Eine wunderbar und sehr liebevoll geführte Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und sehr bemüht. Die Lage ist top – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Location was great 20 minute walk to all the best sites like trevi fountain, vatican Pantheon, facility was clean, receptionist was so helpful and nice and helped book a taxi for us for the air port. We loved our 2 day experience and would go back and stay again

If I was staying longer I would like more drawer space as there is only 3. But thats the least of my concern for a short 2 night stay.

Place is fantastic. From the host to the accommodations to the esthetics of the rooms was exceptional. I would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Rome.

L'appartement était superbe, tout neuf, avec un balcon charmant ! Tou, absolument, y a été pensé pour que l'on se sente divinement bien. Digne d'un 5 étoiles 🌟 ! Le petit dej est également exceptionnel. On choisi la veille ce qu'on veut manger et il est préparé à la minute et à la demande. Carola la propriétaire est pleine de charme et aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement ce superbe établissement qui est en plus très bien situé.

Fantastic stay! The location couldn’t be better—almost all the main attractions and shopping areas are within walking distance. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The in-room sauna was an unexpected highlight and is an absolute must-try. It was the best way to relax your feet after all day walks.

the location is excellent. The space is lovely but not ideal for families.

The place was tained by the constant smell of cat pee. There were small ants on the floor but maybe it was due to the hot weather or the building had an issue. The ACs were not working well, we kept having to change the temperature during the night because it was blasting aggressive cold air even though we programmed it to go on low fan. The staff is extremely friendly but the check in process was really not organized at all and communication wasn't clear. With kids, you would want the smoothest check in process.

Anita checked us in and was super helpful from the moment we arrived, helping us to familiarise ourselves with activities and even booking taxis for us. We loved the proximity to everything! The rooms were lovely!!

We were upgraded to the apartment but found it noisy throughout the night from the room above.

There was construction in the next room that started at 8am. This was not explained when we arrived. It was most disruptive and disturbing.

The room and balcony were decorated beautifully and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the biscottis and coffee restocked daily were a bonus! Staff was very friendly and helpful in setting up taxis/ giving recommendations for restaurants, etc.

The wifi was a bit slow and the elevator was very slow and sometimes didn’t come. It is a bonus that there was an elevator at all though!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable, right on one of Rome’s main shopping streets and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was a great size with an excellent layout, and the balcony was a beautiful bonus. Despite the summer heat, the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept really well every night. Another highlight was being just a two-minute walk from some fantastic bars, with Drink Kong easily being our favourite. Location really is everything with this property, and it absolutely delivers. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. 10/10.

Room was stylish, comfortable and well laid out. Air conditioning worked great and the bed was very comfortable.

Only negative at all was the elevator to the 4th floor apartments was very tight and hot. But it’s a fairly quick ride and well worth it.

It is situated in the fashion street & centrally located to Trevi, Pantheon which meant we could start at 7am with a cappuccino opposite Parlement & stay out until midnight for gelato craving at Venchi

Other than the fact it’s in the middle of the city so most places you can walk to, there is nothing to like about this place

We had booked shown in all the photos, however, when we arrived it is nothing like the photos!! They had apparently ‘upgraded’ us to a very old style apartment. We did not want this, but they had clearly overbooked and refused to give us the room we had paid for. The next day, when we did finally get the room we wanted (and had paid for) the tv and wifi didn’t work. After being promised all day that the problem would get resolved, they did nothing. I will never be returning here, the staff just continue to lie.

Great communication. Wonderful staff who went over and above giving restaurant recommendations and incredibly valuable tips about what to see and do. Probably the best front desk experience we have ever had. Awesome location and fantastic room.

The hotel is very centrally located. It's a little bit of a walk to the Colloseum and Vatican but it was just a quick cab ride. Lots of other attractions (Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc) within walking distance. Laura and the entire staff are amazing and provided great recommendations for restaurants and called cabs for us whenever we needed. Having breakfast on our terrace room every morning really felt like we were experiencing Italian culture. Coffee was really good as well.

The location was good.

The room was much smaller than the pictures. Very little room to walk around the bed. The balcony was also much smaller than the pictures. Also we were on the 4th floor and the elevator was very slow. Had to walk up 4 floors of stair to get to our tiny room. I would not stay here again.

The location was amazing, breakfast choices fine and delivered exactly ontime. Felt tucked away from the bustling streets and the room was quiet, cool and the bed comfy.

We asked for a king bed, it wasn’t. The floor in the shower is cracked and leaking underneath- as a result it has made the room smell damp. They have it booked for fixing but keep delaying this for paying guests- it needs fixing ASAP.

The property was centrally located in the heart of Rome. Which made it a great pick on our part to partake in some of the history via walking.

The only thing was I think it would have taken as a minute to find the entrance and the elevator up stairs. Didn’t have that issue however because the manager Carol, was there to greet us and tell us where to go.

The location is absolutely perfect — easy to find and close to everything. The place itself was spotless, so clean and incredibly welcoming. We were greeted by Anita, who was absolutely amazing and so lovely. We already had our own plans for Rome, but she still took the time to make sure we didn’t miss anything and recommended the most authentic places to eat, which made our trip even more special. The rest of the staff were just as kind and friendly, making us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was immaculate honestly one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed, with not a speck of dirt anywhere. Breakfast was another highlight with a good amount to choose from. Every morning it was brought to our room and being able to enjoy it on the balcony was so good. Could not recommend this place enough amazing hospitality, incredible cleanliness, and the perfect base for exploring Rome!

It was a bit difficult to get in. The elevator was very slow. Rooms were a bit too warm.

The location, the room, and the terrace were amazing. The suite was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Special thanks to the owner for keeping the place authentic and making it feel like home. Also, a big shout-out to Laura and Anita for their great communication and support throughout the day.

Just a couple of small comments that did not affect the beauty or comfort of the stay at all. The shower door could use slightly better sealing, as a little water can leak through due to its size, but it was manageable if you put shower towel everyday. Also, the wooden ceiling design is beautiful and adds a lot of charm to the room; however, a few small fibers tend to fall when the AC is turned on or off, so a little maintenance would make the experience even better.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room terrace was lovely with beautiful flower boxes. The breakfast supplied to the room was fresh. Air conditioning was excellent.

Unfortunately there were no instructions to find the hotel Lobby on the 4th floor of the building upon arrival which was confusing. Also no instructions to get the TV to work and staff were unable to help. Room and hotel access is via an app so if your phone is flat that’s a real problem.

Staff texted everyday to check in and see if we needed anything and to specify a time for cleaning the room. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Apartment was spacious and balcony was fun to relax on.

We loved the chic style apartment, helpful staff and excellent location, although a little inconspicuous, the instructions to find it were excellent. A hidden gem.

If I had to find fault it would be that the lift was very small.

We stayed here with friends. Both of us having suites with balconies. Absolutely loved it. Views were incredible and the location was perfect. We walked to everything. Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon just to name a few. Staff recommendation for restaurants was excellent. So many wonderful places to eat and shop. They helped us set up our transfer from hotel to airport. Excellent service and so friendly. We and our friends love our stay there.

Liftul se blochează des. Noaptea se aude foarte tare fiecare mașină pentru ca e un canal care face zgomot când e traficat chiar sub balcon, geamurile nu izolează bine, gazda nu a rezolvat problema televizorului care era stricat, nu exista personal care sa rezolve ceva dupa ora 18.

The property was beautiful, in a great location, bed was the most comfortable of our 7 hotels we stayed in while in Italy. The shower was amazing with plenty of hot water. But the staff were all amazing ! Helped us with everything. They went over and beyond to make our stay in Rome amazing. Oh! And the breakfast Margie prepared and served to us on the terrace every morning was fabulous! Eggs, bacon, cheese, fruit, croissants and the best cappuccinos❤️❤️❤️

I feel really bad writing this as we were so very kindly given an upgrade in room but it was not as appealing as the photos of the room we had booked. Everything, room size and terrace size was bigger but not better. All a bit gloomy and in need of a redecoration. Think we would have preferred the room we had booked.

The location was excellent

I was travelling with my daughter .We weren't keen on the shower being in the bedroom and felt there was a lack of privacy. Also the hotel arranged transfer from the airport to the hotel.We weren't aware the taxi driver only took cash and didn't accept cards. Surely both card and cash should be acceptable.

We stayed at Ara di Marte Suites for 4 nights and had a great experience. The location is perfect! Central but quiet and within walking distance of the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, the Colosseum, and many nice shops. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp for cleaning requests and questions. They also shared excellent recommendations for restaurants, gelato, and activities. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Rome.

Location, friendliness of the people and intimacy of a small hotel

Only thing missing was a large size mirror in the room and perhaps more comfortable pillows. Everything else was just perfect.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Rome, which allowed us to do everything on foot. The large terrace is also an incredible asset, a true haven of peace hidden in the city center. The suite itself is spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. A generous breakfast is served every morning in the suite. A big thank you to LAURA for her extremely warm welcome and her very useful recommendations. Excellent value for money for such a central location. We highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be back!

We loved our stay! The location was great, the rooms were very clean, and the staff was amazing. Thank you to Carola and Laurie, they truly went above and beyond. We really appreciate everything. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Every person we met there was so friendly and helpful.

The only negative was the very small elevator and the long climb to the 4th floor. But I wouldn't change a thing because it was so authentic. Loved it!

Location was excellent. Apartment was spacious.

While there was a stove top, there were no kitchen implements for cooking. Although we had breakfast included in our stay, there was no effort made to accommodate our early check out on the last day. Offering a simple breakfast pack in advance would have been appreciated.

The hotel has other rooms in other areas of Rome - I was bumped to another area at the last minute and it was disappointing because it wasn’t the quality I thought I’d paid for. Make sure you confirm at the time of booking that you are staying in the suites as advertised on the website

Frühstück war perfekt

The property was in a very safe and central location. We were able to walk to the Trevi Fountain, Vatican City, and Colosseum from where we were. There were tons of shops nearby and amazing restaurants. Added bonus was being a 15 min drive from the train station.
