An Hoi Town Homestay

The people So supportive and friendly

Really helpful staff, they sorted our transfers to and from the hotel at a reasonable price. Room stayed cool and air con was good. Location is great

Could do with blackout curtains - the room was really bright as one window had no curtain and the others were light coloured. Hard for light sleepers / kids

Super lovely family and great communication. I was feeling sick and they let me check in early and check out later.

Que hubiera aire y estuviera limpio. Bien calidad precio

We tried 2 homestay in Hoi An and this was the best and we enjoyed the most. The house is quite cosy and spacious. The room is good and clean. The room is spacious and clean. The owner and her family are very friendly. The daughter Ms Hai had recommended us to visit few places. We really had to thank her. We managed to visit the country side and the beach using motorbike. We had a good chat with her when we returned. If you are here, don't miss this home stay. We really enjoyed staying here with this lovely and friendly people.

Miss Hai has been really helpful, cooperative.

Poor lighting inside the room. One of the room doors wasn't being locked from inside.

Everything was great! The family that ran it were so kind and helpful. We rented bikes from them and they arranged a car for us to our next location with a stop on the way. The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The location was far enough away from the noise but in close walking distance to everything.

Nothing

Really great location, friendly staff who helped with advice of best things to do also with booking trips and taxis through them made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again if returning to An Hoi

Location is good. Room is clean.

No window.

During my recent visit to Hoi An, I had the pleasure of staying at An Hoi Town, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. Price and service are good, it is family based business. Can see them really try very hard to give the best to the customers Quiet and ideal location in Old Town close to the night market, waterfront attractions and an endless choice of restaurants nearby. The rooms are a good size with their own bathroom, cleaned daily. Would highly recommend.

Dusche leider ohne Warmwasser.

Very helpful staff

We had a relaxing stay at their homestay. They arranged transfers for us to and from the Danang airport and train station. They arranged a day tour for us to My Son sanctuary. We also did money exchange with them, their exchange rate was good. Most of all it was convenient and safe. It's 3 minutes walk to the night market and 2 minutes walk to the Ancient town. Hai was absolutely lovely in welcoming us to Hoi An and she also gave us a little cheat sheet of where to go for food, tailoring and other stuff. I will definitely stay at their homestay on my next visit !

Homestay famigliare. Camera spaziosa e pulita.

Loved it here, if I had time I would have loved to stay longer. Wonderful house and will recommending to every person I know or meet on my travels. 11 stars. B

The lady is really cute. She provided us with a motorbike, she gave us a map of the city, not to get lost and she suggested to us a tailor who was amazing too. I really recommend that homestay. Hot water, good location, friendly staff.

The room that we get has a window inside the building.

I like the clearn

Great family hosts .the room was lovely and clean 😍 fresh towels and bedding daily .great location .

There was nothing I did not like

Excellent value for money

Smaller rooms than contemporary

Definitely recommend staying at An Hoi Town place. It is really warm and we felt very welcomed into her homestay. Ms Hai and Mai also puts a lot of effort into ensuring the rooms are beautiful and clean. They have great recommendations and knowledge of Hoi An. They are great at ensuring guests have the best time during their stay. We would definitely stay again, and recommend homestay whole-heartedly.

We had an amazing experience staying at this family-run homestay. Our hosts, Hai, Mai, and Diem, were warm, welcoming, and so kind. They gave us advice on places to eat and visit, and even taught us some Vietnamese phrases. Chatting with them was always a delight, and we could feel their sincerity and genuineness. In addition, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and cosy, with daily room service. At an affordable price too. We truly felt at home, and we were so glad we chose to stay here. It was one of the best parts of our trip to Hoi An. The homestay is also strategically located - it's just a few minutes' walk to the night market and about a 10 minute walk to the old town. There are also restaurants and mini-markets nearby. Despite its proximity to tourist attractions, the homestay is located on a quiet and peaceful street. The homestay also provided laundry service (at an affordable price) and bicycle rentals. We highly recommend staying here!

We liked the location which in the center of old town. Room was family room which was big enough and facing front of the building, so no issue with lighting. Room didn't include breakfast. I think they should start BF options also since we're travelling with kids, so had to find some options.

No Breakfast option.

Good location. Easy access to the old town, restaurants, mini market everything. All staff are friendly and helpful. Value for money. Recommended to all.

Our room is not big. There is not a table or a chair in our room. They might have another type of rooms.

taxi and laundry service

mosquitos

Great homestay. We stayed here for one night to explore Hoi An. Would definitely recommend! The family is really friendly and the location is great. The room was just what we needed, a nice bed, airconditioning and a shower.

Excellent location, excellent and friendly service and good value for the money. We have been here 3 times over six years and can warmly recommend this cozy homestay for everyone. The host family is super welcoming and taking care of your needs.

If we have to to think of something negative: Filter of the air conditioner could be checked/cleaned and second trashbin (apart from the one in toilet) would be great. In general we were really happy.

We loved everything about this place; we arrived at 8ham and were invited in and made to feel welcome even though our room was not yet available. The daughter sat down with us and told us eveything we needed to know about Hoi An and the tours they offered. The house is located on the night market. It is very quite but you get to the center in just a few minitues walk. The rooms and especially the bathroom were very well maintained and clean. There was room service every day. We loved it!

Hai and her family were very welcoming. Felt like home away from home. Location was also great. It's in a quiet street just two minutes walk from the night market. They gave us all the information we needed about town and arranged tours for us.

good location, nice and kind owner, reasonable price

better to prepare your personal amenities kit such as soap, shampoo and toothbrush

The location is walkable to the Old Town and it's pretty cheap. Me and my family had a good stay at An Hoi

The room is not that clean but it's not bad.

Amazing location, so close to everything and lots of shops nearby if you need food and drink! 2 minute walk to the night market and main streets. Bed was super comfy and good AC

Bathroom could do with a little revamp but nothing that made it particularly bad in any way

Great location, good value for money, nice owner

There was mold in the room and bathroom, the AC is veryyyy weak (and it’s incredibly hot in Hoi An)

The location of the property and support of the host were incredible. It’s just 3 min walk from the place to the night market, and there are mini marts around. The host were super nice and supportive during our stay. The price is also another plus point 😍

Everything

Nothing,

The staff were super friendly and organised our bus and everything. The location is perfect 2 minutes from the centre of Hoi A where the river is filled with bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place me and my friend shared a private room which was clean and very comfortable. Thank you so much!! X

This homestay is located very close to the all the heritage sites in Old Town, so it is convenient to get in and get out. However, it lacks the space and open feel of the other homestay in Hoi An that I stayed in. For all practical reasons it meets the standard requirements anybody could have.

Breakfast was not included in the tariff. The room, despite having a token window facing the small inner courtyard, did not have any ventilation as such. It was quite dark. The bathroom had a transparent door which was a nuisance.

It was very kind, comfortable, and cool.

The smell from the bedding

Amazing stay with lovely staff. Great location. Bike hire available and a lovely family run accommodation

Hai and her family took care of us with great hospitality and help us getting arround. Her place is well located in walking distance , clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying in Hai place when ever you come to Hoi An.

Nothing really.

The big room and secure parking for our Motorcycles was nice to have. We did not expect the wonderful private patio to watch the quiet side street. Great location as it is very close to everything and super quiet!! Wonderful family run Homestay

No worries here.

The family is so sweet! they welcomed us really nice and friendly. the rooms are big and quite luxury. the house is located on the side of the river next to the night market. I acnnot recommend this accommodation enought. we will comeback.

Perfectly located - 1 min

Very comfortable rooms, nice quiet location close to the old town.

All good, will stay here again.
