Lost Guest House Peterhead

Was clean and tidy but very noisy as other toilet for room next to me was outside my door. Also in the morning breakfast was getting cooked In a microwave outside my door early in the morning

Basic but clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.

The guest house was located close to the town centre so ideal for my activities. The guest house was clean comfortable with good facilities such as tea and coffee making facilities, breakfasting area, and although my single room was small it was cosy comfy and clean. The bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was also clean with a good hot good pressure shower. I will stay here again. Great value for money. The ladies who made the breakfast on both mornings werec courteous, friendly and keen to.hekp and please. Both ladies were polite and smiley 😊 which made the stay pleasant

Coat was good. Staff were lovely. Ideal for a solo traveller like myself.

Close to the harbour and town, the staff were helpful on the phone.

Not that I didn't like, it's very dated , not a big sink in the bathroom so I couldn't get washed in it, no double glazing, but you get what you pay for . It was fine for the one night we needed it 😊

Das Fenster ließ sich nicht schließen. Aufgrund der Möwen war es sehr laut nachts im Zimmer. Die Armatur in der Dusche viel fast aus der Wand.

Lovely enjoy my stay

It's a good location and my room was basic but clean and comfortable.

My bathroom smelled of damp and the wifi password didn't work. Wasn't a big fan of the self-service checking but it wasn't a big issue.

La stanza è molto modesta e poco curata. Il letto a molle è praticamente rotto.

Reaching the end of my stay.

Rooms are dated, and mold is present. Strange smells and creaking are all over the house. Seagulls outside will keep you up all night. The windows are temperamental and falling apart. I paid £100 to stay in a box with a shower in the corner and a metal chair; the TV hummed, and so did the light. I was told it was en suite, but the toilet was across the hall. The owner needs to reinvest their earnings into maintaining the property!

Ill fitting curtains. Noise from other rooms. Filthy windows. Needs redecorated.

Three beds for three people was wonderful. We were a late night entry, but the instructions were really clear and it made it so easy for us to settle in at our time.

I was stupid enough to lock myself out of the room and while I struggled to get connected to the phone number, I was helped greatly on the phone by the owners. Major kudos.

It was clean and in a convenient location.

The floor boards need screwing down as you hear everyone walking round In the public areas.

Good location, easy to access, helpful staff. Room was large and very clean. Shower was decent too. Easy walking distance of everything in the town centre and no problem parking outside. Great value.

Minor quibble - room description stated there was a hairdryer in the room but there was none.

The location didn’t make me feel safe, the lack of a proper reception, the very basic, stained and very tired interior, the single full ceiling light, the dubious neighbouring properties, the bird poo splattered window that I couldn’t open easily, the whole drab and depressing feel of the place was reminiscent of a flop house rather than a guest house; I decided in the evening to drive another 6 hours back home (after driving all day) just to avoid a night here. I would have rather slept in my car. Total waste of money. I expected basic, but not depressing and dingy

Check-in process was easy to follow and parking is possible on the street in front. Staff were friendly if you need to call them.

The rooms were not super clean, lots of dust and mould in bathroom.

Basic room, bed comfortable, from outside I was concerned. But room was clean great. Value for money.

Poor outlook...not enough milk, supply downstairs empty only one pillow on bed, bathroom had a bad smell, windows wouldn't open. During this heatwave we needed to open one.

The towels were clean

Size of room. Very thin duvet, had to buy a sleeping back for second night. Terrible drain smell in bathroom. Only 2 channels on TV. Really not very clean.

Close to the town.

Unclean, I mean really dirty room bin unemptied, When alerted to the problems the manager explained she had been away.- like that solved the problem- and if not happy we can just go -full refund . So we did.

The staff were very accommodating

I found a fingernail on the bedside table on day one and the whole place is a little run down, the tv in the room didn’t really work it kept losing signal and they put my 87 year old Nan in a room on the top floor after being told she could have a ground floor room but they did rectify it on day 2.

The bedding and towels were clean. Perfect one night stopover. Close to town centre. On street parking.

Price wise a relatively good stay.

Peterhead was kind of dull, not our favourite place in Scotland. The rooms were also very noisy (could hear our neighbor through the walls).

It was relatively cheap for the size of the room.

The place is a little run-down and would need a little refurbishment. It looks old and a little neglected, a bit like the town of Peterhead… I guess this reflects in the price.

It is in the city centre and parking just outside. There is an ev charging point just a couple minutes away in the public car park. They offer additional towels and coffee etc that you can get yourself and they provided me with a hairdryer as there wasn’t one in the room even though it said there should be when I booked.

The windows were covered in black mould and they couldn’t open. The room was damp and stuffy. The bathroom shower cubicle was not clean and the shower fitting was coming off the wall.

Good location, convenient 24 hour access via keypad, basic catering facilities available - microwave in main hallway. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Wifi good.

Room 10 window broken latch couldn't close it, toilet roll holder broke off, no clothes hanging facilities , tv controls didn't work.

Perfekte Lage, 5' Gehminuten vom Busbahnhof und vom Zentrum entfernt. Dementsprechend auch einige Pubs in der direkten Umgebung. Informationen zum Self-Check-In zeitnah erhalten und alles klappte einwandfrei. Zimmer sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Preis/Leistung hervorragend.

The room was very unclean, the beds were so uncomfortable. The housekeeper knocked the door at 9am to ask cleaning the room.
