Excellent location, lovely and clean and tidy. Shower is amazing, best we have had in Vietnam. Bed could be more comfy, but most beds are hard here.

The university is 3 buildings down from the apartments and the students are noisy late into the night. Such a shame that they spoilt what was a great property.

Really great apartment with all the facilities we need. The reception staf was very helpful and made sure our room was comfortable and suited our needs. Great location as well!

The smell of other people cooking can sometimes be smelled in the room. However, the staff helped us to find another room where this was not the case so we were more comfortable.

Great staff, convenient location.

Our room is spacious and quiet, we slept well. The bathroom countertop is big, the shower pressure and temperature is good and consistent. Everything is clean and works well. Convenient location. Right across is a small 7-11 and one highly rated restaurant with great service which draws many tourists. Right next to it is more of an authentic local Vietnamese restaurant that we find ourselves not a fan of that taste.🤣. Though they don't serve breakfast, there's an eatery that we had breakfast plates in an alley right next building. There is a very tasty grilled chicken and pork small eatery about a block away for evening or late night snacks. It's easy and cheap to call Grab to the famous busy and noisy clubbing street(~$2) and other places. Walking distance to the War museum. It's like an Airbnb but there's a real person at the reception all the time, felt secure.

The safe box is not secured/ not fixed, it's light weight, easy to take away. We didn't use the safe.

Clean, modern and very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, always a good night’s sleep. Aircon is a ducted system, so the airflow was excellent. Overall, very comfortable stay.

Lack of clarity when paying for transfers to and from airport. Desk wanted us to pay them and the driver wanted us to pay him. Kitchenette could do with basics like a toaster and tongs. Supply of ice.

Estaba muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro pero no en un sitio demasiado bullicioso (algo difícil para Saigon). Estaba muy limpio, la cama era super cómoda, la habitación muy grande y la cocina completamente funcional. El baño tenía ducha y bañera. Es el apartamento perfecto, sin duda repetiré.

Good location. Close to my office with lots of local food option. Staff is great. A lady named Ngoc at reception was very helpful and nice. Property is new and clean. Room is spacious with everything I need.

Management was very hard to talk to when I needed to deal with invoices.

Er staat een flinke keuken, maar de meeste kastjes zijn leeg. Er is heel weinig bestek en gerei, en er is maar één pit om op te koken.

The location was great, with many nice spas, hair salons, tourist attractions, and, of course, a variety of small and large restaurants offering great food. The room was spacious, with plenty of storage, and had everything you would expect in a 4-star hotel (even though it was actually a 3-star hotel). I noticed that others mentioned construction noise starting early in the morning and continuing until late at night. However, I only heard noise here and there, and it was not bad at all. I had no problem sleeping in late or resting in the evening. The hotel is located on a busy street, right next to a university? building, so there are always lots of young people around and traffic can be quite heavy. However, once I was inside, it was quiet, and it is tucked away from the main nightlife streets. Also, washing machine and dryer was very handy (free detergent and softener too!) as the weather was warm and humid and I like washing my clothes myself. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay :)

I think the floor cleaning could be improved slightly, as I noticed the housekeepers were using a broom instead of a vacuum cleaner (perhaps to minimise noise for other guests). However, my room was serviced every day and everything else was clean. I also wish there had been a ceiling fan or some type of fan. The room itself was cool enough, so I didn’t really need to use the air conditioning. When returning from walking outside or in the early morning, a fan would have been sufficient for me instead of using the aircon. Plus, it was a shame that cafe is no longer there. It would have been a great spot to drink coffee or even a cocktails to chill/read books as it has nice windows facing the street. But these are only things I can think of for an improvement, not a deal breaker. I will definitely stay again :)

televison didn't work, but that was typical of many places I stayed in Vietnam I guess most guests don't bother with TV these days

The staff were all very polite and helpful. Feel comfortable like staying at home. The location is nice for me to move around Ho Chi Ming.

Just the renovation sound don't know from where. I cannot hear the traffic sound but always hear the renovation drilling at 8am in the morning.

Smoke odour in my accommodation appears travelling from the pipe . Staff told me this issue has been addressed.

Every morning you will hear the noise of drilling into the wall from 8am, which make me couldn’t sleep any more.

Air conditioner is sometimes noisy. But still, this is the best hotel I have lived and would recommend in Saigon.

The location is very walkable. Water pressure and temperature are good. Complimentary washer and dryer are provided. The elevator is clean and relatively fast. The staff were helpful. The housekeeping service was great.

Occasionally noise from building site next door. The hotel staff kindly changed our room for us to move a little away from the noise.

While this hotel is in District 3, it's basically on the edge of District 1, so super close to all of the main attractions. The room itself was everything you would expect in a Western Hotel room plus more (including Kitchen facilities). There are plenty of restaurants and mini marts very close by (within the block). There were cheaper places in District 3, but with this location, plus how nice the room was, I'd definitely come back to stay here for the convenience and ease of being in such a nice place.

For the most part, the room was fairly quiet. It is on a one way road which can get a little busy and noisy, but it generally quietens down after about 10pm(ish). The last night I was there, Vietnam won some kind of important football match and there was constant banging from a party directly across the street until about 1am. While I'm sure this doesn't happen often, and not the hotels fault at all, it was incredibly loud and impossible to sleep.

This is a modern, clean and nicely located hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Spacious room and all the facilities one would expect to see in a modern hotel.

There is a construction site adjacent to the hotel. Literally. The external walls of the hotel and the building which is being built are joined. From 7:30am every day including weekends there are construction noises including hammering. One day the works continued until 2:30am the next day! We could not sleep. I don’t know how tall will be the new building but the construction is now on the 2nd floor. Once this construction work will be done, the hotel will be 5/5.

The room was great, clean & well equipped

There are construction works going on day and night immediately next to and physically adjoining the apartments at present. I’d personally recommend the accommodation be avoided for the time being therefore, unless deafeningly loud banging, clanging and scraping at 1am is what you’re after. The receptionists were great, but the manager (who hid behind the scenes and communicated solely through the young female receptionist when I was complaining the following morning) was far less impressive and less credible. No refund, not even a partial one, and very disappointingly, not the slightest mention in advance of the fact that 24hr construction works are being being undertaken right next to the accommodation. Avoid for some time if I were you, and consider alternative accommodation if you’ve already booked…

Spacious room and bathroom cleanliness. The apartment is very clean and the staffs are very warm. Initially I thought apartment won’t provide the shampoo and bath so I brought my own but they provided everything. Same as 4 star hotel standard.

Basically all ok. But the room cannot see outside as the windows of my twin room is facing next building. But it doesn’t really bother me.

Very close to restaurants and markets. Lovely area and the hotel is very clean with all the amenities.

Beautiful clean room in very nice condition. The bath was also great after a long day travelling. Check in was very simple.

Internet connection is a big problem. We tried all options, they restarted the router but it didnt work. They have a major noise poblem. There is a construrion work beside them and you can hear banging noises starting from 07:30 and they work even during midnight. We asked the reception and they said this is ongoing for last 6 months and they have permisson to do this. We couldnt sleep!! They shouldnt allow customer book the rooms adjacent to the construction wall. Final point, the cleaning was not done proparly.
