This didn't feel like a Hyatt experience because key amenities like a swimming pool were missing. Check-in was delayed; even arriving at 5 PM, our rooms weren’t ready and we had to wait. To make matters worse, the valet staff parked our car somewhere and splashed water on it, making the accumulated dust look incredibly messy.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026This was our second stay, but unfortunately it wasn’t as good due to some issues. The manager resolved them, but overall we were quite disappointed. The buffet is overpriced, with very limited and repetitive options. Dinner and breakfast items were repeated as well. On a positive note, the housekeeping and restaurant staff were hardworking and attentive.
Food variety with good prices—at least you add Hightea for your customers.
