Super lieve mensen. Helpen je waar nodig. Na een lange reisdag was mijn kamer al voorgekoeld op deze enorm hete dag! Kamer is schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook heerlijk dat er een zwembad bij zat. De locatie is top

Het zwembad is heerlijk na een ochtend door de warme stad wandelen. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt.

Vi war immer für einen da und half wo sie nur konnte. Alles zu sehr fairen Preisen. Frühstück im Innenhof lecker und entspannt. Extrem großes Bett!!

Great Location, Pool. Quiet at night for good sleep. No motorbikes driving by all night beeping at you. Quiet neighborhood, but very close walk to everything you want to explore.

No Complaints. Great Price. Great area. Nice park nearby to walk.

The Owner is so kind and considerate. She will help you with anything that you need! The room itself was very clean and the homestay is near several restaurants and coffee shops.

Great cheap place to stay in a quiet neighborhood that is easily walkable to old town.

The location is good. One of the two beds in the room was really comfy. The other, however, was very hard. Didn't use the pool but looked decent and clean. Was able to check in early, and communication was good.

Wi-Fi didn’t work and had to use data. During check-in and the first couple of days, staff were very pushy trying to sell tours/transport even when we already had things booked ourselves. The room also seemed to be 'cleaned' each day with the beds being made, but the bathroom bins were never changed, and we didn’t have a safe provided for valuables and weren't given the option for staff to not come in the room - felt a little intrusive for not a great service. There was also a small window in the bathroom that was permanently open, which let in mosquitos. Less like a homestay, more like a guesthouse/small hotel.

Bright, spacious and very clean and comfortable room in a quiet area very close to the touristy center but out of the mess and noise. There’s a nice pool too and a peaceful common area. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Ninh was an incredible host, helping us to book transport, trips and recommending a local tailors. The room is spacious with a big, comfortable bed and good air con. The price of the room is very low compared to what you get. The location is quiet but also a short walk away from the old town. We would definitely stay again if we were back in Hoi An.

Super friendly host, great location. 20 minute walk to the core city center and 45 minute walk to An Bang Beach. Bicycle rental 30K per day. Airport shared shuttle 150K. Offers a wide range of activities to do. Rooms are refreshed every day.

Wifi is very poor. This seems to be an easy fix, not sure why it hasn’t happened yet. Rooms and bathroom are overal clean-ish, this could definitely be improved as well.

Ninh Truong was such a friendly, lovely lady. She welcomed us with a warm heart telling us about her family business & couldn’t do enough for me & my partner, I would highly recommend for anyone from family’s to friends

Our overnight bus arrived at 8am and they let us to check in at that time. We truly appreciated it. Very clean, comfortable bed and kind staff. The receptionist helped us book at a reasonable price.

A very friendly homestay, Ninh who acts as the primary contact is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. Comfortable room with good sized bathroom. Location is out of the central town, but easily walkable and we chose it in order to have a good nights sleep. It did not let us down. Simple breakfast available for a small fee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Shower is not in a separate cubicle so gets the whole bathroom wet, a common feature in Vietnam.

The family is so kind and accommodating. The pool and room was gorgeous. I had a really comfortable stay and only wish I could stay longer ❤️ Thank you so much

Die Inhaberin des Homestays war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Habe 2 schöne Ausflüge bei ihr gebucht, problemlose Abholung. Außerdem habe ich für 2 Tage ein Fahrrad bei ihr gemietet. Zum Frühstück konnte man, gegen Bezahlung, aus verschiedenen Angeboten wählen. Der Aussenbereich ist liebevoll mit Pflanzen gestaltet. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte einen kleinen Balkon , mit Blick zum Pool. Das Homestay liegt sehr günstig. Es ist in einer ruhigen Straße. Man läuft ca. 20 Minuten zur Altstadt und 30 Minuten zum Strand. Mit Fahrrad ist der Weg zum Strand besser zu bewältigen, da oft keine Fußwege vorhanden sind und man an einer viel befahrenen Straße läuft.

La amabilidad de todos, en especial de Ninh. La ubicación a 15 minutos del Downtown, pero lugar tranquilo.. Las instalaciones y limpieza.

La cama es muy dura para mí.

Room was good. Bed was comfortable I had a really nice ride out to the beach on one of their bicycles. It’s very convenient for that.

It is a bit of a hot walk into town from here. Good if you use a grab but I prefer walking. Would have liked complimentary water.

The family very nice and hospitable. Comfortable room and was made up for us every day with fresh towels. Laundry services.

Bathroom wasn’t very nice. Lacked a lot of privacy with bathroom window visible to upper floors. Location was a bit out of the way.

Ninh fue una excelente anfitriona y se adaptó a nuestras necesidades (familiar ingresado por enfermedad) preocupándose por su bienestar y ayudándonos en las gestiones hospitalarias sin ningún ánimo de lucro. Un 10 por su simpatía y hospitalidad.

El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento. Nos recomendaron sitios locales para hacernos trajes y un taller de farolillos. Está a unos 15 minutos andando del puente de Hoi An.

El baño y la habitación no estaban limpias. Había pelos de otras personas y telarañas.

Great private room, family owned guesthouse/homestay and they were always available whenever I needed anything. Affordable and in an ideal location, just a short walk from the old town.

Really lovely room and very clean. The location was really nice in a quiet street and we got bike into the old town which only took about 5 mins! We stayed a night extra as we enjoyed Hoi An and then property so much!

Tres jolie hôtel avec une jolie piscine bordée de fleurs. Tres bon accueil.

Tout est payant, ce qui nous a étonné par rapport au homestay que nous avions fait jusqu'à présent au Vietnam.

Había un montón de hormigas en el baño y un dia nos apareció una cucaracha en la habitación. El agua de la piscina no estaba suficientemente limpia.

L'accueil était top et vous pouvez demander tout service à la gérante qui est très à l'écoute, disponible et très arrangeante. Le personnel est très bien. La literie aussi. Et la piscine est géniale. Hotel proche du centre ville à pieds.

Nous avions réservé trois chambres pour 6 personnes. Deux étaient trés bien mais une était plus bruyante car pas de vitres aux fenêtres. De plus, des messages dans les hauts parleurs de la ville sont diffusés tous les deux jours à 5h du matin.

La piscina para un chapuzón esta bién pero podían mantenerla más limpia. Esta en una zona tranquila. La dueña antes de la llegada fue muy amable, después ya se hizo más la remolona cuando le comentamos que había mucha humedad y olor en la habitción.

Nuestra habitación, la 102, tenía un monton de olor a humedad y la pared manchada e hinchada por ella. Se lo comentamos a la dueña pero se hizo bastante la tonta y nos dijo que lo limpiaría. Le insistimos que no era cuestión de limpiar, que no era sano dormir con tanta humedad pero de nada sirvió. Queda bastante más lejos del centro de lo que pensabamos.

We loved having the swimming pool. It was really nice to go swim after walking all day in Hoi An. Around the hotel there are lots of places to eat, have coffee. We loved Ninh’s kindness. She was really helpful and very cheerful.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Ninh hat uns super beraten und viele Ausflugsziele und Tipps für Workshops und einen Tailor gegeben. Das Zimmer war groß, mit Balkon und wir bekamen jeden Tag neue Handtücher.

Die Lage ist etwas von der Altstadt entfernt, allerdings in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für einen entspannten Tag/Nachmittag am Pool fehlen leider die Liegen oder bequeme Sitzmöbel.

I felt like at home! Ninh and here family are incredible hosts and make yor stay so comfortable! Ninh arranged everything for me (including airport shuttle) and had the best recommends for local food, tailoring and entertainment! I rented a bike for going around town and they also did my laundry - all for a very good and reasonable price! Thank you so much Ninh & family!!

Swimming pool was great to chill in after a nice bike ride around Hoi An. Air con worked well and it was close to restaurants, we rented bicycles for quite cheap there also

Ninh esh super accueillante et vous aidera à organiser transports, location de scooter ou activités dans Hoi An. Les logement est situé dans une rue au calme mais proche du centre. La chambre est spacieuse et nous étions ravis d’avoir accès à une piscine pour se rafraîchir !

Notre chambre était située au rez de chaussée et forcément un peu bruyante le matin, mais on est vite passé outre !

Très bon emplacement, la chambre était tout à fait correct. Le ménage était fait tous les jours, en plus il y a une piscine pour se rafraîchir. Le plus de cet hôtel c’est les hôtes qui sont très gentils, accueillant et serviable. Ils proposent pleins d’activités ainsi que les tickets de bus.

La disponibilité et le service sont INCROYABLES! Je n’ai jamais vu quelqu’un d’autant disponible pour des hôtes. J’ai même pu utiliser l’ordinateur pour mon dossier d’études.

Ninh and her family were extremely accommodating. The room was great and Ninh recommended loads of great things for us to do. She helped book our transport to our next destination which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend

We liked everything about the property. It is closed to the city and the room was spacious and very clean. There is also a pool, which is well needed after a hot day in Hoi An. The highlight is Ninh, the manager of the hotel. She is the loveliest. She gave us so many recommendations when we arrived and she is always keen to help.

Room was very clean and the hosts were absaoutly lovely they gave us amazing recommendations for activity such jewellery making and delicious food place.

Lit très confortable. Arrangeant et très accueillants. La proximité de la chambre avec l’accueil nous a fait peur mais 21h plus aucun bruit. Super
