La struttura è stata molto pulita e ben curata. La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ottima, anche la posizione. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole che consiglierei volentieri.

Non ho riscontrato aspetti negativi. Tutto è stato ben organizzato.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questo splendido hotel a 5 stelle a Roma, in una posizione davvero strategica, perfetta per visitare la città. Fin dal mio arrivo ho trovato tutto ciò che desideravo: accoglienza, gentilezza, disponibilità e un'attenzione al cliente che mi ha fatto sentire davvero coccolata. Tutto è stato all'altezza delle mie aspettative, e forse anche di più. La camera era stupenda, elegante e curata nei minimi dettagli. I letti erano incredibilmente comodi e il bagno semplicemente meraviglioso, raffinato e dotato di ogni comfort. È uno di quei posti che rendono il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un hotel in cui vale davvero la pena tornare ogni volta che si visita Roma. Lo consiglio con tutto il cuore!

Ormai questo hotel è diventato il mio punto di riferimento ogni volta che torno a Roma. Ci soggiorno con piacere perché riesce sempre a garantire gli elevati standard di qualità che mi hanno fatto scegliere questa struttura fin dalla prima volta. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: nel pieno centro della città, consente di raggiungere comodamente a piedi i principali monumenti e le vie dello shopping, rendendo ogni soggiorno pratico e piacevole. Le camere sono eleganti, curate nei minimi dettagli e sempre impeccabili, mentre il personale si distingue per professionalità, cortesia e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Una menzione speciale merita il ristorante dell'hotel. Oltre alla qualità della cucina e del servizio, ciò che rende l'esperienza davvero memorabile è la splendida terrazza: una location raffinata, con un'atmosfera suggestiva, ideale per una cena romantica, un aperitivo o semplicemente per concedersi un momento di relax ammirando il fascino di Roma. Ogni soggiorno conferma la mia ottima impressione. È una struttura che consiglio con assoluta convinzione a chi desidera vivere Roma con il massimo del comfort, dell'eleganza e in una posizione davvero impareggiabile.

Tralasciando la colazione x problemi personali posso dire che la posizione è ottima

Ho soggiornato all’Elizabeth Unique Hotel Rome per una sola notte ed è stata un’esperienza davvero memorabile. Fin dal mio arrivo sono stato accolto con grande professionalità e cordialità da uno staff eccezionale, sempre sorridente, disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio. La struttura è elegante, curata e offre servizi eccellenti che rendono il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto, dalla camera all’accoglienza, fino alla qualità complessiva dell’esperienza. Un altro grande punto di forza è la posizione: centralissima, comodissima per visitare Roma a piedi e perfettamente collegata con i mezzi pubblici. Anche se il mio soggiorno è stato breve, porterò con me un ricordo davvero positivo. Se dovessi tornare a Roma, sceglierei senza alcun dubbio ancora l’Elizabeth Unique Hotel. Assolutamente consigliato!

Esperienza TOP che ha soddisfatto a pieno le mie aspettative. Struttura con posizione eccellente, al centro di Roma, inserita in uno stabile molto curato e davvero bello. La camera perfettamente pulita ed arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort. Un plauso particolare per la colazione, completa e con ottima possibilità e varietà di scelta. E' stata servita in modo gradevole e professionale. Top la terrazza che permette davvero di aver un plus in più.

Nulla; mi ha soddisfatto tutto. Non ho trovato nessun elemento discostante rispetto alle mie aspettive.

This is our second time here and it was very disappointing - the staff, service and location are perfect though the room was 5 out of 10 - the closet was broken, kettle didn't work and same the jacuzzi and it was very noisy at night: thanks to rubbish trucks and people around we couldn't sleep all night - we expected much more from our 25th wedding anniversary vacation, especially based on our first time here that was perfect

Первое что сразу не понравилось, это не соответствие площади номера, на booking указана площадь 30 м2, а по факту очень маленький номер не более 20-22 м2 Второе это окна, это деревянные рамы с одним стеклом, нет никакой шумоизоляции от улицы (было ощущение, что всегда открыто окно) Ночью не возможно было спать из-за этого, т.к. отель расположен на очень оживленной улице. Горничная при уборке номера выбросила пакет из бутика, в котором были новые вещи, когда сообщили об этом на ресепшен, они просто этот инцидент проигнорировали.

Exceptional boutique hotel. Every detailed is managed to perfection from the hospitality of the staff, beautiful rooms. The hotel is well appointed with art, linens to make your stay memorable. A quick walk to Spanish steps. The hotel understand “service” and I will always make Hotel Elizabeth my choice when in Rome!

Hotel elegante e curato nei minimi dettagli, in pieno centro a Roma. Camere raffinate, silenziose e pulitissime. Personale sempre disponibile e molto professionale, pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta con cortesia. Colazione ottima e ricca, servita in un ambiente piacevole. Un soggiorno che unisce comfort, design e posizione perfetta per visitare la città. Consigliatissimo!

Heel mooi Hotel in het centrum van Rome, kamers zijn erg mooi en ruim. We hadden met ons gezin een suite gehuurd. Voor onze rondreis maakte we een stop in Rome. Het persooneel is erg vriendelijk en heeft ons goed geadviseerd wat we konden doen in de stad. Tevens maakte ze reserveringen voor ons, er wordt alles gedaan om je verblijf naar je zin te maken. Het ontbijt is erg goed, a la carte met hele lekker gerechten, ook voor onze kinderen

Hotel is very nice & quiet. Only problem is they seem to have ants crawling on the floor (bathroom and bedroom area) also a sewer/drainage smell in the bathroom in the mornings. If you do stay here just don’t get suite 101 it’s above main entrance door and every time someone arrives you can hear every noise.

The location of the hotel is stellar and the decor and ambiance is top notch!

Mistakes happen and we can have compassion for that but we had asked the front desk to get us a taxi for 5 people, 5 hours before our departure time. 10 minutes past our departure we find out they “couldn’t get one”. If we had known this when we asked for the taxi we could have made other arrangements. We had a very expensive reservation we missed and had to be them to still take us because of this lack of communication.

The absolute best location hidden on the most charming street. We walked everywhere, there are many great restaurants and shops around. We walked to the Spanish steps daily. Impeccable service, delicious food, everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back here on our next trip to Rome.

We really enjoyed this location. We arrived by train, and were able to walk to the property, as well as walk to attractions, dining and shopping. The morning breakfasts were incredible, and the staff was SO friendly and helpful in every way. We would definitely visit again!

A beautiful hotel around the shopping district with somewhat easy access to Rome’s beautiful city.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was great. The bathroom was an amazing size and the shower pressure was amazing. But the best thing was its location. Near enough the hustle and bustle, but tucked away on a quiet street.

From the moment you check in you’re made to feel special. They take great care in ensuring you have the best experience and we did. We were travelling with some elderly guests and the staff went over and above to ensure their needs were taken care of. We were very impressed. The hotel is small but very well located, the decor was of a high standard with beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. We loved the all day breakfast option and the location was perfect for shopping and seeing many of the major sites of Rome were easily accessible.

There are two locations and that caught us out at first with our larger party separated between the two buildings (the other one is 15 min walk away). Thankfully the hotel notified us of this before we arrived and they were extremely gracious and generous in being able to find a way of accomodating us all in the main hotel.

Beautiful design and location and great service

Hidden gem in the heart of Rome. We absolutely this boutique hotel and had a five star experience. It's settled on a quiet street in a bustling part of Rome, just steps from great shopping, restaurants and near Spanish steps- yet when you entered you felt like you were in a cool quiet escape from the world. Beds were so comfortable, suite set up in mansion section was perfect for my husband, myself, and our two children- with the sofa bed set up for them in a separate living area. So much space. A large spa tub to come home to after a long day of touring was the highlight. The air conditioner was powerful when we needed to escape the city heat, We loved the freshly stocked complementary mini bar, and all the little details and amenities. We were warmly greeted by the reception staff Sara, Manuele, and Stefano. It's clear that all of the staff are courteous, genuine and kind and did everything to make our stay fantastic. The cooked to order breakfast was delicious- and we loved the restaurant staff as well. They Did everything to make our experience super. Best of all it's served all day- so you can leisurely wake up and get to breakfast whenever you want. We loved that flexibility. Overall a wonderful stay and a 5* boutique hotel experience. Location of the hotel was very convenient. Within walking distance of many interesting sights to visit and shops. Breakfast was excellent, choice, taste, variety, everything was very good and the service amazing. It was very clean, the staff was very polite, keen to help and make you feel welcome. The room was very comfortable, everything was working perfectly. I would definitely stay again, it is strongly recommended.

Simply an amazing hotel on a cosy street just two steps away from buzzing via del Corso. We particularly enjoyed the prolonged breakfast time, which is very convenient for travellers like us who love sleeping in. The staff was helpful and professional in every way possible.

Far from a 5 star hotel experience. The hotel amenities are not what you expect for a 5 star hotel, and the hotel wouldn't ask/help with taking baggage down to the taxi. Spend the money elsewhere for a 5 star experience.

Amazing hotel close to all main attractions, clean and beautiful rooms. The staff was super great and very friendly thanks to them our vacation was wonderful and the girls on the reception even helped me to plan my boyfriend birthday! Every day they surprise you with a small gesture☺️

Very basic rooms- not high quality

The hotel is located in a good location, which made me choose it, and it is clean. That’s about it. On the other hand, the annex building was a 4 stars property that I payed 5 stars price for, and that was not disclosed upon booking. The curtains did not have blackouts, which made it difficult to sleep, and the hotel did not address the issue when raised to them. Furthermore, the ac was central with no ability to control it in the room, something that I have never seen at any other property. Above all of this, there was no elevator connected to my floor. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous .. from the second we checked in to our check out .. everything was perfect ! The hotel is beautiful and quaint .. the staff is amazing ! The breakfast is delicious .. they don’t nickel and dime you for little things like the other hotels do and that goes a long way in hospitality ! We would repeat our stay here again .. thank you for hosting us for 4 nights !

From upon arrival, everyone was incredibly gracious and lovely! We arrived on a morning flight and they were able to accommodate an early check-in, which was such a treat! Alex was a gem! The room was the perfect size for a three night stay to celebrate a milestone birthday. They booked a reservation for us at a speak easy, which was a nice amenity! Can’t wait to return!

This boutique hotel is a gem - beautifully furnished throughout and very well maintained with an excellent team who go out of their way to help you. Breakfast - lovely choice of pastries, an a la carte menu of pancakes, eggs, eggs benedict, avocado etc and fresh fruit Location - walking distance to the main sites, easy to come back for a break and then set off again for another visit. On our arrival there was a welcome card and some traditional biscuits! The mini bar was complimentary - nice selection of soft drinks. Each evening when the beds were turned down there was a little treat on bedside table.

I’ve traveled to lots of European countries, and stayed at many hotels from 2 star to 5, I’ve seen nice treatment and horrible treatment before. This has to be the nicest staff I have ever encountered. The location is perfect, is walkable to many main attractions, has lots of restaurants and shops near by. The property itself is very clean, warm, and cozy. Would love to come back again one day.

Everything was perfect, I had a 10 days trip in Italy and stayed in four hotels, this one was the best. The room has a great quality, the beds are so comfy. The hotel stuff treats you like a king in your palace. Wide range of breakfast menu, it was marvellous! I loved my stay here and definitely I will be back.
