It was super convenient to get to everything. The rooms were super nice and clean, beds comfy and great aircon. Also the staff were amazing!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Bis zum Stadtzetrum sind es etwa 10-15min zu Fuss.

I had a wonderful stay at the Threeway clean comfortable and well situated just a short 10 minute walk along the river from the Old Town.A big shout out to the 2 lovely helpful Receptionists Ngan and Tram who were always at hand to offer help and assistance with a smile.🤗🤗 Good Value and certainly recommended.

Nothing really the only small issue was the TV which either didn't work or when it did only showed one channel but heh really when on holiday is a TV of much importance!?

Stay was really beautiful and location was also good. Tram was a great host. She managed all our transfers and also helped us with our Hoi An itinerary.

Algunas excursiones que te ofrecían eran demasiado caras o no merecían la pena, hay que tener cuidado y comparar por tu cuenta con otras opciones. Hay algunas habitaciones centrales que tienen muy poca luz. Las toallas olían a humedad

No es cosa del hotel y nos cambiaron de habitación, cosa que agradezco pero hay un puente de hierro por donde pasan vehículos frente al hotel y causa mucho ruido. El hotel no está bien insonorizado y se escucha todo lo que ocurre en el exterior. No descansamos bien. No hay ascensor para quien le resulte importante. Aunque pone que se puede pagar con tarjeta, cobran un 4,5% de comisión. No utilizamos el desayuno dado que la opción es un plato de comida vietnamita a elegir, no nos pareció bien que nos cobraran 2 botellas de agua, estuvo fuera de lugar

Great location within walkable distance into the town centre to explore the markets but also on the quieter side of town! They also did my laundry within the day which was very appreciated.

The breakfast was pretty basic, but if you don’t mind simple eggs and toast, it’s ok!

Super friendly staff, especially the woman who check us into our room! Very clean and big bathroom, and AC worked well. Well located, by the river - 5 minutes walk to old town.

Nothing major, no elevator, bed a bit smaller than expected for 2 (economy room), no window but we knew when booking!

Wonderful stay. Tram was very friendly & helpful. We got our rental bikes delivered at doorstep. Tram got our ticket shows and helped us with an amazing dinner place. Hoi An is a must to visit beauty. Clean & beautiful place to stay. Nice pool & breakfast are add ons. Will surely visit again. Can’t recommend enough.

L'hotel si trova a circa 10 min a piedi dal centro storico, la posizione è ottima perché è lontano dal caos dei locali e con una breve passeggiata che costeggia il fiume, sei subito nel cuore di Hoi An. Abbiamo potuto beneficiare di un upgrade e ci hanno assegnato una camera all'ultimo piano mansardato; la stanza era pulita, arredata con gusto e provvista di tutto il necessario. Ogni piano offre un balconcino in legno che collega le stanze, dal quale puoi godere di una bella vista sul fiume di giorno e di un'illuminazione calda e soffusa di sera. La piscina è pulita e ben tenuta, con lettini e ombrelloni per ripararsi dal sole. La colazione è alla carta e offre un piatto cucinato sul momento, caffè, tè e frutta fresca. Il personale è stato molto attento e gentile, ci hanno dedicato del tempo per illustrarci la mappa della città e fornito dei consigli su come spendere al meglio il nostro tempo. Dopo il check out, le ragazze si sono rese disponibili a farci sostare in piscina e a tenere i nostri zaini. Ottima qualità prezzo, lo consiglio.

We enjoyed our stay in a Deluxe Double room. Modern, clean and spacious with great views. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Enjoyed the pool area in the afternoon, well priced cold beer available from reception. We booked this hotel because it's location is a little further from Old Town to be quieter but still an easy walk. Very happy with our stay and would book again.

Very convenient location and walkable to the old town. Despite location, was still in a quiet area. Staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming, giving us recommendations of tours, performances and paths to cycle nearby. Room was spacious and clean, aircon worked well and had a great shower and pool. Would definitely come again

スタッフの方はとても親切だった。旅行プランの様々なアドバイスももらえた。そして自分の部屋からナイトマーケットまでは歩いて15分以内で着く。マーケットを散策中にVDNのお札に印刷されている日本橋も見れた。15分も歩くのか…と思う人がいるかもしれないが、近すぎると逆に騒がしくなると思うので、ホテルはちょうどいい距離にあると思う。有料だがホテルの自転車を借りてアンバンビーチ沿いのカフェやバインミーのマダムカンにも行った。ただし、道路には信号がほとんどない。車やバイクの往来が激しい中、地元民は自分のタイミングで交差点を横断しており、注意喚起のためにクラクションもよく聞こえてくる。そこに進入するには初めかなり勇気がいる。たまに逆走するバイクもあるので、全方向を確認する必要もある。日本とは全く交通ルールが違うので慣れてくれば逆にそれが面白く思えたのだが、覚悟のある人だけが自転車を利用した方がいい。町中で自転車に乗っている観光客は時々見かける。

4階だったからか？使用した時間帯のせいか？シャワーのお湯があまり出なかった。けど次の日は全く問題なかった。

スタッフさんが親切で、とても親身になって対応してくれます。観光の予定を伝えると色々な提案をしてくれました。ホテルのレンタル自転車を使ってアンバンビーチまで冒険しましたが、ホイアンの街の雰囲気、道路事情を肌で感じながら自転車で走るのは特別な体験で楽しかったです。心地よい疲れをホテルで癒し体をリセットして夕方のナイトマーケットに行きましたが部屋の窓から見える程アクセスが良く、またナイトマーケットからは適度に離れているため、夜のホテルは静かで快適に過ごせました。オススメされたバインミーのお店もとても美味しかった。いいホテルです。ありがとうごさいました

4階だったからか？遅い時間だったからか？ 初日だけシャワーからお湯があまり出なかったです。だけど2日目はちゃんと熱いお湯が出ました。

Localisation parfaite. À 5 minutes à pied de l’hypercentre et en même temps un peu à l’écart de l’agitation. Les bons plans et bons conseils de notre hôte pour les sorties. La petite taille de l’hôtel. Une douzaine de chambres très soignées.

Séjour très agréable, la chambre est spacieuse et très bien équipée (grande baignoire). Le petit déjeuner et préparé chaque jour avec des fruits frais. Mention spéciale pour les hôtesses d’accueil qui sont à l’écoute et proposent pleins de services et de bons plans.

L'emplacement calme à 5 minutes à pied deu centre. Très belle piscine et hôtel très propre. Personnel arrangeant et toutes les activités et transport peuvent se faire avec l'hôtel.

La struttura è molto pulita e curata, ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza è la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale: sempre cordiale, sorridente e pronto ad aiutarti in ogni momento. Un servizio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è la possibilità di organizzare il trasferimento da e per l’aeroporto direttamente con l’hotel, con prezzi decisamente più convenienti rispetto a Grab. Inoltre, direttamente in hotel è possibile prenotare escursioni e tour: una comodità enorme e, soprattutto, abbiamo trovato prezzi scontati che non venivano applicati neppure prenotando gli stessi tour direttamente sul posto. Insomma, un hotel che ci ha conquistati sotto ogni punto di vista: pulizia, posizione, cordialità, servizi e convenienza. Se dovete soggiornare in questa zona, lo consiglio assolutamente senza esitazione! ❤️

Very simple breakfast options due to limited cooking facilities, omelette or scrambled eggs lovely. Local style rice of pho if ordered the day before. 10 min walk from the old town along the river, convenient. Helpful staff and small but pretty pool.

The reception staff were very helpful.

In terms of location, it is a bit far from the center. The only downside was that I saw a few small lizards outside the room, though I didn't see any inside.

Just outside the old town in a great area by the river was calm, peaceful and central. Staff and facilities were great.

川に面している景色がとても穏やかで素敵でした。エレベーターはありませんでしたが階段はそんなに苦ではありませんでした。こじんまりしていて可愛いホテルでした。旧市街までも徒歩圏内ですし、（ただ、夏の暑い日はレンタルサイクルを借りる方が良いかもしれません。）スタッフの人々が丁寧に色々教えてくださり、急なココナッツボートに乗りたいというお願いにも送迎付きで手配してくださり、その後アンバンビーチまで行きたいとの無理なお願いも手配して下さいました。バルコニー風に写っていた写真は廊下で、そこに椅子がいくつかあり、受付で買えるよく冷えたビールを飲みながら川を眺めることができます。

格安の部屋をおさえたので仕方ないですが、窓らしい窓は川に面している入り口の大きなガラス扉だけでした。幸いにもあまり変な人が両隣にいなかったので覗かれたりすることはなかったのでカーテンを開けて川を眺めながらスコールが降っている間ゆっくり過ごすことができました。

The property is overlooking the river, in a quiet part of Hoi An, but still a walking distance from the old town. It was perfect if you prefer a peaceful sleep over a lively street. The room was clean, spacious, and they gave us the room with a bathtub as we requested. The hotel doesn’t have a lift but they carried our luggages for us up to the 3rd floor. Thank you! The staff are so friendly, approachable, and did everything for us even booking our tours to reduce the hassle. They picked us up and sent us back to Danang for a reasonable price for the whole car.

I didn’t mind it but the hotel only offers breakfast which means that you have to walk around to get to a restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Il y avait une fenetre qui ne comportait pas de rideau, et qui la 1ere nuit nous a un peu embété pour dormir car trop de lumiere. Mais on a demandé à l'accueil si on pouvait l'occulter, et cela a été très bien

La ubicación, un hotel muy céntrico pero a la vez tranquilo para poder descansar y disfrutar de la piscina. Asimismo, tenemos que destacar los desayunos riquísimos y lo encantador que es el personal.

Läget var också väldigt bra och låg nära centrum men avskilt så att man kunde ta det lugnt på kvällen om man ville. Frukosten var god också och man kunde välja mellan olika rätter.

Nice place to stay 10 min walk from centre so quiet although was some building work going on seemed to be 24/7 staff really friendly the girls on reception very helpful , the pool is small but very refreshing breakfast is good maybe a few more options but it was definitely adequate for what you need , good shower and air conditioning worked well

The staff were lovely and very helpful, offering to book us any transportation or activities we were interested in. The rooms were very clean and capacious and the hotel is located in a great location, only 10-15 minutes from the main old town. We left some sunglasses in our room and the staff were very kind and managed to courier them to our next stay in Da Nang! Would definitely reccomend as a brilliant place to stay in Hoi An.

Location was great, a short walk along the River that is lined with many local restaurants in the evening. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds, but still very close and convenient to Old Town and anything else you'll need. The staff was very pleasant. There were two female receptionists I interacted with throughout my stay, both of them were able to communicate with me. They were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel itself was very pleasant. I did not use the pool, but it was well maintained and very clean looking. The AC worked well in the room, and the water pressure and water temperature were both excellent. Check in and Check out was smooth and effortless. Another thing I really appreciated was the thorough communication from the staff. They always responded quickly when I messaged them, and that counts for a lot in a foreign country. I enjoyed my stay very much.

There is no elevator, so if you have difficulty with stairs I would consider this as I was on teh top floor. but it was not a problem for me I appreciate the extra exercise. There was a significant amount of those tiny ants that were in my room going from the door to the desk, and they overtook my food one night when I walked away from it for too long. I definitely expect bugs in Vietnam, so I don't panic about stuff like this. But I could see how that would upset someone else. I think it is worth noting that the tiny ants were a little more comfortable than they should have been, and that would be some constructive feedback that could easily be fixed with some pest control spray. Overall, the quality of the hotel is excellent for the price in my opinion.

I like the location- by the river yet far enough from the old town and can be quiet and relaxing. Very clean. And staff and owner are very nice.
