Reviewed Sep 17, 2026There was everything to like about this hotel, which in fact is half hotel, half apartment. The bed is amazing so big and comfy, everything you could possibly need, like iron, clothes airing rack, living room, so much space, TV, large walk in wardrobe and a magnificent bathroom with a deep bath. Staff were amazing and they deliver breakfast to your room each morning.

Woonkamer rook in het begin wat muf, waarschijnlijk moet de airco filter worden vervangen of de tapijt worden gereinigd. Heb de tuin schuifdeuren geopend en dat gaf iets beter lucht.

There was some construction going on nearby, so it got a bit noisy with trucks even at night. But honestly, the amazing service and super comfy facilities totally made up for it!

お風呂の椅子が無かったのが、残念でした シャワーの角度が変えれず洗いずらかったです。

The service was exceptional, the staff were extremely helpful and went beyond our expectation. As a family of 4 we stay in one of the hotel suites, the decor and quality of the furnishings was excellent. The attention to detail and the facilities provided made a very enjoyable stay. Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Extraordinario alojamiento, sin duda uno de los mejores donde me he alojado. Habitación enorme y comodísima, donde todo está cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. El trato de todo el personal es inmejorable y el desayuno excelente.
La parte menos positiva es que está bastante alejado del centro, pero también se agradece la tranquilidad de la zona.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, exceptionally clean and spacious, which was perfect for our family. The location was also fantastic, with Nishiki Market and many other attractions within walking distance. We travelled with our 1.5-year-old son and felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay.
There was honestly very little we didn’t like about the property. We had a wonderful stay and found the accommodation, staff and location to be excellent.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen, zentralen Quartier und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Was uns erwartet hat: Ein sehr grosszügiges, sauberes Appartement mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie eine Küchenzeile, eine Nespresso-Maschine sowie eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner etc. Einfach top! Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war spürbar ihr grosses Anliegen, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch organisierten sie für uns den reibungslosen Transport unseres Gepäcks in ein nächstes Hotel. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026We verbleven in een super ruim appartement met 2 aparte slaapkamers, een leefruimte met zitruimte en keukentje en een wasruimte met wasmachine en droogkast. Het gewone bed was super comfortabel en de badkamer was heel ruim. Het personeel is echt super vriendelijk. De metro is 10 minuutjes wandelen.
De Japanse kamer is super mooi, maar onze kinderen vonden de futon bedden veel te hard. Onze oudste zoon sliep daarom op het zetelbed en de jongste zoon legde verschillende matrasjes op elkaar zodat het zachter aanvoelde.

The apartment was spacious and had a lovely garden and deck area. It would be nice to perhaps have a small table and chairs for the garden area so you can sit outside and have breakfast.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026친구4인과 머물렀어요.처음에 욕실이 하나라 걱정했는데 넓고 잘짜여진 동선 덕분에 여자 4인이 동시에 외출준비에 전혀 문제가 없었고 거실과 작은주방은 편리하고 청결했어요 직원분들도 교토인 특유의 침착함이 있었지만 아주 친절하셨어요
기온과의 거리가 조금 있어서 외출할때는 충분히 걸어가지만 저녁에 돌아 올때는 조금 먼 느낌이라 택시를 이용했어요. 그러나 지하철을 이용한다면 충분히 편한 귀가길이예요

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Nice, welcoming and helping staff. The room is spacious, larger than most of the hotels at the same price level in Kyoto. The whole place is neat and tidy, the equipments are new and well functioning. Location is OK, it is at the middle of everywhere.
Other than the room, the hotel literally has nothing. No public area, no canteen nor bar nor restaurant nor garden. For the room, there is no natural light, windows are either tiny or face AC outdoor unit. The hotel makes me want to go out the moment I'm awake, and come back as late as possibly. It is definitely above average, but it is not a 4 star hotel with a review mark above 9.0 on booking.

La ubicacion no es la mejor para turistas, esta un poco alejado de las zonas donde uno quiere pasear o recorrer de noche. Tenes que hacer 20 min caminando.

De kamers zijn comfortabel en het personeel is vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. De locatie in het centrum van Kyoto is perfect. Het is een rustig buurtje, maar je bent overal dichtbij.

Reviewed May 10, 2026sehr sauberes und wunderschönes kleines Hotel in Kyoto. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück wird einem ins Zimmer gebracht und ist sehr gut. Es gab zusätzlich auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner + nötiges Waschmittel.

Reviewed May 10, 2026綺麗で広く、家にいるような快適さ。 洗濯機や乾燥機もあり、朝食もルームサービスでリラックスしていただきました！ 今回は一泊しかしませんでしたが、もったいないぐらい快適。2泊、3泊や長期滞在にオススメです。 スタッフの方はどなたも素敵でした！
ありませんが、強いて言えば駅まで少し歩きます。 荷物が重かったり多いと遠く感じる可能性はありますが、許容範囲内だと思います！

Reviewed May 4, 2026We travel overseas frequently and this has been one of our most favourite hotels ever. We booked the one bedroom with the Japanese garden and it was the size of a small apartment. Beautifully appointed with very thoughtful touches. Staff and location fabulous. An 8/10 minute walk to the subway and not much further to the Nishiki market. We loved the residential area its located in and plenty of convenience stores nearby for delicious snacks.

There is no restaurant for breakfast/dinner in the hotel, they serve food in the room. Breakfast options are very limited and you have to order breakfast well in advance.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Very respectful and professional staff. Clean spacious room well-equipped with kitchenette, laundry, separate bathroom and shower rooms, a living room, bedroom, and entryway. Most comfortable beds we slept on in our entire Japan trip.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026The property looks like it’s brand new! The amenities were fantastic, including washer, dryer , Nespresso machine etc. Spacious rooms as well. The location was perfect! Quiet, but within cool shopping and eateries. Finally, the staff was helpful and kind.

It is not comfortable for the small room to use desk, however it is OK in the living room.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Staff were first rate, room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. We spent 4 nights here and had everything we needed. Best hotel we stayed in whilst in Japan. Good location in quiet street and easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and temples. Felt like home.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Приятный семейный отель, в тихом районе, не далеко от станции. Мы снимали номер двое взрослых с ребенком 13 лет, ребенок разместился на отдельной кровати представленной отелем. Все было аккуратно, чисто, были все необходимые косметические принадлежности. Кровати были удобные, халаты, пижамы удобные. Завтрак приносили в номер в заранее назначенное время . Вокруг много достойный ресторанов с вкусной кухней, десертами.
Первый завтрак принесли со свининой, мы ее не едим, после того как мы об этом сказали, таких проблем не было ) Завтраки сытные, вкусные.
