Fortune Park, Haridwar - Member ITC Hotels' Group

Every thing.

Room was clean and nice. It was really nice time in the hotel. Satff was gentle and above all the food was very good.

Very thing was nice in the hotel would recommend other visitors to book this hotel.

Excellent stay was comfortable

Totally recommended this hotel, the rooms were very neat and with lots of space, the buffet had a wade variety of options and the service was excellent great hospitality and very very attentive

Good overall room and staff also

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while on Business trip. They gave me an upgrade also for the room. Rooms are quite spacious, staff is also friendly. There are 2 things which I didn't like, firstly there are frequent electrical outages(though not hotel's mistake, and they do shift to generator) but its quite disturbing. Secondly, the service at restaurant for Dinner is little slow. You have wait for long once you order.

Thanks to all the helpful staff .. my stay was comfortable and I enjoyed the food.

Polite Behaviour of staff. Meals are also good quality.

There should be a battery car to pick from the main road in night for safety purpose. Which is not there as per the requirement

Ishita at the front desk with a warm and charming smile helped us through quick check in and check out process. Stay was comfortable as always. In house dining was superb. Rooms as always were kept clean

A very lovely experience at this hotel with extremely hospitable staff Mr. Akhilesh and Ms. Ishita at the reception, and Mr. Rishav, Ms. Kajal and Ms. Renuka at the restaurant. The amenities are commendable and the staff goes out of their way to provide the best help possible. Definitely worth staying at!

Room is close to movie theatre. Continuous vibration is there in the room which is definitely a concern. Need to do some sound proof . Staff are courteous and food is also good.

Location, Ambience and food quality are good!

Amazing hospitality We were taken care very well Food was also good Staff was very friendly

Excellent service from staff and team. Very good rooms. I personally would like to mention Rohit who has been an excellent host and has served us very well.

Very good in location and for business meeting…….

Quiet. Has all the comforts.

They had a big part of the restaurant reserved for some people. They were a bit rude telling us where to sit. The guy at the reception was quite rude. When we asked for the location, he said go look at google. I think he is new from what I was told but at least he can be polite. The room key did not work multiple times.

Very Nice,Yash provided us a very neat and clean room

Service

Food

Rooms are clean and food is tasty.

Location of property is a problem. If you don’t have your own vehicle then getting cabs is difficult.

Located on the Bypass, this hotel is 12km from the hub of Haridwar - Har ki Podi. This is not an issue if you have your own transport, as it is just a 20 min drive. We faced a small issue at check in as it seems that due to some technical glitch, our accomodation, booked through through the ITC portal was not reflecting on their system. However, the moment we showed them the confirmation, it was taken care of by the reception staff. Recommended to book a stay with at least breakfast and dinner included as there are no restaurants very near the hotel. The rooms are spacious, especially the Deluxe Suite we stayed in. Good washroom with all amenities provided. ITC level of hospitality is always a bonus, even in their affiliated properties.

As always ITC is a well known brand and lives upto expectations. Enjoyed my stay and dining.
