If you want to be in the thick of it, then this is the place.

It's noisy until very late. Only one member of staff visible and sometimes difficult to locate. Not sure the room had been swept as it had lots of crumbs. Beds are very uncomfortable sadly. The pool is in the middle of the building with nowhere to sit or relax other than the pool steps. Sadly we checked out 2 days early.

Huge room, very comfortable bed with lots of hanging and shelf space for clothes etc. An iron and board was also provided in the room. Bathroom was big, shower good. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The café downstairs has some great food at good prices and is popular. Swimming pool is nice and deep.

Everything was good.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing! The restaurant downstairs was so good that we ate there every day and they accept credit cards (with a 3.5% fee). All the people who work there are so kind and helpful. Very clean property. Free filtered water station downstairs saved us a lot of money. Close to many markets and restaurants, so many choices.

Too close to Old Town. This would be great for others. It is just not our preference. The balcony faced inward, so there was no view. The televisions must be close or connected somehow. Our tv would just change channels by itself. Was very frustrating when we were in the middle of watching something and it kept changing channels.

L’emplacement et la propreté des chambres. L’accueil de Em est top, elle donne plein de conseils pour des restos, des taillors etc. Vraiment top !

Stanza molto grande e pulita, piscina piccola ma ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata calda. Servizio di biciclette gratuite e acqua potabile a disposizione degli ospiti per riempire le borracce. Posizione perfetta.

Inglese dello staff molto scarso, meglio munirsi di traduttore.

旧市街に程近い素晴らしい立地。スタッフも全員フレンドリーで対応が早く親切。是非また泊まりたい。

強いてあげるならば、泊まった部屋からは川が見えなかった事。私には大した事ではないが。

מלון פשוט ונחמד. שהיינו בו לילה אחד עד שיתפנה המלון שישנו בו לילה אחד ולא היה מקום להמשך. החדר היה בסדר. קרוב מאוד למרכז לשוק. ליד המלון כשיוצאים לרחוב הראשי מצד ימין יש באן מיי מצויין.

הברכה לא נקיה, מלאה ירקת בדפנות. ארוחת הבוקר בתשלום בנפרד.

Building next door. But this will not be forever and we were at back of hotel so daytime noise was at a minimum

The property is in a fantastic location; close to the old town but able to retreat when it got too much.

Loved our stay here! The location is the best, so close to the old town. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Em is amazing, kind and so helpful. Our highlight is her hospitality, such a gem. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Where is was located

The location was amazing and staff were so accomodating! The room was really spacious and great value for money.

The sheets were a little dirty when we got there and there was loads of construction near by which made it kind of unpleasant to be at the accomodation but that’s not their fault!! Apart from the construction it was pretty much perfect!

The Kangen water they supply to guests was my favorite thing

Em's Homestay is a gem!! It's right where you need to be. The room is gorgeous. Em gave me all the info I needed for Hoi An. She even recommended the best Tailor store. I will be back and definitely stay there. Thank you!

Nous n'y avons pas séjourné car notre chambre donnait sur des travaux en face .Nous avons pu annuler sans problèmes et la jeune fille à l'accueil à été vraiment charmante et compréhensive. La chambre que nous avons vue est très lumineuse et agréable. Quand les travaux devant l'hôtel seront terminés, ça sera vraiment très bien . Petite piscine mais très utile quand il fait très chaud .

Les travaux de la rue ,mais indépendant de la volonté de l'hôtel.

Excellent homestay. I could not be any happier with it. Awesome location. Property is conveniently located in Hoi An to get to everything by walking. Rooms are very clean and spacious. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They could not have been any more attentive. Em the owner is very nice and able to helpful. Laundry service on location is quick and easy. Excellent addition. Pool on location allows you to cool down on hot days.

Super hôtel, idéalement placé à l'entrée de la vieille ville . Des vélos nous ont été prêtes pour visiter les alentours . Une mention spéciale pour l'ensemble du personnel qui s'est montré hyper serviable et très agréable

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities in the room were excellent. The bed was comfortable. Location was ideal on the edge of the old town but away from the noise and hustle and bustle. Washing done promptly and well. An easy walk to most things. Near the river. Taxis everywhere nearby.

체크인 직후 방이 사진과 달라 룸체인지 요청드렸고 늦은시간이라 불가능했지만 날이 밝는대로 오너가 바로 바꿔줬어요. 옮긴 객실은 기대 이상으로 좋았어요. 오너는 정말 친절하시고 자부심도 있으셔요. 덕분에 여행을 기분좋게 마칠 수 있었어요

조식은 제공되지않는점은 미리 알고는 있었지만 막상 호텔에서 운영하는 레스토랑을 이용하려하니 메뉴가 너무 서양식 위주였고 아침에 먹기엔 넘 헤비해서 근처 식당가서 먹었어요. 그것도 나름 좋은경험이었어요

We stayed at Em’s Homestay 2, as we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. The rooms were very spacious and modern. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Great location for exploring the ancient town. Free bikes to use which is great for getting around. Staff are very cheery and helpful.

The swimming pool looked dirty and unusable.

We hadden problemen met de airco op de kamer. Ze maakten er geen punt van en kregen onmiddellijk een andere kamer. Het ontbijt beneden in het aparte verblijf is heel goed prijs/kwaliteit.

Amazing homestay in the perfect location, with a huge room that comfortably fit our family. The balcony overlooking the river was such a beautiful bonus. Located just on the edge of the Old Town and within walking distance to everything, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Em was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant attached to the homestay serves absolutely delicious food — a really nice change from the usual Vietnamese cuisine. You will love it here.

Loved the room it felt so private

The property was very clean, super modern and an amazing location. The laundry was super reasonably priced, and all the staff were super kind and accommodating. The restaurant owned by the hotel owners next-door is really great and a good place to get brunch before doing activities. They let us store our baggage because our flight landed very early. The property owner also owns a tailor shop and I took advantage of that and got some things made that were great.

Nothing everything about the stay was exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner is very kind and welcoming, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it offers great value for money. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment on the top floor with a beautiful river view, which made the experience even more special. Everything in the apartment worked well, and it was very comfortable for our stay. Overall, it’s a perfect place, and we would definitely recommend it.

Ottima posizione e staff gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo presi un temporale inaspettato e rientrati in struttura in tarda serata abbiamo chiesto di lavare e asciugare i nostri vestiti per la Mattina successiva . Purtroppo la lavanderia era già chiusa ma ci hanno comunque asciugato i nostri vestiti zuppi dalla pioggia in poco più di un’ora. Struttura decorosa e pulita ma purtroppo molto molto umida.

La struttura è davvero molto umida. La nostra camera era al secondo piano ma trasudava umidità anche dal pavimento. Aria condizionata non proprio funzionante o che comunque non toglie la grande umidità presente. Quando piove la strada per arrivare alla struttura si allaga completamente e per rientrare o uscire ti trovi con l’acqua alle caviglie.
