Minusy - Brak windy, więc trzeba ew. targać walizki po wąskich schodach - Taras jest niski, więc nie można zostawić uchylonych drzwi i okien z otwartymi roletami podczas wyjścia - Dziwny zapach w apartamencie (wilgoć?), po przewietrzeniu jest dużo lepiej - Jak dla mnie za twardy materac, skrzypiące łóżko - Klimatyzator jest niefortunnie ustawiony idealnie naprzeciwko łóżka, co przeszkadza w nocy - W lodówce woda ścieka z tacki zamrażarki na szklane półki - Okno i taras wychodzi na stronę, gdzie obecnie trwają prace budowlane i o 8 rano czasami budzi młot pneumatyczny ;) - W sobotę wieczorem sąsiedzi na parterze obok urządzili sobie grilla i byli bardzo głośni do późna w nocy - Słychać samoloty podchodzące do lądowania

Tudo impecável literalmente!! Desde a localização em ótima zona, vista privilegiada para a Basílica da Estrela, um alojamento muito cómodo e com tudo o que é necessário para uma ou mais noites. Gestão e comunicação maravilhosas por parte do responsável também!!! A repetir certamente. ;)

Las camas eran muy cómodas y el dueño del apartamento muy agradable, estaba pendiente a todo, en ese aspecto no hay queja.

El apartamento no estaba en sus mejores condiciones, fui a coger un vaso para beber agua y los vasos estaban pegados a la madera, los platos estaban un poco sucios y los cubiertos lo mismo. Había un armario empotrado y quise dejar mis cosas ahí y eso no se podía,un olor a polvo que echaba para atrás y motas de polvo gigantes.

Property details of amenities were misleading to put it politely and to put it bluntly were simply untrue. Very disappointed and we would be wary of booking properties on bookings.com because of it. We booked a room….it said it had a balcony….it did not. It had a metal railing across the window. Details said it had a terrace outside….again…none. No garden area at all. Also a ‘shared kitchen’ fully equipped …washing machine and dishwasher….no shared kitchen and no dishwasher or washing machine. There was a ‘kitchen ‘ in bedroom… to eat breakfast etc…perfect….but who am I sharing it with.??? My private bathroom in the room didn’t say it was a shared bathroom! My kitchen was not shared. There stated that there was a ‘mini market on site’…..not true… I had double checked again and again before I booked my stay about this as I wanted to shop and make food in the ‘shared Kitchen ‘ and sit on the terrace with my family and enjoy a meal! The room on site had a photo of our room but none of facilities that it said. This changed my holiday entirely and I was upset about that. Felt duped. I feel this review is absolutely fair and accurate however if you don’t need what I neeeded from the accommodation pluses are ……. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable with air conditioning.

Apartamento muito pequeno, bastante diferente do que aparenta nas fotografias em relação A dimensão , Para duas pessoas já é apertado. O calor dentro do apartamento era insuportável e as ventoinhas não eram suficientes por serem super fracas , tornando difícil descansar. O barulho constante dos aviões, especialmente de madrugada, também incomodou bastante. A casa de banho é muito pequena e a água do chuveiro sai para o chão. Não existe elevador e as escadas são muito inclinadas, o que dificulta o acesso. Não tem tv não tem máquina de café

I don t have things that I didn't like!

La zona è perfetta: lontana dal caos del centro ma a 15 minuti in tram dalla vivacità di Lisbona! Vicina a molti servizi, fermate di bus e tram a pochi passi, caffetterie, ristoranti, negozi a pochi metri. C'è un bellissimo parco a breve distanza dove rilassarsi e bere qualcosa. L'appartamento è piccolino adatto a massimo 3 persone; un solo bagno, molto piccolo, e l'uso della cucina è limitato. Ma per dormire e riposarsi va più che bene. Ottima pulizia! Noi eravamo due adulti e una ragazzina di 12 anni. Molto facile e ben organizzato il ritiro delle chiavi e l'accesso. Carlos ci ha fornito asciugamani, phon, lenzuola e tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Erano presenti anche dei ventilatori.

Gostou do quarto e da localização

Não gostei do facto do quarto não ter porta, ou seja, as 2 divisões com cama estão divididas por uma cortina. Difícil deixar o quarto todo com escuro

Muy buena ubicación. Aparcamos en la misma calle. El encargado fue muy amable explicando todo lo que puedes ver. Estaba muy limpio y la cama cómoda

Íbamos a ir dos parejas, al final no pudieron venir y menos mal, es muy pequeño para 4 personas, no hubiésemos estado cómodos.

Het appartement ligt, vinden wij, op een gunstige locatie in Lissabon. Op 5 minuten lopen eenvoudig met tram 25E naar het centrum en eventueel terug. Met een Uber gemiddeld 10 minuten om in het centrum te komen en leuke lokale kleine eetgelegenheden in de omgeving, onder andere Taberna Dos Novos Tempos waar we gezellig en lekker gegeten hebben.

Wat zeer slecht en voor ons onacceptabel was/is dat we verwelkomd werden door een dode kakkerlak in de badkamer. Nadat we de host hiervan op de hoogte brachten kregen we een andere reactie als we hadden verwacht/gehoopt. Natuurlijk kwamen er excuses maar tegelijkertijd ook diverse redenen waardoor het mogelijk is dat dit kan gebeuren. Dit is/was voor ons onacceptabel. Bij zoiets hoort ons inziens gewoon excuses en dat dit zeker niet mag of had mogen gebeuren. Zeker niet toen er 2 dagen later nogmaals een dode kakkerlak in de slaapkamer lag. Ook toen helaas weer dezelfde reactie. Ik zal de foto's maar niet toevoegen. Heel jammer dit en zeker een gemiste kans.

Only issue was some confusion over check in. Original message said I could pick up keys at a nearby location, but then I met the host at the apartment instead, although they seemed a bit surprised by my arrival.

Our apartment was in a very quiet neighbourhood . The property was clean and felt safe. We just booked an Uber whenever we wanted to go out. It was also walking distance from the Time Out market ( 20 minutes pleasant walk). There’s a supermarket 5 minutes walk away too. The check-in and checkout went smoothly. Paula was very helpful.

The shower head was a little bit too low. So we had to crouch down or take it off the wall and hold it in one hand whilst showering.

Маленькая, но очень уютная квартира недалеко от исторического центра Лиссабона. В квартире есть все необходимое :чайник, кофемашина, разнообразная посуда и приборы. Находится в жилом районе, на очень тихой улице с шикарным видом на базилику Ештрела. Соседей не было слышно ни разу. В квартире есть большая терасса, на ней приятно выпить кофе по утрам. С персоналом не встречались лично, но тем не менее все прошло отлично, заезд и выезд организован таким образом, что присутствие человека не обязательно. Рядом есть магазины, остановки общественного транспорта. До центра города мы шли 20 минут пешком.

Слив в раковине ванной комнаты был немного забит, в квартире не оказалось вантуза, к сожалению. Это был единственный минус. Все прошло замечательно!

Petit appartement tres confortable. Excellente literie. Moderne, récemment rénové et tres propre. Agréablement situé derrière la basilique et pres du beau jardin d Estrela, tres agréable pour une pause quand il fait chaud. Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé. Mon avion ayant ete retardé et me faisant arriver apres minuit, j ai pu malgré tout avoir un accueil personnalisé avec un supplément de 20 euros.

Je dirais juste que la salle de douche est petite, mais tout y est.

La gentillesse et les conseils du propriétaire qui est super serviable et disponible pour toute demande.Il nous a même accompagné pour acheter une carte sim.Il nous a envoyé des adresses des lieux à ne pas rater.L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et sécurisé.Le tram ou bus se situe dans la rue juste dessus.Petit balcon à l'appartement, fenêtre à la salle de bain /wc afin de pouvoir aéré,et deux fenêtres dans la pièce principale.

Clean property, Great location and close to city center (only 5 minutes walking to Basilica Estrela) The contact person (Carlos Pires) is an incredibly kind and supportive person who supported us with helpful tips and advice including tourist attractions, parking and even beyond! I recommend it to everyone.

Een haakhe om de douche op te kunnen hangen. Een plankje in de douche voor zeep/ champo.

La comunicación fue de 10. Me facilitaron el check-in y eso es de valorar. La estancia es como se ve en las fotos y sabes lo que hay. Fui por evento deportivo y buscaba algo práctico y barato. En el baño hay una puerta corredera, no es cortina.

No tiene microondas y eso facilita mucho en un alojamiento. Tampoco dispone de WiFi y la cobertura es muy regular. La cama al estar arriba es incómoda.

Quartier calme, arrêt de bus tout proche, Petit commerce également. Appartement propre, bien équipé, conforme à la description. Le Petit plus notre hôte prend régulièrement de nos nouvelles savoir si tout ce passe bien, si nous ne manquons de rien.

Honnêtement je ne vois pas Tout était parfait en ce qui me concerne.

I liked the location. It was in a residential area so you got a real experience of Portugal. Safe friendly neighborhood.

Two bathrooms a real bonus

El baño estaba bien equipado y reformado además de que dispone de aire acondicionado y una pequeña cocina.

La cocina no tiene horno y nos cambiaron en el último momento por lo que en el estudio añadieron en una cama de más y no estaba acondicionado para tres personas ya que aunque disponíamos de cocina no teníamos sitio donde comer ni descansar ya que no hay una salita de estar. Las camas no eran muy cómodas. Además no pudimos utilizar la tercera camas que añadieron porque era muy incómoda.

Manque de micro-ondes...Ça été tout de suite indispensable et puis on se marche un peu la dessus avant de prendre ses marques! Cependant comme j'ai dis aux garçons, si j'avais ça à New York ce serait un grand oui!

Excellent support during my late arrival at 1 am. An excellent breakfast at the coffee shop next to the Basilica da Estrela before the trip on tram 28. Great Location.

Bathroom too small

The apartment was compact but very well equipped. We appreciated the kitchen, the two double beds, the generous amount of hanging space, as well as the hair dryer and the two heaters provided (which made a big difference during a particularly cold and rainy week of our stay). Having a public park with a kids’ playground close by was a wonderful bonus for families.

The only issue was seeing a few bugs, a couple of large silverfish and a cockroach.

Good location, slightly off the beaten track and away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Right next to a beautiful basilica and park. Nicely decorated flat. Clean.

The host refused to store our luggage after check-out. I understand that this is not a hotel, but the possibility of storing suitcases (if the return flight is in the evening) is always a nice gesture. There is misleading information about this on the property's profile - the answer to a question from another guest who was offered this option. I read this before my holiday and it was one of the main reasons for choosing this particular flat. If this option is no longer available, it should be removed

After our initial trouble at the front door, the stay was good.

OK for one or two night stay a bit small like the entry door to the suites.

Fantastic location in Lisbon - close to the city center (walking distance), but much quieter and more pleasant in terms of the lack of crowds. Quite a spacious place for this city. There is a fully equipped kitchen per 2 apartments, you can actually cook there if needed. You have your own kettle in the room. The bed is very comfy. Keys can be picked up from a vault.

Very steep stairs to go up and down. No garbage bags. Broken shower cable. Shower cabin leaks.

Abszolút elégedett vagyok. Jó volt a közlekedés. A szállásadó mindenről tájékoztatott. Érdeklődött. Kedves volt. Kiváló szállásadó. Volt tea és kávé. Apróság, de nagyon jól esik egy esti érkezés után. Az ágy kényelmes. A tisztaság megfelelő.

We stayed four nights in this attractive studio at the beginning of a month-long trip in Portugal. The area is quiet yet still close to the center of Lisbon. The bed was comfortable, the furniture crafted on a classic Portuguese style. We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace. Communication was professional and helpful before and throughout our stay. I would recommend Discovery Apartments if you are looking for an affordable, safe and comfortable apartment in Lisbon.

My only suggestions for improvement would be a little more coffee and tea for guests staying longer, and adding a table to the terrace, which had only two plastic chairs.
