LINNAS Kanazawa

We loved the hotel very much and enjoyed the service. Amenities are very useful. Receptionists & staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. We'll stay there again next time in Kanazawa.

Stanza ampia e luminosa per gli standard giapponesi. Letto molto comodo, non si sentono rumori, la zona è molto tranquilla. Ambiente giovanile e prezzo ottimo. La ragazza alla reception è stata gentilissima!

Si trova un po’ fuori dalla zona con tutti i bar e i ristoranti, è necessaria una camminata di 15/20 minuti per raggiungerla. La zona in cui si trova e’ un po’ spenta.

I really enjoyed my stay! Even though our room had no private bathroom, it had its own sink and a mini fridge, and access to showers on our floor was great with a lot of privacy. I also personally really liked the Nordic vibe the place was aiming for. Everything was clean and modern, staff was friendly & we were provided with various amenities. I felt very comfortable here. The location was also very good with access on foot to all main attractions and the train station.

LINNAS vindria a ser un híbrid entre alberg i hotel senzill. L'ambient és acollidor i tranquil, amb una cuina compartida com a instal·lació més destacada. No és especialment cèntric, però Kanazawa és petit i en 15 minuts a peu s'arriba al castell i el jardi Kenroku per una banda, o al barri Higashi Chaya per l'altra. L'esmorzar és una plata més cafè o te, amb dues opcions: amanida i diverses peces de pollastre, truita, encurtits, o bé brioxeria. Ambdues són correctes

Oh sorpresa, som al Japó i l'habitació és petita. Només hi ha personal a la recepció de 9.00 a 18.00; pots fer el check-in més tard si has omplert les dades que prèviament et demanen per correu.

Awesome kitchen, they even had ingredients to make salad dressing for my 7/11 salad! Staff were incredibly kind. They had lots of spaces to sit and relax. Shared bathrooms and showers were always clean. Location was perfect, walking distance to the center and on route of main bus lines.

案内にはきちんと記載されていましたが、チェックイン時はさらっと目を通した程度だったため、スタッフの方がいらっしゃらない時間帯に外出先から戻った際、建物への入り方が分からず少し戸惑いました。 幸い案内用紙を持っていたので、改めて読み返して無事に入ることができましたが、初めて利用する人にも分かりやすいよう、もう少し案内を工夫していただけると、より親切だと感じました。

Le sèche linge ne sèche rien du tout.

Le personnel était très gentil et chaleureux. On pouvait utiliser une cuisine partagée pour se préparer à manger. Nous avions choisi un petit déjeuner préparé par l'hôtel. Nous avions chaque matin une belle assiette de crudité et mets salés qui changeaient à chaque fois. On s'est régalé. Dans l'hôtel il y avait des lave-linge (avec lessive comprise) et sèche-linges pas chers et bien pratiques. On était à 15 minutes à pied de la gare. La ville n'étant pas grande, elle se fait bien à pied. L'hôtel est calme et vraiment à côté du marché au poisson où se trouve plusieurs restaurants de poisson. Le poisson est bien frais, on s'est régalé.

The facilities were fantastic, the staff were lovely and helpful and the space made us feel very at home. Loved the communal kitchen and lounge/ reading area and there’s a space to do yoga / weights. So good!!

The hotel is really just a few steps from Omicho Market and Kanazawa Castle, which makes it very convenient. It's run by young staff who are very kind and helpful. It's actually also a hostel, so guests can use a large shared kitchen to cook for themselves (something we didn't end up doing). We had a special request regarding breakfast (asking for something sweet rather than savory), and they accommodated us wonderfully, even though I realize it was a bit of an unusual request. The rooms are small, but clean and equipped with all the comforts you need.

Very relax atmosphere. Shared kitchen is a success! Specially since it is close to the market and a 7-11.

The hotel is located quite far from the station, but close to the castle park and the main traditional districts. The room was very bright and the bed comfortable. Staff was very kind and ready to help. There’s nice common area and kitchen for those who want to cook, as well as a restaurant on ground floor (booking in advance is needed).

The building is quite old and the interiors are also quite old looking, the corridor on the floor is not accessible (it has three-four steps with no ramps, at least on floor 4), not ideal for wheelchairs or baby strollers. There’s no daily room service and cleaning of the room was not impeccable (we found hair on the floor). The bathroom was extremely small, as well ad the sink.

Comfy bed, quiet room. Shared toilets/showers are always spotlessly clean. Shared kitchen is big and well equipped. You can borrow umbrellas for free.

As the rooms are small, I would add more hangers on the wall. Smell from the kitchen is entering from the window. The staff is very kind, but I personally did not like that they had dinner together with other long-term-staying guests without inviting us to join while we were sit at the table nearby. And also in other occasions, some long-stayers acted like the place was their home and annoyed by your presence. Please pay attention to these aspects and try to promote an open environment.

Tiene una cocina compartida con agua disponible para rellenar y un restaurante, lavandería y, gym incluido y sauna y spa que se puede pagar a parte. A 3 minutos del mercado y a 5 minutos caminando del barrio de las geishas. Buena relación calidad - precio

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the community vibes. Close to Omicho Market, Kanazawa Castle and an easy walk to Higashi Chaya district. Great kitchen facilities, cosy lounge, laundry, gym, sauna, bicycle rental and an italian restaurant attached. Very clean and quiet.

Absolutely great spot, right in the middle of Kanazawa! You honestly can’t fault the location at all, it’s walkable to everything and well located to plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel was really clean and had lots of great amenities, including laundry and a gym. The staff were very friendly too. Would 100% recommend staying here!

The only slight negative is that we had a big support beam in the middle of our room which took up a fair amount of space and made it a bit hard to move around. Not a deal breaker but would have been good to have it flagged in the booking to make people aware.

This was not a 4-star hotel, but it was very nice and the staff were excellent. They have a kitchen/dining area where residents can cook their own meals, and they even do a potluck/cook together on a regular basis (how fun!). On our last morning we had a very early departure, based on previous train reservations. The staff was VERY accomodating and the chef made us an obento breakfast to take with us, even though we left prior to morning breakfast service (the front desk asked him the day before). Amazing service!!

the beds/room were clean and nice, but our room was essentially a big bunk-bed with 4 beds total for the 2 of us. I think it may have been all that was left for us to reserve, but it wasn't exactly what we would have wanted.

The bathroom: it was too small, as a tall person it was hard to sit down on the toilet. Plus the shower is so cramped that you are banging against the wall/keep touching the shower curtain. The shower water kept going cold mid shower, then you would have to wait for it to reheat, then it goes cold again…

Hotel ma dobrą lokalizację, było cicho i czysto. Łazienka jest malutka, ale jest w niej wszystko czego potrzeba. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne.

La ventilation est importante mais reste insuffisante. Les rideaux mériteraient de mieux filtrer la lumière exterieure. Pour limiter le gaspillage, il pourrait etre bien de pouvoir choisir ce que l'on veut manger au petit déjeuner.

La habitación fue muy grande; éramos 5 personas y había suficiente espacio para que todos estuviéramos cómodos. Nuestra habitación estaba lista algo antes de lo previsto y nos dejaron entrar y dejar las cosas, lo que apreciamos mucho.

Si bien las habitaciones en Japón suelen ser pequeñas, este hotel ofrece espacios de esparcimiento amplios (un área de lounge muy cómoda a modo living y una cocina común amplia y bien equipada). A su vez los baños compartidos súper cómodos y limpios. El personal súper amable y nos asistieron con todas nuestras preguntas

Een hartelijk ontvangst met vriendelijk personeel. Het is een gemoedelijk hotel die ruimte biedt voor samenkomst in de gedeelde ruimtes. Het ontbijt was ook voortreffelijk. Er hing een fijne sfeer.

No interesting view from the room window

We had a great stay at Linnas. It was really clean and comfortable, as well as walking distance from the main town and attractions. The kitchen, where you could cook your own meals, was an unexpected bonus and meant we could make breakfast for ourselves each morning. Plus, the self-serve laundry service worked well. We also loved the soaps in the bathrooms!

The desk isn’t monitored 24/7, and we felt the system to ring for help could be more efficient. The rooms, like most in Japan, are small but that worked for us (and it was great value for money).

I was in an economy room which had enough space for me, you can't really move around the bed but also you don't need to! The staff were fantastic. If you're there on the right day, there's a run club and a yoga class available. There's also a sauna. I liked the focus on being environmentally friendly and not needing to have the room cleaned etc every day. I just left my rubbish bin outside the door if it needed emptying and housekeeping would take care of it. Great location, quiet neighbourhood with a 7 Eleven nearby. If you are coming from the station with big luggage, take a taxi as you shouldn't take big bags on the buses.

The bathroom was very small. Kept whacking my elbows on the shower walls when trying to wash my hair. On the same floor there were rooms with shared bathrooms. While you would have to wait until the toilet/shower was free, they looked to be more spacious.

This may be one of the best hotel hotels that we have ever stayed in. Care & thought clearly gone into the design. Super little restaurant on the side which surprised us with quality & low cost. Really enjoyed the community ethos and felt very much at home as we explored Kanazawa.

If more people were using the kitchen then it looks like there is space for the fridge to be bigger -though this is only a small point.

This was the dirtiest place we have stayed at in Japan. As our earlier stays had all been clean and comfortable, the Loft at LINNAS Kanazawa was an extreme disappointment as it was just gross.

Les équipements annexes (télévision, sèche-cheveux, ....) sont disponibles. Il y a possibilité de laver son linge.

Posizione ottima. Si può raggiungere la stazione e le attrazioni più famose comodamente a piedi senza dover prendere alcun mezzo. Mi è piaciuto l’ambiente della struttura, molto dinamico e giovanile. Camera pulita e accogliente.
