We are a family of 3 and stayed for 7 days. They made our stay smooth and comfortable. We had a smooth ride from and back to airport, they also had laundry, and they clean the room everyday. It’s a good value for moeny, I highly recommend this place. Everyone was very friendly! 💕

Было грязно, на фото номера выглядят опрятно, в реальности это совсем не так. Нам сказали, что убираются каждый день, в итоге мы вернулись поздно и убрано не было, на следующий день мы сами попросили об уборке.

On a adoré son emplacement dans la rue à l'arrière de la Cathédrale. Nous avons fait 2hôtels différents sur Hanoï et celui-ci été de loin le mieux placé. Rue calme à l'écart de l'agitation mais proche des points d'intérêt. Balcon agréable.

Hotels in the Old Quarter often have facility issues. They are old hotels, rooms tend to be tight and some things like tv or internet are not so good. This hotel has checked all the boxes for me. The staff is outstanding. The location is outstanding. The room is a very pleasant surprise. It's a great value. My favorite so far of all the three hotels I've stayed in here in Old Quarter.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – hier passt einfach alles. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut organisiert. Der Service war durchgehend freundlich und professionell, man hat sich jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: direkt neben der Kathedrale – zentraler geht es kaum. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um alles bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Gesamtpaket war einfach stimmig auf hohem Niveau. Genau so stellt man sich einen gelungenen Hotelaufenthalt vor.

L’emplacement tres central , je précise que vous êtes à côté de l’église qui sonne (très fort ) à toutes heures du jour ET de la nuit .

Je dois préciser que ceci est mon expérience et ne reflète pas ce que la plupart on vécu peut être avons nous été malchanceux . Je connais bien le Vietnam pour y avoir vécu et estime avoir une idée certaine de ce que l’on peux trouver comme logement pour ce que nous avons dépensé . Notre expérience dans cet établissement fut une suite de désagréments disons moyens qui ont fait qu’à la fin nous étions for déçus et éprouvés de ce séjour . Nous sommes arrivés et avons attendu bien 12 min dans le lobby , patientant que quelqu’un arrive ce qui n’est pas grave en soit. Les photos ne correspondent pas tout à fait ( meilleur éclairage , mise en scène , bien rangé comparé à l’état réel de l’hôtel ) pareil ce n’est pas grave mais c’est désagréable . Le staff sauf la patronne et un monsieur ne parlent pas bie. Anglais ni français comme suggéré . Notre chambre sentait la cigarette , et la Clim n’avait pas été nettoyé ( sentait très fort l’humidité) cela arrive dans de tel pays mais là c’était très fort et il se trouve que je suis enceinte . Nous en parlons au staff qui propose immédiatement de re nettoyer la chambre ou de nous changer de chambre . Je propose de re nettoyer et de faire passer quelqu’un pour la climatisation pour éviter de trop déranger . Ce n’est pas dans nos habitudes sincèrement de se plaindre trop … La chambre est bien nettoyé et ne sens plus la cigarette mais l Clim n’est pas nettoyé , nous dormons donc avec le ventilateur qui s’arrête au bout d’un moment automatiquement (timer ) ce qui me réveillera systématiquement chaque nuit ou à cause de la chaleur , je précise qu’il fait un bruit du diable.

Zimmer ok, nichts besonderes, sehr gute Lage. Ich durfte mein Gepäck bis zur Abreise unterstellen, das war super.

The hotel smells really bad. They put a lot of cleaning tools in front of our room. It looks messy and dirty. The towels are torn. The bed linen is smelly.

The hotel was in a good location—within walking distance of Train Street and the Old Quarter. The hotel itself wasn’t anything special and perhaps a bit pricey for what you get. However, it was still quite nice and clean overall.

Based on the photos, I expected a proper balcony, but it turned out to be just a standing balcony.

Location is great - close to restaurants and coffee shops.

Overall the rooms are a little run down. New floor boards had been laid but they had large gaps in them - paint work was chipped. We were on the 7th floor - they have a lift, but we had to climb over piles of laundry and cleaning equipment to get to the lift. Breakfast not available. You get what you pay for - but had previously stayed in a better hotel in the old city, for less money. Would not stay again - can find better. Many hotels in this street.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They mostly spoke english to a good standard. There were a few staff whose english wasn't so good but their friendliness and willingness to help was very good. Yhe room was comfortable and the ac worked well.

The bathroom was mostly clean but the shower head looked dirty and there was mold on the ceiling in the shower cubicle.

All'arrivo abbiamo trovato Lenzuola Sporche! Ce le siamo fatte cambiare. C'era scritto che c'era la Colazione ma Non c'era. Ci sono Alti Gradini Senza Corrimano per entrare in albergo. Molto Rumore dalla strada e dai locali di fronte e di fianco.

Lots of book lice in our first room which was an oversight by cleaning team before we checked in. Staff did spray the the room and sweep, but an unpleasant experience. Aircon also poor. Another room was allocated the next day thought.

Nvt. Ik heb er niet geslapen.

Kwam laat in de avond aan. Ik heb hier niet geslapen wegens het volgende. Receptioniste vroeg 2 keer of ik moe was. 1 keer is genoeg. Ik had geboekt voor 2 nachten voor circa 2,2 mln VND via booking. De Receptioniste zei annuleer maar dan krijg je een goede prijs. Ik vroeg hoeveel. Ze zei 1 mln VND voor 2 nachten. Dus ik zei ja. Hoe wilde ik betalen? CC zei ik. Ze zei er komt dan toeslag bij. En toen zei ik laat maar. Ze zei voor jou wil ik de toeslag eraf halen. Ik zei super. Ze kwam een paar minuten later terug en ze zei het wordt dan 1,1 mln VND. Ik zei het was net 1 mln. Ze zei nee. Ik was moe, dus zei prima 1,1 mln. Vervolgens had ze me CC in het pinapparaat gedaan en kon ik m'n pincode invoeren. Maar ik zei ik wil wel de prijs zien op het apparaat. Dat vond ze niet leuk. Ze draaide het apparaat om en wilde mij afleiden met praten. Ze haalde m'n pinpas eruit en ik zag nog net dat er 2,2 mln VND stond. Ik zei doei.

Jeg hadde en svært ubehagelig opplevelse under oppholdet mitt på dette hotellet. Klokken rundt 04:00 på natten våknet jeg av lyder fra døren til rommet mitt. Noen forsøkte å åpne døren – og det virket som de faktisk hadde en nøkkel eller nøkkelkort som fungerte. Heldigvis våknet jeg av lydene og rakk å reagere og lage lyd, noe som gjorde at personen forsvant før de kom inn. Men opplevelsen var veldig skremmende. Det mest bekymringsfulle er at noen tydeligvis hadde tilgang til en nøkkel til rommet mitt. Som gjest forventer man at hotellrommet er et trygt og privat sted. Jeg stiller derfor et alvorlig spørsmål til hotellet: Hvem har tilgang til nøklene til gjesterommene, og hvordan kan noen forsøke å gå inn på et rom midt på natten? Dette ødela følelsen av trygghet under oppholdet, og jeg håper hotellet tar dette svært alvorlig og undersøker hva som har skjedd slik at andre gjester ikke opplever det samme.

The hotel faces the side of the main Hanoi cathedral. It is very close to Hoan Kiem lake and the old quarters, with many restaurants in the neighborhood. The location of the hotel is superb. My room is very clean. However, it is a room with 3 single beds for a single traveler, making the room a bit crowded. The room has a well-stocked minibar. The free wifi is very good.

The location was great. On a quiet street in the old town, but a very short walk to all the hussle and bustle.

There were some minor things in the room that needed looking at, but these are old , well established hotels so it is expected.

Location is very ideal, walking distance to most attractions we want to go. Staff, and even the owner herself, is extremely accommodating and helpful. It was an amazing experience staying here
