Die Lage, Grösse des Apartments und die Ausstattung waren einzigartig!

Leider konnte man die Fenster aufgrund der Klimageräte (Schlauch gegen aussen) nicht schliessen. In der Nacht wurde es doch kälter und auch den Verkehrslärm war so gut hörbar.

Unavailable AC was an issue but due to the city regulations . Also if there were paid services for concierge or so would have been good

Amazing location, right on Lake Lucerne with beautiful views and a nice and spacious apartment. Close to great restaurants and stores as well as historic sites. The beds and furnishings were comfortable and clean. Host (James) was responsive to any questions or concerns. Well supplied and has everything you will need for your stay. Would highly recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again!

The outside door pad needs to be replaced (buildings issue and not the apartments) but it made it a little difficult to enter the building at times. Little repair issues but the host was very responsive to them. No parking on site but you can find parking garages nearby.

Size of the apartment and views of Lucerne

No instructions for using appliances. Lounge was too low and difficult to get up from for older people

We love the big picture window over looking the church and down the lake. The roof terrace would have been nice too but the weather wasn’t so great so we didn’t use it! It was a lovely spacious apartment. And we enjoyed our stay there

Pretty much as soon as we pressed a light switch ( to the downstairs bathroom)it fell off the wall. I was then quite cautious regarding other electrical bits . The apartment would benefit from a higher settee to be able to make use of those stunning views ….or some bar stools so you could sit at the window. Be prepared for the clock bells pretty much ever hour!

The property was wonderful! The views from all of the various bedrooms were amazing!, looking down into the quaint part of the Old City. And the view from the roof terrace was spectacular(!), allowing you to view the Old City and Lake Lucerne simultaneously. There is also an amazing view from the upstairs (2nd floor) lounge area. No matter where you were in the property, you could easily just people watch and relax. The whole property was laid out so comfortably, with plenty of space. I loved that there were 2 separate bathrooms, with one housing the shower and the other housing the bathtub. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed. The property manager was the best I have ever experienced in responding quickly, kindly and efficiently to any request or update I would contact him about. The whole property was comfortably warm and perfectly clean. Truly one of the best places I have ever stayed!

Although we loved the proximity to the nearby stylish church, and we greatly enjoyed the ringing of its bells, there was 1 bedroom wherein it could be difficult to sleep due to the hourly ringing of bells during the night.

Everything!! The apartment it is located on the very central location, it’s very clean, in the apartment you can find anything that you will need for a day or even for a week of stay. Very cosy, with great rooftop. And panoramic view of the area.

Top Unterkunft, Top Lage, atemberaubende Aussicht, sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn sie eine außergewöhnliche Wohnung in Luzern suchen, können wir dieses Penthouse sehr empfehlen. :-)

No cup in the bathroom and had to go upstairs to get one from the kitchen. Church bells throughout the night.

We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was quick and check and check out were seamless.

Excellent location. Views to die for from your private rooftop balcony. Air conditioning in every room. Clean, safe. All the things you look for in a room in a country.You are not familiar with. All the amenities you'd need, including a reasonably priced minibar.

Incredible views of the lake and the mountains! Being able to see the sunrise was the highlight of our stay in Lucerne (from either/boththe living room and the roof terrace). This penthouse property was very spacious, tidy and clean. Big TVs in each room were highly appreciated. James B was really professional, attentive and made our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible - for which we are very grateful.

Water from the walk-in shower went through the sliding shower door into the bathroom.

Gorgeous apartment in the best location in Lucerne. Amazing views and very luxurious!

This is my second time visiting Lucern. My last stay was in Art Deco Montana 12 years ago with a view to the lake. I know the view from this department would be nice as well. We stayed here between 30 Dec and 2 Jan. Luckily we could see the firework by the locals at the New Year Eve and the big firework on the New Year evening. We saw our neigbours at the roof top enjoying the nice firework. The sunrise was marvellous on the morning we check out. The apartment was well equiped with everything we need. The Sauna is very modern. We would have tried it if we have more time. The dining room and kitchen were so nice.

There is something we can comment. It is about some wear and tear. The water drainage at the bath tub was quite slow. The trash bin lid was broken. Some moulds and some hand written pencil marks on the walls. The service department did accept the reporting and acknowledge them. Our concern is the requirement of CHF 500 deposit on top of the prepayment. Luckily, we were accepted the apartment was returned in good shape. This is an Air B&B with only online support by Whatsapp, email. Anyway, the response time was good. The help from James is excellent when we encountered car park fee problem.(NB. The apartment has no parking space so we have to find the public car park nearby through the assistance of the service team) Though the price is comparable to a 5 star hotel like Victoria-Jungfrau, we still think this place a good choice during the festival time.

the terrace view is stunning! the apartments are lovely, clean and within 10 minutes of the train, shops & restaurants :)

The location was walkable to train station, shopping and restaurants. The apartment was clean with ample supplies and the space worked great for 4 of us to stay. Beds/pillows were comfy and we really appreciated the fans in each bedroom. The rooftop deck was a hit as the views were amazing from up there.

The elevator was a bit snug with luggage but worked for 2 people to use it.

Price was high for a family of 3.

It was well laid out, comfy, had super views and communication was just excellent. Can’t fault this stay.

Our stay at the Lucerne Lake View Apartments was incredible. The size of the apartment was amazing, providing us with ample space and comfort. 1. **Sofa Stability**: The legs and style of the sofa upstairs were not stable. Sitting on it required caution as there was a risk of falling off if balance was not maintained. 2. **Laundry Machine**: The laundry machine had a major leakage issue. Every time we used it, the laundry room would flood, causing inconvenience. 3. **Safe Box**: The safe box in the apartment had a fixed 4-digit password that could not be changed. Additionally, it was not fixed or screwed in place, making it unreliable for storing important belongings securely. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the comfort and security of future guests. Despite these issues, we must commend the outstanding service provided by James. Although this is a smart accommodation without an in-person reception, James's immediate and helpful responses via email made us feel as if he was always present in the lobby. Thank you, James, for your excellent service and prompt follow-ups! Thank you for considering our feedback.

Great location. Easy access.beautiful views. Very clean.

Apartment was crazy hot when we arrived. Air conditioning not working in one room first night as window was not secured. Toilet did not work for 3 hours as work was being done and we were given no notice. Electricity went out when we used hair dryer that was provided. Washing machine flooded and after call to let them know there was no follow up.

The location was just perfect, and the views from the roiftop terrace was superb!! I love the whole apartment and I am glad I booked it for 4Nights! I enjoyed bonding with my daughter watching Disney movies on the big TV at the living room. During nights that we were really tired to go out, we just cooked at the well equipped kitchen! I love this place and we will definitely come back!

not clean in the bedroom & rooftop

When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. Thanks god we’re 2 sofas and 2 of my kids rest there (they didn’t sleep well of course) ,. There were just 1 linen ,. But they survive ., The room of my (2) daughters were lots of Spiders , I kill 3 and another 2 (bigs) in the living room , one of my daughters didn’t sleep because of this. The momentary air conditioning they put on each room were enough, but super Noisy ., I couldn’t sleep because of this. The place is super nice , the views are amazing , the small sauna in the entrance looks great (hope to have time to get in) ,. And the TV’s are great with a lot of channels.

Some of the items were broken or did not function. Telescope, I pad upstairs and lights. Sauna would have been helpful to get instructions.
