Room was clean

Room and bathroom were both very small (especially the bathroom). Ok for a 1 person stay, but not great value for the price.

The location was good it’s near everything. The property was clean and well kept.

Paper thin walls I could hear everything in the hallway and from the rooms all around me as if they were in the room. Someone came into my room at 9 am on the day of check-out and checkout wasn’t until 11am. I was in bed at the time. The room is extremely small.

La ubicación es muy buena porque esta muy cerca de la playa , cafeterías, restaurantes y lugares de interés turístico.

Yo lo reservé por esta plataforma y con un precio cerrado para 9 noches pero luego cargaron a mi cuenta más dinero de lo acordado, reclamé al hotel y dicen que es asunto de Booking. Durante nuestra estancia vinieron solo 2 veces ha limpiar la habitación aunque dejábamos el cartel en la puerta para solicitar limpieza, (parecía un Airbnb), las chicas del servicio pasean por los pasillos muy temprano hablando muy alto entre ellas, no respetan el descanso del huésped, la habitación tenía una ventana pero bloqueada por lo que no hay ventilación natural en el interior.

Decepcionante. La primera habitación presentaba varios problemas: la manivela de la ducha estaba rota, uno de los grifos del WC roto y había un fuerte olor a humedad bastante desagradable. Además, era muy ruidosa. Ante esta situación, tuve que solicitar yo misma un cambio de habitación. No solo no me lo ofrecieron inicialmente, sino que además pague un suplemento por la nueva habitación. La atención en recepción fue muy inconsistente: mientras una persona me indicó que no había disponibilidad, otra posteriormente me dijo que sí y así con todo, muchísima falta de profesionalidad. En general, la atención al cliente fue bastante deficiente y poco amable. En la segunda habitación, que se suponía de categoría superior (tipo suite), el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba correctamente, y parecía que el problema era conocido, ya que había un cubo colocado debajo. A esto se sumó la falta de ayuda con el equipaje, a pesar de que iba bastante cargada y salí sola del hotel. Tampoco pasaron a limpiar las habitaciones aún dejando el cartel de que pasaran y comentándolo en recepción. En conjunto, la relación calidad-precio me pareció muy mala y la experiencia general también, tanto que me fui una noche antes de lo que tenía pagado. 0 RECOMENDABLE, BUSCA CUALQUIER OTRO ALOJAMIENTO.

El personal poco proactivo

That if you come at night the door is close and you Jae to use an access code. So if you arrive after hrs you need that number be handy to get in .other wise you need to call the front desk

The housekeeping staff, and especially Suhei at the front desk, were very kind, welcoming, and always willing to help.

The room fell below expectations. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the toilet had issues, some of the fixtures and details in the room seemed unfinished or not fully maintained. Also, during my two-day stay, the room was not serviced or cleaned. The room did not have a phone either, which made it less easy to communicate with the staff. The overall impression was that the property may have gone through a recent renovation, but still needs improvement in some of the smaller details. On a positive note, the room was very clean when i first got in and bed was comfortable, the restaurant next door (Mome), which I understand is part of the same group, was excellent, their breakfast is exceptional, and the service there was very pleasant.

Location was next to restaurants and easily walkable to beaches. Modern facilities and staff helpful to provide recommendations for restaurants. Felt safe and close uber to downtown Old San Juan and cruise port.

My account had been hacked and was sent messages to verify my reservations twice in attempt to gather personal financial information...never happened before to me on booking.com and see now new management when checked in. Also could not get hot water for shower and told after that facet worked in reverse?..

The bed was very comfortable. A good location on the whole. Spacious room that would suit a family.

Check in staff member came across as rude (the morning staff member was lovely however). Cistern in the toilet wasn’t working properly - had to fiddle with the flush to get it to stop flowing. Lots of areas in the room felt unfinished - exposed bits of wall/plugs etc. No extra lock on the door which would have been nice.

Breakfast was good and the location was very handy. Lots of choices and the service was perfect. Since it was only the 3rd day in operation they were off to a great start. Staff was friendly and helpful The owner came over and introduced herself. I wish them well in the days to come and as business continues to improve they wall be offering longer hours and further choices for lunch and dinner perhaps. Given its new beginnings the layout was bright and clean, The satff was eager to please and help in everyway possible.

The room is very big and bright. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel interior is also beautiful, I especially appreciated the big mirror in a room and in the hallways. There’s no parking in a hotel but there’s a parking for $10 a day couple minute walk from the hotel, as well as the coffee shop next door and restaurants

O hotel não oferece nada além de um quarto para passar a noite. Pelo preço cobrado, não acho que vale a pena.

Location, price, comfort, clean and bright. Wonderful sitting areas on each floor by windows.

Our room was a little small and the bathroom was a little small also. Clean and bright but a little small, perhaps was meant for a single person.

The room was spacious and the staff were super friendly and allowed us to store and retrieve our luggage with no issues. I would use this hotel again.

The lack of an included breakfast was a bit of a loss but to be honest there are enough restaurants around that it wasn't a deal breaker.

Muy bien situado

Están en reformas así que todo el ruido de la obras no deja dormir por la mañana. Cuando llegamos para hacer el check in la recepcionista nos dejó esperando sin decirnos nada durante 20’. Hasta que le pregunté qué pasaba, la tarjeta no pasaba, y si no fuese porque pregunté, nos hubiésemos quedado ahí toda la noche.

We got in so late, it was hard to find food. Nothing for breakfast too far to walk to a place.

It's so close to the beaches and walk able to the strip. Had A lovely big size room with a huge window. The Front desk and people working there are so nice and felt very secure and safe.

No breakfast or coffee in the hotel yet, looks like a restaurant will be opening there soon. There is a coffee shop next door and around the corner a few restaurant that are good.

Lo céntrico

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the space and having access to clean drinking water to refill out my water bottle. I found the overall state to be very clean, welcoming and accurately represented. I would recommend staying here if you are a couple it was really relaxing and luxurious I felt totally safe and hygienic in my room.

The room was extremely small. We did not have hot water, the room was very small and didn't even have a TV. We upgraded to a bigger room and had to move to a different room because we continued to have issues with not having hot running. The bed and the pillows had plastic under the sheets and pillow case making it very uncomfortable due to the heat that it creates and the mattress was extremely hard.

En booking nos ofrecieron desayuno incluido y el hotel no lo dio porque apenas está construyendo el restaurante, sin embargo, lo que más me molestó fue que le dijera a casi tod@s l@s recepcionistas y nadie nos resolvió el tema.

Alrededor del hotel no hay estacionamientos para desayunar, comer y cenar, especialmente el domingo. Las habitaciones exteriores dan a una carretera muy concurrida y son muy ruidosas.

Large room size and comfortable bed. Budget friendly (when I booked). A coffee shop next to the hotel is convenient for breakfast. The front desk person was helpful.

Can't change towels after cleaning person get off work in early afternoon. The AC blow at one bed so I have to turn it off when sleep

The staff were incredible and helpful in a moment of desperation. Our flight got cancelled and the whole island got booked up fast due to the whole airport shutting down. The staff were wonderful but that's it. The hotel itself is horrible. Paper thin walls, we could hear the weird piano music they played all night in the hallways (all night), the TV in the room next door as if we were in the same room, people talking in their rooms, people talking in the hallways. The room was dirty and small and the windows had mold on them.

This is cute hotel. The location is good if you are taking a cruise ship because it is close to the ports.

They didn’t clean our room. Also, they didn’t have clean towels to give us. There aren’t any restaurants close by and the staff couldn’t help us at all.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. We did enjoy the location as it was easy walking from both shopping, an outdoor market, and the beach. They also held our luggage which aloud us to spend the day outside enjoying San Juan while we waited for our check in time.

We were told when we went to check in that it was an adult only space and we weren’t prepared for that. They did eventually allow us to stay as our child is older and well behaved, but it was a bit awkward while we waited to hear. It’s just something to know before you go.

Not real close to restaurant choices but we made it work. Getting in after dark was a little uneasy but the door to the hotel is a small area on the sidewalk!

I liked how well kept and clean the hotel was. The customer service was great and checking in and out was easy.

The only thing I wish is that the hotel could have a bigger sign outside. It was hard to find… but I think that can just be a location thing.

Absolutely amazing stay and the staff was nothing ither than amazing and hospitable.

The place looks nice inside. Easy access. They need a bilboard upfront that catch the attention from the street to people notice it on the future. The rooms door seal needs improvement, every noise from the hallway is heard clearly on the room and the noise from the rooms can be heard on other rooms and the hallway. For a quick trip is nice and normal price.

Location was convenient to walk to the beach

Hotel was exactly what we needed for a quick trip. Room with queen beds was comfortable, bathroom was cozy. Concierge not being available throughout the morning is a little inconvenient for check in if you arrive early. There’s no one to leave your bags with if needed. Walking distance to the beach, the Chinese food next to the hotel was 10/10.

Everything, the place was beautiful and accessible. Definitely coming back.

Nada, las fotos engañan

No hay recepción 24h, cuando llegamos el día 16 de agosto, al llegar nos dice la chica que había en recepción que estaba tomando su “break” que no nos atiende, que esperemos (todo esto teniendo en cuenta que la recepción comienza a las 2 de la tarde) nos tuvimos que ir y volver más tarde. La chica muy borde, cuando llegamos, nos da la habitación sin ningún tipo de explicación de NADA. La habitación no tenía nada de aspecto de limpieza, se sentía incómodo, humedad, los cristales muy sucios…sensación muy rara. Nada recomendable, mejor buscar otra alternativa, las fotos no tienen nada que ver como la realidad.
