Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Todo fue muy lindo, pero particularmente el personal. Lamentablemente no recuerdo el nombre, pero la persona que nos atendió fue increíble. Nos hizo sentir en casa todo el tiempo y nos asistió en todo lo que hizo falta. Navona Living Rome es mi casa en Roma. El ingreso por el museo es sensacional y tiene esa cosa romántica con el ascensor El desayuno es muy correcto y siempre servido calentito.
Hubo un corte de luz, pero fue en la zona, no puntualmente el edificio, así que no hubo cosas que no me gustaran.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Do quarto. Maravilhoso! Banheiro muito bom!!! Muito espaçoso. Café da manhã foi servido no quarto e também bem gostoso. O quarto é igual ao que aparece no site. Fomos em 4 e ficamos super bem!
Não foi um problema para minha família mas para quem tem problema com escada já fica mais complicado. Último andar. Mas tem o elevador pequeno que também nos serviu muito bem.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Super nettes guesthouse direkt auf der Hinterseite der Piazza Navona. Das Personal sehr bemüht. Tolles Frühstück direkt ins Zimmer. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass die Rezeption nur bis 14.00 Uhr besetzt ist und man das Gepäck bei einem Abendflug den restlichen Nachmittag mitschleppen muss.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The staff at the reception was very polite, helpful and efficient. Did their best to be of help. Gave good advice not to be fooled by taxi drivers in Rome. In the bathroom everything worked well.
The room pictures at the Booking.com are misleading: it looked cheep, had dirty walls and was smaller than in the picture (that is why there is no information about the room size). Most of all I was shocked by the condition of the bed (hairs, a small bug crawling along the sheet, a horrible mattress beneath the bedding - see the photos). I asked to talk to the manager but he responded only after about half an hour (it was around 9 pm and he didn't want to talk to me at all although was discussing the situation by phone with a staff member). The refund request from my part was rejected: the room rate was non-refundable but I was sure it was not safe to sleep on that bed. The manager assured me that they have regular hygienic check-ups. The breakfast consisted of the cheapest bread, yogurt and cold cuts (not even eggs, nothing cooked). Just the pretence of the breakfast with nothing healthy in it (delivered to the room). Every early morning we were waken up by extremely loud sounds of crashing bottles by a garbage truck. At the entrance sometimes a tramp (the same - apparently this is his home place) was lying against a railing and we had to wait until he walked away (didn't want to touch him). If you are travelling with a kid (like me) or have minimal hygienic requirements, don't choose these apartments.

O Rufo, muito simpático, nos atendeu com muita atenção, nos levava café da manhã delicioso. O quarto é confortável e limpo, mas o triplo é um pouco pequeno para 3 pessoas. Banheiro muito bom.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Great location. This is in central Rome and we walked to everything. It is literally next door to Piazza Navona. They served a good breakfast every morning.
It was a little confusing to find the entrance. The name was next to a small button that you ring to have them buzz you in. No name or anything on the front of the building. I am thankful they had a lift to get our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. Finding the entrance was only a problem when we first arrived. They could have explained that in the description.

Le petit dej pris en chambre sur une toute petite table.. 1tranche de pain de mie,1tranche de jambon,1tranche de fromage, 1 yaourt,1cafe et du jus Chaque matin. Chambre très petite sans charme.. qui pue les égouts ! La vue: moche! Un vieille assenceur de l époque, on ouvre encore les serrures avec des clés, chaque couleur ouvre une autre porte. Beaucoup de mal à trouver cet établissement car juste une toute petite pancarte.. on se fait engueuler car on PARLE DANS LA CHAMBRE LE MATIN

Sajnos az nagyon nem volt jó, hogy nem volt late night check in, a gépünk 9-kor landolt, 10-re értünk a szálláshoz és nem várt meg bennünket senki.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026La ubicación es uno de sus fuertes. Bajar y estar a 15 minutos andando de todo lo importante que ver, es el primer acierto de un viaje. Sólo 6 habitaciones es garantía de tranquilidad. Encima del antiguo Estadio de Dominicano, al entrar, se pueden ver parte de sus excavaciones. Una pasada. Taxi en la puerta.
El desayuno es básico pero correcto y lo bueno es que si necesitas algo más, sales y lo pides. La vista a un patio interior, por poner algún pero, aunque claro, ganas en silencio.

It was delivered at the exact time which was also agreed the day before and it was nice (considering that it included an orange juice for each of us, yogurt, a cup of coffee, two slices of bread/toast for each of us, butter and marmelade). The room was clean and comfortable. Having our own keys felt like actually living as a local.
Navona Living Rome is more like an AiRbnb. It's far from what is expected when it pops as a hotel. That doesn't mean that it's not good, but it should definetely have a more honest and specific description.

La stanza è piccola ma funzionale. Migliorerei l'attenzione nei dettagli di arredo e della sistemazione in generale ma soprattutto porrei maggiore attenzione e cura nella pulizia. C'era molta polvere in stanza, alcune ragnatele e muffa in alcuni angoli del bagno.

Cu toate ca afara era foarte frig, aerul conditionat era pornit de cand am ajuns si a fost o temperatura ok, avand in vedere ca am experimentat multe locatii unde nu erau atenti la acest aspect si se intampla sa ajungi intr-o camera friguroasa cand afara era rece si trebuia sa astept pana se incalzea camera de la AC. Personalul e amabil, dragut.
Pentru ca am fost de multe ori la Roma, am stiut la ce sa ma astept de la cazare si nu am avut asteptari foarte mari, tocmai de aceea nu am avut lucruri care sa nu imi placa. Totusi, as putea spune ca ar putea sa repare peretii, usile ar putea fi insonorizate (am stat intr-o perioada in care erau si niste spanioli foarte zgomotosi - care pur si simplu urlau dimineata si noatea).

The host was very helpful in providing us all the information. A lot of restaurant options nearby along with Mc Donald's very close to this hotel. While we were there, their bakery was closed so we got a slice of lemon pound cake everyday instead of croissants or other things and the lemon cake was quite dry, but other than that, we loved the breakfast! The facilities were very clean and the lift for the luggage was a life saver! Loved staying here. It's in such a great location!

Extremely hard to find. If it wasn’t a lady from neighbor facility who literally walked us to the place, I would have not find it. Room was very tiny. Access to the room slightly complicated via various keys and buzzers.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Tökéletes lakás, kényelmes szoba, megfelelő méretű fürdőszobával. Tisztaság. Reggeli a szobába szervírozva. A Piazza Navona 30 másodpercre van. Az épület a történelmi belváros szívében található. Szilveszterkor voltunk itt, de olyan csend volt a szobában, az utca zaja egyáltalán nem hallatszott be. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek! Ide egészen biztos visszajövünk!
