! Расположение отеля очень удобная, рядом со всеми достопримечательностями. Номера точно такие как на фото, мы были приятно удивлены! Номера чистые, кровати удобные, вода всегда была, бутылка воды, чайник, утюг, кондиционер. Персонал очень дружелюбный, есть говорящие на русском.

The location is perfect place for visiting Sultan Ahmed close to everything. AiSophia Mosque, the blue mosque and Sultan Ahmed Square and a lot of restaurants around. The hotel is also a good for families. You can have a piece of mind if you visit Istanbul with your family management are amazing very helpful especially Mr Emen the manager , also Nader, Firas and Norai and the others, they are all friendly and helpful

The stairs are a bit narrow, but I understand because this is historical building

Чудовий персонал, який радо допоміг з усіма питаннями. Найкраще розташування прямо біля Айя Софії та всіх інших історичних пам'яток. Чистота в номерах відмінна. Враження чудові.

It's situated in a stunning location. The staff was truly amazing especially Boran & Husein were very friendly and welcoming. Facilities were nice.

Ecco una possibile recensione: Ho soggiornato in un piccolo hotel davvero carino e funzionale nel cuore di Istanbul, nel quartiere di Sultanahmet, e l’esperienza è stata ottima sotto ogni punto di vista. La struttura è semplice ma curata, pulita e perfetta per chi vuole stare in centro e muoversi comodamente a piedi verso le principali attrazioni della città. Le camere sono essenziali ma confortevoli, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Un grande punto di forza dell’hotel sono Nadir e Bora, i due ragazzi che lo gestiscono: sempre disponibili, gentili e pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Ci hanno dato consigli utili su cosa visitare, dove mangiare e come muoverci in città, facendoci sentire davvero accolti e seguiti in ogni momento. In generale, è un’ottima scelta per chi cerca un alloggio semplice, centrale e con un’ospitalità autentica. Consigliato soprattutto a chi vuole vivere Istanbul in modo pratico e senza stress.

The shower water pressure fluctuates a lot. Same for the temperature The airco didn't work, we were lucky the temperatures were not that high. The balcony had a lot of rubbish on it, just give it a sweep... The staff frequently offered/mentioned services you can buy through them. The sound insulation can be better. The hairdryer didn't work well.

La posizione è comodissima, a pochi passi a piedi da santa Sofia e Topkapi e vicino a molti ristoranti per la cena, il personale molto cordiale e gentile, la camera molto spaziosa

We booked this hotel's Family Room for our family of four (two adults and two kids). This hotel has a great location. It's about two blocks away from the Sultanahmet Square, and in the other direction two blocks away from restaurants. We booked the Family Room which was spacious enough for us. The beds were good and not lumpy.

It would work to the advantage of the hotel if they would improve on these two things: bathroom and breakfast. The shower area in the Family Room was a bit too tight. Breakfast consisted of bread slices, jam, cold cuts, boiled eggs, slices of cucumber and tomatoes, plated for each guest. This too could use some improvement.

The location is great. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Reasonable price. They also provided a baby crib for our son. Thank you very much!

Personnel super accueillant : à mon arrivé ils m’ont proposé thé, café et eau. Ils m’ont aussi fourni un plan de la ville avec des explications détaillées ainsi qu’une carte de transport en commun gratuite ! Quand vous arrivez ou sortez de l’hôtel, il y a toujours quelqu’un pour vous accueillir et demander si vous avez besoin d’aide ! Très bon emplacement (Topkapi, mosquée, galata)

J’avais la chambre sous sol, très bien dans l’ensemble mais salle de bain un poil petite.

The location and the staff were both exceptional. Topkapi is just around the corner and so are Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. Restaurants are close by. Everything was great. Did run into some plumbing problems and the staff quickly responded and even changed our room immediately so that we did not experience any problems. The staff at this location is probably the best. Especially Bora and Nadir. Ali and Mehmet were also very helpful and the two cleaning ladies Feroza and Nargis kept everything great. We had planned to stay near Taksim on our return to Istanbul but instead booked Genius because it was such a great experience with them. They were even kind enough to look after our luggage while we were gone which allowed us to travel light to other cities. The wifi is moody but I feel wifi is a problem almost everywhere. For the price, the location we got was amazing and the service we got was out of this world. Eyvallah to the staff!!!! Bora you made our stay very comfortable. Thank you.

Clean, and location is perfect - 5 mins away from the aya sophia and sultan mehmet mosque, alot of restaurants nearby and has a 24/7 store close by too. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. They arrange day tours and help with private tours as well.

The prices could be better

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff are extremely helpful (especially Bora) always ready to assist and provide useful information about the city, its gastronomic offerings, and anything else we were interested in

The hotel is located in the old part of the city, so it has a distinctive smell. The breakfast is fine, but it is served in a very cramped area where it is cold. Although the staff turn on a heater, it doesn’t really make much difference.

The price was very reasonable, the location was fantastic (near all the major sights, but on a side street so not too loud), with amazing service (and 24/7). Plenty of towels and toiletries (soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner) provided also helps.

Not a negative by any means, but be aware that the hotel is narrow and tall, so if you have mobility issues, you may want to request a room on a lower floor. It may also be a hassle if you have heavy luggage.

This was an affordable place to stay in the heart of the tourist area. The nice thing is it was right there but far just far enough out of the way to be much quieter and private than many other hotels in the area. The staff were amazing.

On booking.com it was listed as a 4 star hotel. In my opinion it was not a 4 star hotel. I think 3 would be a stretch.

В этом отеле останавливаемся второй раз. Очень благодарны персоналу отеля за помощь по всем вопросам и готовность круглосуточно помогать. В прошлый раз они даже чудесным образом нашли забытый в рандомном такси новый айфон. Да и вообще все, что мы просили мгновенно исполнялось (замена подушек, дополнительные одеяла и посуда, итд). Бесспорным плюсом отеля также является прекрасное местоположение в двух минутах от Святой Софии.

В целом отелю не помешает ремонт, но нам было комфортно в любом случае

Atención excelente, siempre atentos respondiendo a preguntas y solicitudes. La posición central a dos pasos de Topkapi y Santa Sofia. La cama muy cómoda

El baño de mí habitación era muy decadente, la insonorización era nula, del aire acondicionado caían gotas de agua sobre la almohada. Se nota falta de inversión y mantenimiento. El desayuno bueno pero leche y café de un tarro de Nestlé "no"...no cuesta nada poner una cafetera y un té para servirse.

Very nice hotel; room was beautiful and comfortable. There was a lot of noise outside in the early morning. One of my windows would not stay shut for some reason so fixing that might resolve the situation. The hotel is walking distance to shops, food, and major tourist attractions.
