This was amazing, never expected it would be so good but it turned out that Pure Salt is quite high standarts and well known in Mallorca. I went there with my daughters and stayed on the appartment, it was sublime, everything clean and perfect, personal was super friendly and the appartment was a dream and had everything we could have needed. More i couldnt have asked. Its also super easy to reach and its close to a big supermarket. Ill be back for sure. Note: we went there in april when the area was not busy at all, dunno how it is on summer months. But what the hotel concerns, perfection 🙏

My daughters are 13 and 15 and still were not allowed to have breakfast at the hotel so that was a bit less but nothing to cry about.

Es war eine sehr schöne Wohnung Alltag mit auf Zügen zu erreichen. Die Zimmeraufteilung waren sehr gut.

The location was amazing, the flat was very comfortable, all new amenities that was well looked after. It was also very clean and the location was amazing!

The check in process was a challenge, it was via a system that was in Spanish, so it took about 45mins for us to navigate.. a kind staff had to help us..

Die Lage war gut, mit Blick aufs Meer

Die Karte mit dem Schlüsselcode müsste dreimal erneuert werden. Wir standen dreimal vor unserem Appartement und kamen nicht hinein. Die Reinigungsutensilien waren nicht vorhanden, kein Geschirrspülmitten, keine Geschirrhandtücher, keine Taps für die Spülmaschine. War kein Toaster vorhanden. Der Backofen war nicht sauber. Dann ist einmal in beiden Badezimmer die Wasserspülung ausgefallen, dies wurden aber kurzfristig repariert.

Die Größe der Unterkunft und die Lage

War nicht sauber, haben es sofort angesprochen es sollte jemand am nächsten Tag kommen was nicht der Fall war. Am dritten Tag war das Zimmermädchen da, hat aber nur Standard mäßig die Betten gemacht und die Böden. Der Rest wurde ignoriert.

Die Ausstattung des Apartments

Die Kaution von 400 Euro ist sehr hoch. Statt nach 48 Stunden wurde mir die Kaution erst nach zweimaliger Mahnung nach über zwei Wochen zurückerstattet.

Excellent Apartment, clean & comfortable. Wonderful view from the balcony. We were there in December and the neighborhood was very quiet (many restaurants, bars and supermarkets closed at that time of the year), I dont know how it it in the summer time...

Der Ausblick ist wunderschön! Die Betten sehr gemütlich. Jedes Zimmer hatte separates Badezimmer.

Es gab wirklich nix negatives zu berichten.

Fin och ljus lägenhet i bra läge Vi hade problem med AC:n. Servicebilen kom direkt och fixade. Vår vistelse varade i 10 dagar. Efter 5 dagar kom de och städade, bytte lakan o handdukar

Alles, das Appartement war ein Traum! Wir mussten kurz warten bis das Appartement bezugsbereit war und haben einen Willkommensdrink erhalten. Zudem sind die Appartements mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspühler und sogar eine Nesspresso Maschine! Wir genossen morgens den Kaffee auf der Wunderschönen Terasse mit dem bezaubernden Meerblick und den Palmen. Die Lage ist Perfekt, wir haben es sehr genossen!

Sehr gute Raumaufteilung, alles sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal als Ansprechpartner, tolle Lage direkt am Strand und mit guter Anbindung an Palma

Wir waren leider in der untersten Etage. Damit war es nachts manchmal laut und wir mussten das Fenster zulassen. Eher ein Problem der Lage als der Wohnung.

WiFi didn’t work in the room until the last day. I had a bad experience with a person in the park next to the hotel while waiting for a taxi early in the morning.

Excellent property on the water, close to everything. Only thing we didn’t like was the WiFi. It was very weak. The only spot where we could get on our devices consistently was the balcony.

Tolle Wohnung mit mega Ausblick. Nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt. Liegt zentral und ist trotzdem ruhig. Putzfrauen hat wirklich alles sehr gründlich gereinigt. In unserer Woche war sie einmal da. Wohnung war gut eingerichtet. Uns hat es eigentlich an nichts gefehlt. Supermarkt sind viele in der Nähe. Kapseln für die Maschine kann man im direkten Umkreis nicht kaufen, aber wir haben dann halt anderen Kaffee getrunken. Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.

Ein Staubsauger wäre praktisch. Besen ist vorhanden. Aber mit dem Sand hätten wir einen Staubsauger praktischer gefunden. War jetzt nicht dramatisch, aber ich hätte tatsächlich ab und an gern schnell den Sand weg gesaugt.

Wasser tropfte durch die Decke im Bad, es war 24/7 laut nichts mit 23-9 Uhr Nachtruhe der Pool ist nicht Mal einen Meter tief ist nicht zu empfehlen außer man ist immer dicht.

Locatia excelenta, la 1 minut de plaja. Am beneficiat de servicii de curatenie si schimbat prosoape si lenjerie de pat, iar la plecare, pana la ora cand trebuia sa plecam spre aeroport, am putut folosi facilitatile hotelului in mod gratuit. Personalul de la receptia hotelului este tanar si foarte amabil, iar o domnisoara este vorbitoare de limba romana.

Lovely accommodation and location.

Близость моря и пляжа. Вид с балкона. Хороший, спокойный район. Приятный сюрприз от сотрудников отеля/аппартаментов на день рождения. Профессиональный песонал отеля/аппартаментов. Быстрота реагирования персонала, если возникали проблемы. Комплектация аппартаментов, чистота. Приветственное угощение. Полезный приветственный хозяйстренный комплект (если бы добавили туда бумажные кухонные полотенца - было бы идеально). Неожиданно порадовало наличие аппарата генератора льда на 1 этаже (на лестнице). Хороший, чистый бассейн с красивым видом на море. Удачное расположение балконов - солнце только на закате. Полезная интернет страница с рекомендациями. Нам повезло, что аппарат для регистрации не работал, поэтому регистрацию и получение ключей делали на стойке регистрации соседнего отеля. Так как прилетали рано утром, то было приятно узнать, что багаж можно бесплатно оставить в камере хранения соседнего отеля данной сети.

WI-FI очень слабый. Нет морозильной камеры в холодильнике (но это частично компенсируется генератором льда на 1 этаже). Запах сгоревшей пиццы от ресторана внизу и налет из пепла на вещах на балконе (это скорее претензия к ресторану). Не хватало инструкций к плите и духовке. На 10 день с утра все электронные ключи неожиданно заблокировались (спасибо персоналу гостиницы за быструю помощь в решении вопроса).

Lage war gut. Genug Platz im Appartement.

Sauberkeit, nachtropfende Wc’s, Klima im Hauptzimmer funktionierte nicht ausreichend, wurde nach einer Woche repariert. Wurde nur einmal die Woche geputzt. Jeden Morgen wurde die Terrasse vom Restaurant im Untergeschoss aufgestellt mit voller Geräuschkulisse.

Das Apartment war schön groß . Preis/ Leistung bei unserem Angebot passend. (Hätten wir später gebucht wäre es wesentlich teurer gewesen) Sehr gute Lage zum Entspannen und auch direkt im Geschehen zu sein... Direkte Strandlage top... Betten sehr sehr bequem... Terrasse groß und schön leider nur mit seitlichem Meerblick... Klimaanlage top... Man durfte im Mutter Hotel alles mitbenutzen.... Grundsätzlich alles Top...... Check in über Mutterhotel funktionierte reibungslos (habe aber anhand der Rezession schon zuvor mit dem Hotel kontakt aufgenommen...empfehlenswert)

Statt Meerblick hatten wir seitlichen Meerblick...sollte man schon anders preislich bewerten..... Inventar der Küche ausbaufähig zB.Waschmittel für Geschirrspüler/Waschmaschine, Küchenrolle, Geschirrtücher Hauseigener Pool die ersten Tage "wieder" defekt Self-check-in nicht möglich nur im Mutterhotel Kein Sichtschutz in einem der Duschen.... Kleine Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag meines Schwiegersohnes am Check In Tag wäre nicht falsch gewesen.... Aber zu 98% alles Top....

Location was superb! Condo had everything we needed. However couple issues we found. AC was not adequate and could not keep the unit cool. Also the security entrance door was not locking so anyone could get in.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. Apartment was clean. 2 beds and 2 toilets. Layout was lovely. Air conditioning in every room.

Everything with the apartment was ok. No complaints other than the cost of the apartment.

On the beach, clean, comfortable, modern. Good amenities. Restaurants and nightlife in walking distance

Direkt am Strand. Wunderschöner Meerblick. Oberhalb von feinem Restaurant. Wenn Fenster geschlossen hört man nichts von draussen. Kleiner, super Pool auf dem Dach mit Liegestühlen. Alles Bestens. Zimmer genug gross

The helpful staff. The spacious apartment, and great view from our terrace. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The roof top pool was a bonus.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer schönen und sicheren Lage. Die Verkehrsverbindungen sind sehr gut, man kommt schnell in alle Richtungen. Die Nähe zu den Promenaden ist sehr schön. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Unterkunft.

Paid for 5 guests….sofabed unmade when we arrived…unsure why they were funny about a 4th towel and a missing breakfast set (1 coffee pod each and a mini french toast). Unsure if this was an issue between hotel management and Expedia, but they took it out on us!

Spacious apartment with a beautiful sea view. The apartment was well equipped and we didn't miss anything. The card was picked up in the hotel part of the next building. Then you have to enter a not very simple code twice for the gate and at the entrance. We also had to pay 400 euros as insurance in case we damaged something. This is not very often standard, but it was communicated in advance, so it was ok. There is a great Italian restaurant on the ground floor. We would love to visit this apartment again.

A minor problem was the weak water pressure in the showers and the associated water temperature adjustment.

Eine hervorragende Wohnung an der Playa de Palma ,sehr gut mit Geschmack ausgestattet und mit vollem Meerblick . Der Bus nach Palma und zum Flughafen hält quasi vor der Tür . Eine Teekanne und ein paar große Kaffebecher fehlen und das Wasser in der Dusche ist schwer einstellbar . Fazit : wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen 😊😊

My family and i had such an amazing holiday in this apartment. It was our first vacation as a family and everything at the residence met and exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful and communication in English was excellent. The place itself was magical. The pool was amazing, and there is a hot water shower just beside it for heating up after a cold plunge in march. The apartment sits right on the beach and the views from the balcony were spectacular. it really felt like home. We had an amazing time and look forward to visiting Mallorca again and staying at this place.

Only hot water some days, about half of the stay, otherwise only cold water in the shower. Window in one of the bedrooms made it impossible to sleep when it was windy. It was leaking and the result was a loud whistling constantly changing frequency 🙉 Staff said they tried to fix the no-hot-water problem, however it kept coming back. They later promised compensation, which I never got. So, they cannot be trusted

Bei der Ankunft war der Buchungsautomat defekt,als wir die Tel. Nr. auf unserer Kautionsquittung aus dem Automaten wählten wurde uns gesagt man wüste nicht wer und wo wir überhaupt wären. Zufällig erschien nach geraumer Zeit ein Mitarbeiter der uns dann unsere Schlüssel verschaffte und uns eine Telefonnummer gab die uns jederzeit einen Service bieten würde. als gegen 20 Uhr 30 der Strom Ausfall eintrat,war nach ca.10 Anrufen ein Mitarbeiter am Telefon der uns mitteilte,dass er auch keine Ahnung hatte. Am nächsten Morgen hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und die Tel Nr , für den angeblichen 24 Stunden Service hatte einen spanischen Anrufbeantworter. ich probierte also nochmal die Nr. auf der Kautionsquittung. dort fragte man mich ob ich gestern nicht begriffen hätte .dass man mit uns nichts zutun hätte . Darauf hin wurde ich schon etwas ärgerlich und entschloss mich das erste mal eine Beschwerde an einen Reiseveranstalter zuschreiben. Zwei von Acht Urlaubstagen waren ihr Geld nicht wert. C.Ginko

Very friendly staff. Helped us multiple times with booking tours, taxis & local area awareness. Staff (Mathew, Erika and all) were really helpful and kind. Check-in & Check-out Instructions were very clear and simple. Prompt response and clear communication via WhatsApp.

The hotel was lovely, the rooms and restaurant fantastic. Lovely having dinner and breakfast sat outside looking over the sea. Staff were really friendly, especially Yanina who looked after us at the roof bar - thank you. Reason for 4 out of 5 was when we checked in, nothing was really explained to us about the hotel eg we only found out about the roof bar by accident and didn’t know the Italian restaurant a little down the road was part of the hotel. If your looking for a holiday that is in a quiet location this may not be for you, when we visited there were lots of stag parties, not staying at the hotel but in the bars around the hotel.

Die Lage mit direktem Meerblick und Zugang zum Strand ist grossartig. In der Küchenausstattung dürfte noch einTeekrug dabei sein und grössere Tassen, ebenfalls eine Decke zb Wolldecke oder Duvet mehr, weil das Wetter noch frisch und eher kalt gewesen ist.

Very pretty, and clean apartement. The view is gorgeous. There is washing maschine and everything what you need. The beds are comfortable. They provides baby chair and baby bed to our apartement. The staff is kind. Only one negative: the self check in doesnt worked, but we called the phone number, and they tell us, dont worry, there is next to you garonda hotel, there is reception too. Thank you for all :)

Playa del Palma was really not for us, mega touristy. I made the mistake to search 5 star hotel near Palma and I picked this. Really not a five star apartment, yes it’s new but it does not make it five star by default. Had to get my luggage there on my own with two kids etc. but staff was nice to let us cancel the remaining 5 nights.
