Horizon Homestay Hoi An

Le calme, la chambre spacieuse, la présence d'une piscine même si on n'a pas vraiment pu l'utiliser car il faisait frais, les vélos à disposition, le service de lessive, ...

Les vélos méritent d'être changés, ils sont vieux et les freins ne sont pas au top. La chambre n'était pas toujours très propre (nettoyée après 4 nuits). Il faut se sentir à l'aise en vélo ou moto pour rejoindre le centre avec la densité de circulation.

Bright, clean room in a peaceful, quiet location—easily accessible by bike or scooter but away from the busy crowds. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Location was nice quiet area, nice staff.

The musty smell, and as long as you kept bathroom door closed it was OK. And if you like.a super firm bed, like sleeping on plywood, then you will be fine. It was clean

Very nice room with balcony, clean, simple and very comfortable. Hosts are the best, you can rent scooter or book tours to visit sites around. Quiet neighborhood with lot of local food. Near to Hoi An old city and to Ang Bang beach. Recommend!

The hosts were really welcoming and helpful !! Room is specious and very clean! They provide free bicycles to use around the city and also motorbike for 120.000vnd ( around 5$ ) for whole day which we rented and took a day trip to Danang . They offer different tours to attractions around Hoi An and Danang. The location is 20min by walk and 5min by car ( 21.000vnd / 1$ - grab price ) from center of Hoi An . Overall experience was amazing, HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

Very nice and helpful staff ! Free bicycles to cycle around. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are big! All in all a very nice stay. I would recommend it :)

Great stay!

Room given was bad as not as the pictures posted. Lady staff was very unprofessional as I arrived only told me room was fully booked. I booked my accommodation and she WhatsApp me without informing the room was fully book until my arrivals. Bed had stain. Water in the shower was only hot for a very short time and low water pressure. I don’t understand how this property can have a good rating from trip advisor. Definitely I will not stay there ever again. I have never had this bad encounter in Hoi an after many times of travelling to Hoi an.

Clean, quiet, well equipped with a well maintained pool, a very good aircon and real hot water (not the solar thing that’s always empty when you actually want a hot shower). Comfortable bed. Welcoming staff. Good location with everything you need in walking distance, and a short ride to both the old town and the beach.

A proper wardrobe would be nice. Shared bikes could use some maintenance, but they are free, so can’t complain.

The room was clean and spacious, and the pool was cool and refreshing. Thuy and her family were amazing! They went out of their way to help us and to ensure we had a great time in Hoi An. If I'm ever back in the country I will be coming here again.

Very lovely and helpful staff who can help you book activities in Hoi An. Very good air conditioning in the room too and large beds.

The hosts were very helpful and pleasant at all times. The place was clean and welcoming, having a pool was a major bonus too

This homestay was amazing, the family were so kind to us they couldn’t do enough for us organised tours helped us with transport even came and collected us when one of our bikes broke.

The pool was great, people were so nice. The fact they had bikes to get to downtown Hoi An in 15 minutes was perfect. Don’t forget to visit the owner’s tailor shop. We got a lot of super cute clothes at an amazing price. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely little homestay, breakfast was available and was lovely! The staff were so helpful booking us tours and helping us plan our next part of the trip. Beds were comfortable and very clean rooms.

Can’t recommend Horizon homestay enough! The family were so attentive, throughout our stay we were always greeted with a smile and a friendly chat and anything we needed they were more than happy to help with. The room was perfect, the pool was great, and the free bikes made popping in and out to town super easy. Additionally, on our last day they allowed us to check out late for no extra charge. The cute, teeny tiny family dog was an added bonus! 🐶😍

Very attentive staff without being too pushy. Helped us to arrange an excellent visit to Cham Island and organised a pick up from Danang airport at a rate cheaper than on Grab. Wifi worked really well - I had to work for a day while I was there and no problem with video calls. Really big, clean and comfortable rooms, swimming pool was a bonus!

we are 3 months into our trip, stayed at countless different accommodations and this was by far our favourite place to stay. We were met with smiles from the beginning and the women were more than helpful. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. The pool was clean and refreshing. Access to bikes to take into the centre of Hoi An. To finish, it was incredible value! We will absolutely come back!

Wonderful homestay with really helpful staff, delicious breakfast and good recommendations of tours and what to do around the area. Also bicycles included to explore and family have a tailor in town which did such an excellent job I went back for more. Is about a 15 min walk from old town which I didn’t mind but worth keeping in mind if you want to be in the centre

Friendly staff! Helped with organising our daytrips

This homestay belong to a family and they make you fell instantly at home . The room was super clean and the bed really confortable. You can book a tour, rent a motorbike, book a taxi or ask for a laundry service directly at the reception and the staff take care of everything and add the amount on your bill when you check out, which is very convenient. The swimming pool is clean and all the common areas are nice as well. You can borrow a bike for free and reach the old Hoi An is less than 10 min.

Nothing to say here, this is definitely one of the best value for money I had.

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They helped us with bicycles and were happy for us to extend our stay for another night even though they were preparing for a wedding at the Guesthouse. The location is good for access to the rice paddies, old town, and the beach all by bicycle. Breakfast was really nice as well.

The family were so lovely and could not do enough to help us with bookings, transport and organised a motorbike for us also. The place is beautifully clean and good value for money. It’s just a short distance from they key attractions of the Old Town and Night Markets by (free) bicycle, which makes it nice and quiet for sleeping. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Hoi An.

Hot water was a little temperamental, however, absolutely no complaints for the price.

Great place, really confortable, clean and cosy. Balcony, hot shower and AC. The staff is nice and helpful. They lend you free bikes to visit the city. It’s 10 min cycling from the city centre and 20 from the beach. There are many coffe, restaurants and shops close to the place

They always come to see you to try to sell you things which can be annoying after the 5th time in two days… (clothes, massage, driver…). But they are really nice and friendly though.

Great location in a peaceful neighbourhood so you can rest from the city centre and its crowd. Within 20 min to the beach and the centre by bicycle. Bicycles for free rental. Helpful and lovely family making everything possible so you can enjoy your stay.

We had a great 5 day stay in the Horizon Homestay. We booked the Queen-size bedroom with a pool view. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge worked great, and so did the AC. The bathroom was also big, and shampoo, as well as shower gel, were available. There was warm water and okay water pressure. I had to work remotely and had no issues with the wifi (good connection, no issues during zoom, etc.) The terrace had two chairs and a table as well as a sofa, which was perfect for morning coffee. (We didn't use the pool, as we weren't so lucky with the weather but it looked clean and welcoming). The homestay is located in a quiet, very pretty, and safe area. There are multiple coffee places, bars, food stalls, and a supermarket nearby (about a 5-10 min walk). The old town is a 20-25 min walk. You can rent bicycles directly from the homestay (for free). They are a bit older, but they do the job, make sure to check the breaks, before you drive off. We also rented a scooter from the homestay to drive to marble mountain, and that was about 150.000 for a day plus 20.000 for gas that was used up. The homestay owner also organized a well-priced pickup from the Da Nang train station for us and was super helpful when I suddenly had an allergy breakout (her father drove me to the pharmacy and helped me get the medication I needed). The homestay provides laundry service as well as coffee/breakfast etc., you can book tours and transportation services. A super nice stay would definitely recommend it.

This is a wonderful stay that is reasonably priced. The owners offer free bikes to explore Hoi An. The homestay is exceptionally clean, very quiet and located in a tranquille, beautiful area. The swimming pool is clean and the owners are very kind and helpful. We arrived early due to the sleeping bus and they helped us out by cleaning the room quicker. Overall, one of the best stays during our trip in Asia.

The outside kitchen was ok but not so easy to use, not so functional (no trash for instance), but the overall experience was really great!! The location isn't central but with a bycicle that's quickly done and there's enough shops, restaurants and takeways at walking/bycicle distance. The bathroom is a little hard to dry but the rainy and cold weather didn't help

Beautiful, clean property very close to Hoi An old town! Comfortable beds, large updated bathrooms and the nicest people EVER. They have many services you might need including breakfast, laundry, tour booking, etc. I am definitely returning soon!! P.S. cutest little dog is the property mascot :)

One of the most amazing places I ever stayed. The room was big, clean and full of light. There also was private terrace and it was just perfect. The staff is superhospital and accommodating. They help with everything and also very open and pleasant people to talk. They provide free bikes and also services as laundry and motorbike rental. Thank you for giving a feeling of home ❤️

Hot, powerful shower, quiet, huge room. The bedding and towels - and hotel in general - were exceptionally clean. The Horizon offers so much more than anyone would expect from a budget hotel. There’s the pool. Free bicycles. And owners who are so kind and helpful, and genuinely care about you having a great stay. Thank you so much for having us!

The staff were the most helpful we have met on our travels. Our room was very clean and spacious. Location is brilliant if you want to spend time between the beach and the old town.

Lovely large modern room with en-suite bathroom, there's also a fridge, kettle, hairdryer and a shared kitchen area. It's in a quiet area about 20 minutes walk from the old town and 20 minutes cycle (on the free bikes) to the beach. There are a few local places to eat and bars but the popular places to eat are in the old town. The family owners are super friendly, very helpful and speak good English.

the property is SO clean, the swimming pool made the other pools we have been in look scummy. the rooms are big and spacious and also very clean and comfortable. We ordered food off of grab a lot and ate at our balcony rather than eating out because there was such a lovely home feel. The family that own the property are so nice and helpful. They gave us so much help with booking transfers etc to our next place. The stay is just between the beach and main town where you can use their bikes for free and be in either place within 15 mins. Supermarket close by.

Just to be picky. You need a motorbike to move around and no breakfast :( the free bicycles are not in a good condition.

4family member (with a 2yrs old kid), they change my room immediately when we check in because the aircon not function well, much appreciate on this. Cook our breakfast when we wake up, so we get to eat hot fresh breakfast. staff are very friendly and helpfull. Boss and staff are friendly, willing to help on any problem we have. Speak English, easy for communicate. suitable for family stay.

Absolutely brilliant. Room was spacious clean and very comfortable great balcony. In a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle but still only a short 30 min stroll to Hoi An old town or use one of their free bicycles good choice of breakfast. The staff were fantastic so friendly and helpful special mention to Thi she is a star. If I ever go back to Hoi An I will be staying there, I’ll even rearrange my dates if they’re fully booked could not recommend Horizon Homestay more
