Carpet in room was dirty. Needs deep clean not just housekeeping clean. The pressure in the water was too low. It took a while for the hot water to come out.

The restaurant and lobby were very good looking. Breakfast was good.

Hasn’t a direct access to the shore and beach walk. The pool area can be improved a lot. The pillows too uncomfortable. The air conditioning too noisy.

este es un comentario para que por favor me regresen parte de mi dinero ustedes me hacen un cargo por $ 4,083.53 pesos el dia 30 de julio por la primer noche y hasta ahi esta bien llego al hotel lucerna y no reconocen el cargo y me comentan que me lo van a regresar en este caso Booking y lucerna me hace el cargo por las dos noches por $8642,02 pesos.. espero su respuesta por favor ...e

Me encanto el ambiente que se siente en el hotel, son muy agradables las habitaciones y siempre sentí que estábamos muy atendidos. Las camas eran muy cómodas.

Los barandales de los mini balcones de las habitaciones les urge una buena arreglada, lucen desatendidos. En el baño encontré en el piso accesorios como liga de cabello etc de mujer y un cabello largo en el sanitario. Más atenciòn con esos detalles.

The hotel is upscale without the upscale price. You receive great treatment since you drive ip and are greeted by the valet staff.

The floor in my room was not clean. Socks were soiled from walking in the room without shoes.

This is the second time I stay here and it seems like the hotel hasn’t been maintained correctly

The elevator is dangerously broken, I saw how it almost gets one person arm off, I reported twice but the administration didn’t do anything about it

No pude accesar a la playa por las obras que se estaban realizando y la vista aunque escogi una habitacion con vista a la playa, no es muy buena; eso no se especifica en la descripcion ni es claro en las fotos del alojamiento y no me parece bien.

I had a really great experience here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and providing good service. The service overall was excellent, both inside the restaurant and through the car service. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and the staff stayed professional and courteous the entire time. It made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate the level of attention and care they gave, and it definitely stood out. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Tenía mal holor la abitacion al entrar y la regadera solo abia agua caliente no logramos regularla y salía muy poca y el teléfono no funcionaba fuera de eso todo excelente

que las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, tampoco tienen amenidades en el cuarto como chocolates,sabritas,cervezas y botellas de vino en presentación de una copa, y sobre todo no tienen café en la habitación ni de cortesía hemos estado en otros y se tiene todo lo que les comento no importa si hay cargo extra

Rooms are super small and the beds are full size

Room was clean, but overpriced. Jacuzzi and pool were not heated whatsoever, which ruined that experience. Okay hotel but needs a lot of improvements in features/amenities to be worth the price. Also, avoid the breakfast in the morning and go to one of the restaurants nearby.

This is the one of the best hotels in the area.

Excellent hotel and superb service

The atmosphere was wonderful, great for families, I just went for one day because it was a busy weekend and couldn’t find space for other day, the service provided by every single person from the hotel was amazing, I am definitely coming back but for more than one day. I liked the warm pool a lot and the drinks!

room was OK, but it felt gloomy....and the shower drain in wrong location (water accumulates without draining properly), it was shampoo but not conditioner, and really that sink was very awkward for a first class Hotel. Lastly, the smell outside and inside the room (especially at night) was very very disgusting................i believe is not worth the price at all.

My friend, who lives in Ensenada, recommended this hotel for my stay. Easy to find location. Beautiful lobby. Safe valet parking. Clean rooms. Fast and efficient room service. Friendly staff. Two very nice restaurants to choose from. Very nice pool area. Delicious tortilla soup and full breakfast buffet with fresh fruit.

Very nice property, and the staff working in the hotel are excellent! This will be our go to hotel in Ensenada.

We were able to check in but early. Lobby is sleek and clean. Rooms are really spacious and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was incredible with plenty of choices from omelets to seafood. Self serve unlimited mimosas and micheladas was great!

The hotel is beautiful and they have a good Sunday brunch. But the beds and pillows need a major upgrade. Also, the walls are very thin so we could hear our neighbors kids crying ALL night.

Had a great stay at this property. I would definitely recommend to others. We are planning another trip here again. The property and room was clean and comfortable. The staff, were friendly, helpful, and inviting.

Where can I begin, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and hospitality here. The staff was superb, we were surprised about everything the moment we arrived just after midnight. The restaurant food was so delicious, but you can drive down to the central area if you want other options but the hotel itself the restaurants are excellent

The hotel is beautiful and has views of the ocean. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great.
