Services not as advertised. I had booked one week in advance and called several times to make sure they room is as expected. The bathroom was super tiny (not like in the pictures). The Air Conditioning didn't work. Yet, they insisted that I pay full price for an AC Deluxe Room. Instead of apologizing, they try to blame it on the customers. The same morning I checked out, the receptionist had an argument with two different customers about their services and price. Terrible customer service, in short.
