The host Linh was the kindest host we have had during our travels, she made sure we had everything we needed and was super helpful with recommendations! Laundry was always done really quickly and was folded neatly and smelt really fresh! Breakfast was also amazing and the room was just incredible for the price, thankyou so much Linh for your hospitality we couldn’t recommend this homestay enough ! Perfect distance from the old town with a half an hour walk and close to convenient shops !

Ich hatte 6 schöne Tage und Nächte in der Villa de Campagne. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt da das Zimmer geräumig und sauber war! Die Besitzerin und ihre Mitarbeiterin sind sehr freundlich,lieb und hilfsbereit. Ich war alleine unterwegs und habe stets Hilfe bekommen,als ich welche gebraucht habe. Das weiß ich sehr zu schätzen und ist nicht selbstverständlich heutzutage! Vielen Dank nochmals! Die Lage war auch sehr gut und es war friedlich, ruhig ( bis auf die letzte Nacht leider, aber dafür kann die Besitzerin ja nichts, dass Gäste sehr laut sind) und ich fühlte mich einfach rundum wohl und kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Dass die neu angereisten Gäste der letzten Nacht dort extrem laut waren. Es handelte sich dabei um Eltern, die es nicht für wichtig und nötig gehalten haben, ihre Kinder so zu erziehen, dass man an öffentlichen Orten nicht so extrem laut rum schreit oder dass man zur späten Stunde keine Möbel verschieben sollte. Dafür kann die Besitzerin wie gesagt leider nichts und ich möchte hiermit nur darauf hinweisen,dass Reisende der Sicherheit halber einen Gehörschutz ( Ohropax) dabei haben sollten,da es hellhörig ist. ( Was in der Regel nicht schlimm ist,denn ich denke kaum,dass SOLCHE Schreihälse des Öfteren kommen)

Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido simplemente perfecta. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidos y cuidados. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, eran muy cómodas y el ambiente del hotel era tranquilo y agradable. Lo que más nos gustaría destacar es la atención del personal. Todos fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Nos resolvieron todas las dudas, nos ayudaron con el transporte, las actividades y cualquier gestión que nos surgió durante el viaje, siempre con una sonrisa y una gran profesionalidad. Da gusto encontrar personas tan dedicadas a que los huéspedes disfruten de su estancia. El desayuno estaba delicioso, las instalaciones estaban muy cuidadas y la ubicación es excelente para visitar la zona. Sin duda, una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido en un alojamiento. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa y por contribuir a que nuestro viaje fuera aún más especial. Si volvemos, repetiremos sin dudarlo. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Very welcoming and helpful people. The room was big and the beds super comfortable. The shared kitchen was a massive bonus and the pool was lovely. Great location with restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The owner sorted us out bikes and even went out of her way to get anew one when ours had a puncture. Can't recommend highly enough.

A lovely, cozy boutique hotel with only six rooms, giving it a very peaceful and personal atmosphere. The property is full of greenery, with a cute little koi pond that adds to the charm. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The location is also excellent, convenient for getting to the beach as well as the Old Town. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura quasi 10 giorni, ma mi sarei fermata molto di più. Camera enorme, personale incredibilmente disponibile (mi hanno aiutata con gli spostamenti e dato ottimi suggerimenti) e posizione ideale a metà strada tra il mare e il centro. Durante questo periodo ho lavorato da remoto e posso confermare che anche il Wi-Fi è stato sempre perfetto. Grazie di tutto, mi sono sentita a casa ❤️

My boyfriend and I stayed at Villa de Campagne for close to 2 months. We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms are big and the beds very comfy. The villa is very well located between the city and the beach. The ladies working at the villa are amazing and very welcoming! I was sad to leave them after so long! They also make good breakfast for an excellent price! I definitely recommend to stay here!!

I loved it all

The reception was lovely: personal and with a welcome drink. The area of the homestay is cosy and hospitable. The owner, ms. Hien and her staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spacious and had a private little garden with bath and ventilator! It was next to the small but refreshing pool. Breakfast and the fresh made eggs were great!! the chef was so kind.

The only thing that I did not like, but got used to real quickly was the amount of time it took to get to old Hoi An. The free bicycles also need some TLC.

Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità del personale per ogni nostra esigenza: ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in in serata molto tardi, ci hanno prontamente aperto il cancello alle 5 di mattina per permetterci di andare a godere dell'alba in paese, abbiamo potuto lasciare lì i bagagli il giorno della nostra partenza ed, in ultimo non per importanza, ci hanno aiutato e si sono molto preoccupati perché una notte sono stata parecchio male per via di un'infezione batterica per cui sono finita in ospedale! Mi hanno anche fatto un regalo per consolarmi! Veramente delle splendide persone! La camera bellissima con terrazzino annesso molto rilassante, la struttura anche, la colazione ottima, la piscina utilissima e la pulizia impeccabile! Ottimo anche il rifornimento del minibar e del cibo 😊

The host and the receptionist Anh were so very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Anh. She went above and beyond for every request we had.

The only negative was the staff would access our room when we weren't there. I know they possibly thought they were helping, but it just left an uncomfortable feeling.

My daughter and I were totally in love with this place! Nicely furnished and clean, offering daily room service and tasty breakfast if ordered, a cosy pool area and pretty quiet atmosphere as there are only a few rooms for booking. The territory is well looked after and has a very calming vibe. For me, it was a perfect location to have rest and focus on my remote jobs, starting the day with a nice swim + personally prepared breakfast and ending it in a really comfy big-size bed. Spent ~5 days there but would have loved to stay longer! Several nice places for eating out just across the street, also mini food stores, massage places and rice fields. The place offers bikes free of charge and are real sweethearts to help with any question! Our best recommendations!

Tout Accueil vraiment adorable et chaleureux 🥰 MERCI ENCORE Parfaitement au calme et pas si loin de la veille ville où nous sommes allés à pied une première fois. Vous pouvez vous y rendre en vélo ( gentiment prêté) Le deuxième jour, nous avons pu leur louer un scooter pour nous balader dans les environs Nous leur avons aussi demandé de réserver un transfert pour nous pour aller à l’aéroport. En plus, c’est charmant. Notre chambre était très confortable Nous avons très bien dormi, c’est vraiment là que je retournerai 😍💝

Everything was perfect - beautiful and clean rooms, a great location (there are great restaurants and cafés nearby, and you can get into old town for a reasonable price by taxi), and the staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. Very warm welcoming, quiet area, cute pool, spacious and very clean rooms ( towels changed daily) , close to bars/restaurants, spa etc but it's a good choice to rent a scooter. Luxurious feel, fantastic shower with good/best water pressure! Offered us goodbye spring rolls/juice.

Just a friendly suggestion - maybe change the plastic hose of the toilet pistol because it's too stiff to use/ to handle.

At first, the apartments seemed like great value for money. They are located not far from our favorite restaurant, which was very convenient. The apartment was very spacious — around 60 square meters — with pleasant colors and nice interior finishes. There is also a swimming pool, which was lovely for cooling off. Overall, everything looked wonderful at first glance.

There is one huge issue with Apartment 101 that the hosts are aware of, yet they continue to rent it out. Right next to the garden, behind the neighboring fence, there is a chicken coop/pigsty. The smell coming from there is absolutely unbearable, it’s impossible to describe in words. Because of this, we couldn’t open the windows, and enjoying the bathtub while smelling manure was simply not an option. At the same time, we couldn’t keep the windows tightly closed all the time either, as the room would quickly start smelling damp and musty due to humidity. The bathroom curtains already showed signs of mold. The apartment is also quite dark because of the high fence outside. The hosts apologized, but an apology does not solve the problem. Guests should not have to deal with such conditions. This is something that needs to be resolved with the neighbors before continuing to rent out the property. There were also several smaller but unpleasant details. Drinking water was provided in a filtered jug, but bottled water was charged extra. Paying by card incurs an additional percentage fee, which feels like an outdated and unfriendly practice. The villa is located on a very narrow road where taxis cannot drive directly to the entrance. This makes it quite difficult to manage large suitcases and very inconvenient when arriving or leaving.

Personalet var kjempesnille og veldig serviceinnstilt. Dei var tidlig med å kontakte oss og hjalp oss med skyss både til og fra flyplass og andre utflukter for rimelige priser. Dei var imøtekommende, hjelpsomme og gjorde det lille ekstra som gjorde at vi følte oss veldig ivaretatt. Er også mange restauranter og minimarkets nærme villaen, og man kan også ta sykkelturer i nærområdet eller til gamlebyen. Vi brukte for det meste Grab inn til gamlebyen da det var litt for langt å gå, noe som funket bra for oss. Anbefales sterkt!

L’hôtel, situé un peu à l’extérieur du centre ville, est un point de chute parfait pour découvrir Hoi An et ses environs. La chambre était parfaite et très confortable. Madame Hien et Anh étaient toujours souriantes et prêtes à aider ! Super ☺️

Les vélos gratuits sont un vrai plus mais ils mériteraient un petit entretien.

Everything was great

Villa De Campagne is absolutely beautiful. There are four villas downstairs surrounding a peaceful pool, plus a few more upstairs, which made it feel intimate and calm. Our room was huge, tranquil, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor bathtub was a highlight. I enjoyed a moonlit bath with a glass of wine and a book, which felt incredibly special. We travelled as a group of seven ranging in age from 1 to 76, and it was perfect for the whole family. It felt safe and relaxed for our toddler, while still being a lovely place for adults to unwind. Anh and Lucky were so kind and helpful, even arranging a last-minute travel pickup at 10.30pm with no stress at all. The surrounding rice fields are stunning, especially for early morning walks, and there are some really nice local restaurants nearby. It was easily our favourite place we stayed in Vietnam.

We had to leave an Airbnb due to how dirty it was, and thankfully we found this hotel right after. What a night-and-day difference! For the same price, the hotel was sparkling clean from top to bottom. The host went above and beyond—she upgraded us to a double king, welcomed us with drinks, and even let us check out the room before paying since we’d just had a bad experience elsewhere. Throughout our stay she was always present, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was pristine and clearly well cared for, and we loved that the hotel offered free bikes to ride to the beach or into old town. This place truly turned our trip around. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and affordable stay with a host who genuinely cares, I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

La personne à l’accueil nous a réservé un très bel accueil et était aux petits soins. La chambre était grande et confortable. Très bien décorée. Les vélos à disposition sont un vrai plus. Nous avons tellement aimé cet endroit que nous y sommes restés une nuit de plus.

We rented the villa room. Beautiful and very spacious, really cozy and big bed. Delicious breakfast. Receptionists were very helpful with taxi and laundry. We planned to stay 5 days, but unfortunately could only stay 2 days in the end. It’s a good place for longer stay in Hoi An.

Only thing is you need a scooter or taxi to the old town.

Amazing spot. Perfect place to come back to and relax. Right in between the old town and the beach. Make sure you walk out the back as you're about 1 minute away from beautiful rice paddies. Incredible host, who went above and beyond to help (including with an item I left behind which she arranged to send to us on our next location). Definitely recommend.

Absolut geniales Homestay mit lecker Frühstück und sooo lieber Dame. Sie hat immer bei Allem geholfen. Roller wurde sehr gut organisiert und auch spätes Frühstück war kein Problem. Der Pool ist mega cool und auch erfrischend. Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt unten am Pool wo man abens schön davor sitzen kann. Fahrräder gibt's um sonst, Roller sollte man für die City haben, ca. 5 min. Fahrt. Das Zimmer war top, riesig und sehr sauber. Ordentliche Klima und alles modern. Ich kann das Hotel ganz ganz herzlich empfehlen.

Kleine, liebevoll geführte und sehr ruhige Pension. Nicht weit vom Strand und alles was man braucht gibt es um die Ecke. Am Pool kann man super von der Hitze entspannen. Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr schön einrichtet.

При заселении мне вручили небольшой презент в виде маленькой сумочки и угостили освежающим вкуснейшим лимонадом. Ещё на вилле можно взять бесплатно велосипед и прокатиться по окрестностях. Стоит своих денег однозначно!!!

The breakfast is adequate. You have a selection of egg options with toast (you are given a selection of jams and peanut butter, butter and margarine), pho, and fried noodles. You are given a small plate of seasonal fresh fruit with breakfast, and you get fresh fruit juice with breakfast. Our favorite part was the pool. It is surrounded by plants and an enclosed garden, is private, and it was cleaned daily. Ms. Hien, the host, is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The bath is very large. The water pressure in the shower is adequate. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. There is a balcony. The room has a small fridge, kettle, and TV. Water is provided daily in a closed jug rather than bottled.

I felt that some more care could be taken with cleaning. There was a hanging lamp in the room which had dust and cobwebs, the little table outside the room where you could sit and have a drink or just relax, hadn't been cleaned in a while. The tap in the bathroom at the basin was nearly falling off when we arrived. There was no bedside lamp but when we requested one, the host provided one. The AC's are positioned directly over the beds in the room we were in so cold air blows on you when you sleep. (I am not sure if this is the same in all the other rooms). We spoke with the host about this and she provided a temporary assist by directing the airflow directly to the ground and providing a fan to circulate the air. It was not a perfect solution as the cold air still blew across the bed where I slept. There is a rooster somewhere nearby that crows at all times of the day. This did not bother us, but it is worth mentioning for future guests to know. There is wifi but we never got a full signal throughout our stay, and this made it challenging for streaming. It's a little thing but the room key card was a bit old and dirty. The plastic was coming off, and this made it a bit challenging to insert into the electrical slot in the room. I think this is a simple thing to replace. Small things leave an impression.

… it’s a pity that’s not possible! Ms Hien is an incredibly kind and honest woman, full of warmth and care. She truly does everything to make you feel at home and her presence is deeply touching. This was honestly one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. I stayed in the room with the large bathtub – absolutely wonderful! Spacious, spotlessly clean, with lots of storage space and excellent Wi-Fi. The location is so beautiful, not far from the beach, close to the rice fields. You can have nice walks, take a bike and discover the beautiful places, nice restaurants and a lovely neighborhood. I originally booked for four days but ended up staying for two weeks… and I would have loved to stay even longer. At some point, though, I had to move on. Her lovely staff member made me the most delicious Cao Lau (a local dish) every morning. She was so attentive and always made sure I was doing well. This is a place I will never forget. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Ms Hien!

Everything about this place was superb. Wonderful hospitality. We were made so welcome. really lovely. Beautiful tranquility with atrium pool and balcony or patio surrounded by foliage. Rooms tastefully decorated. Big bath tub and sink. Delicious breakfast. Nice touch: dressing up wardrobe for guests to try on tradional vietnamese outfils for photos. Grear location....near rice field and river on outskirts. more calm yet only 5 mins to old quarter / 5 mins to beach by car or bike.

Very large room with large bath / plunge pool (we had booked the suite). Hien the owner was a lovely lady. Western films available on TV. Good location if, like us, you want to divide your time between the beach and the Old Town (we walked everywhere)

Some of the towels and bed linen were getting old and worn. Modest breakfast, mediocre coffee (however, the banana pancakes were great!)
