MAY PLAZA HOTEL

Location.

Đồ ăn khá ngon.

Không được yên tĩnh lắm.

The room was big and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. With the place being so clean and well kept, I felt totally comfortable having my little one with me. The restaurant meals were also a pleasant surprise.

Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, and the air quality in the room was noticeably fresh and clean. I also appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly approach — it really stood out and made the stay feel more responsible and thoughtful.

Tucked away in a quiet spot, it offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. I really appreciated their commitment to being eco-friendly—it’s not something you see everywhere. The staff were super welcoming and made everything feel easy and stress-free.

Making it a perfect option for business and holiday travelers.

Everything inside the hotel was fresh and neat, with a strong sense of eco-conscious management. The team was very warm and attentive, always one step ahead in helping me.

Rooms are serviced daily, with hygiene standards that are pleasing.

There’s a convenient parking area on-site, which is ideal if you’re driving yourself around.

The mattress was cozy, the pillow was just right.

I was impressed with the large bathroom, steady hot water, and quality bath products.

The hotel is a perfect choice for both families and couples.

Friendly staff and super smooth check-in and check-out process!

A budget-friendly choice without compromising on quality

The room was spotless and well-organized, with a modern decor style.

Great location close to the city center, surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. Super convenient for getting around.

The staff were both professional and genuinely warm in their service. This was truly a wonderful getaway.

bữa sáng ổn Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi VỊ trí khách sạn ở trung tâm Giá phòng vừa phải

Wifi quá tệ, rất kém Vòi xịt vệ sinh nhỏ nước gây tiếng kêu khó chịu Dầu gội đầu không thể tạo bọt (không biết là loại gì), cảm giác không gội sạch Lễ tân thái độ có vẻ khá khó chịu

It’s close to residential areas and public services, making it both convenient and well-connected.

The hotel offers modern facilities and well-equipped amenities at a very reasonable price. The view from the property is stunning, with plenty of photo-worthy angles. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with many options to choose from

Some of the nicer rooms have windows facing the hallway. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of desserts.

It’s close to residential areas and public services, making it both convenient and well-connected.

Loved the food — the yogurt and matcha pudding were next level! The wine cellar was a cool bonus, really nicely done

This place truly stands out as one of the best choices in the city.

Phòng sạch sẽ tiện nghi

Cách âm phòng kém nên ko đc riêng tư lắm

The room has a more classic style, but it's clean and well cared for. It may not be the most luxurious, but it's a solid.

This was the only full-service hotel I stayed at during my trip to Thai Nguyen, and it was absolutely worth it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything from the event setup to the meeting facilities was done with great attention to detail.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt quite luxurious. It was also very quiet, creating a perfect environment for families with children.

Le charme d'un grand hôtel. Mp

The staff are friendly, the room though bit small, still had every basic facility as mentioned in the description. They were happy to help and we had a comfortable stay.

Excellence helpful from staffs, nice location and comfy.

Mọi thứ đều ổn, phòng sạch.

Would definitely come back to stay again if have a chance to visit Thai Nguyen in the future. Also, very good price for value as well.

The hotel's location is near various establishments.

The reception crew was so welcoming and polite. The room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast spread.

Amazing staff. Great location.

Everything about it is perfect, from service staff, to the food and location.

Great location nice, helpful staff.

Very friendly and passionate staff, the free breakfast is awesome which has the same quality as other hotel's paid breakfast, and the room is quiet.

Fairly central location lots of amenities and the breakfast was great!

I’m westerner and the beds were very firm. I know that’s typical for the area though

Great service

Great spot, May Plaza was ok but rooms could use a freshen up as ours was a little run down. Food and staff were great without doubt!

Super hotel, prachtige kamer, ruime badkamer, goed bed, vriendelijk personeel, ruime veilige parkeergarage, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, lage prijs voor dit soort hotel.

Niets,alles was super!

I was welcomed with cold drinks and watermelon. Staff are very helpful and friendly as well. Breakfast was great and the room was clean. I was even surprised with a birthday cake.

Thoải mái nha rộng mãi thoáng mát

Sàn nhà khá cũ bị bong tróc,chăn ga có mùi hơi xót 1 chút, cảm giác k sạch lắm

Dear Booking Service Managers, According to the advertisement on your Booking website for MAY PLAZA HOTEL, I made a reservation at this hotel. However, we were very disappointed as the reality was far different from what was advertised. On the Booking website, the information provided about the hotel, including services and rooms, was excellent. But in reality, the hotel is only like a one-star property and is very dirty. The room and carpet had a terrible smell, and it was impossible to sleep. We had to leave the hotel at 11:30 PM and check into another hotel. Therefore, I demand that Booking provide accurate information, or else we will file a lawsuit and seek compensation.
