I liked the Brutalist style interior. Rooms small. Bathroom also small but comfortable. Power outlets next to bed. Shared living room/kitchen and laundry a practical and convenient addition and very clean. Location 10min walk from Karasuma Oike station. Nakagyo Ward lively area with small restaurants and also close to Nishiki Market.

We loved staying here! We were recommended by my brother and his family to stay here and we would stay again in a heartbeat. Staff were incredibly helpful, the room was small but decent. Great bathroom facilities. Loved that there are additional bathrooms on each floor, as well as vending machines, a communal kitchen space and also laundry facilities. Location 10/10.

As a westerner travelling in Japan we knew the beds might not be to our taste. That’s about the only thing we could comment on. Even still, fairly Comfortable!

La qualité de service a été irréprochable durant notre séjour. La salle de bain était agréable et très bien équipée. Tout était très propre. Bon emplacement et rapport qualité-prix très correct. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter :).

Great food, lovely and helpful staff, spacious room and excellent location.

Loved the style of it and the really high ceiling. Enough space and great bathroom. Loved the area close to shops/ markets and train line. Helpful staff thy helped to send our suitcases to Tokyo such an efficient service. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

True gem. Well-appointed, beautiful and spacious room. Delicious breakfast menu. Outstanding staff. Easy access to the laundry was a bonus travelling with kids.

Perhaps a wider selection of the breakfast options and unlimited coffee would have been amazing.

8人で泊まりました。それぞれプライベートも保てて、部屋は綺麗で、備品も備えてあって、コンビニも近いし、立地も良く、静かな場所にあるので、ゆっくり休める。バリっぽい内装もおしゃれで良い。 京都に来るならまたここに泊まります。 階段だけ気をつければ、子連れにもオススメです。

2階に続く階段が急です。 エントランスロックに反応が鈍いときがある。

Netradičné ubytovanie a pre náš veľký zážitok! Krásny minimalistický hotel. Moderná architektúra v minimalistickom štýle, pohodlné postele. Mali sme všetko čo sme potrebovali. Izba bola moderná, bunkrové postele nám veľmi vyhovovali. Boli sme ako 5 členná rodina a každý mal v bunkri svoje súkromie. Výborná poloha, blízko do centra, blízko metro stanice. V okolí obchody, reštaurácie. A neskutočne dobré raňajky v remeselnom štýle, krásne servírovanie, chutné a všetko homemade a bio.

Hotel jest bardzo ładny, położony blisko stacji metra, w bardzo miłej uliczce.

Porcje śniadaniowe są bardzo skromne i wybór jest bardzo ograniczony.

De ligging was ideaal, vlak bij de Nishiki Markt. Kleine 4-persoonskamer maar voor de rest prima. Minimalistisch design. Lekkere koffie !!

L'albergo è tranquillo e con poche camere, non si sentono particolari rumori dall'esterno. La sala comune e il servizio di lavanderia self service mi sono piaciute molto. La camera, una "camera moderate", era come descritta ma la finestra c'era ma non dava all'esterno dove si poteva vedere qualcosa ma era opacizzata e nelle foto della camera nè nella descrizione era indicata. Per il resto bagno e doccia perfette. L'albergo è vicino alla metropolitana e a ristoranti e in 20 minuti a piedi si arriva nel quartiere di Gion.

non mi è piaciuta la colazione. Va bene che i prodotti saranno locali e biologici, ma non c'è scelta, nel prezzo si può scegliere una sola bevanda calda e un solo tra le 3 scelte di sandwich. L'unica foto che si vede nella gallery dell'albergo è solo quello che troverete per colazione (per l'esattezza potete poi servirvi a scelta con acqua, te e caffè freddo). I piatti sono prearati quasi al momento e non c'è alcuna scelta a buffet, il resto in più si paga. Infine la colazione costa meno se comprata in albergo che su booking.

Location, stuff, cleanliness. Basically everything you need from the hotel. We booked 2 rooms, for 2 adults and 1 child each. The rooms were big enough (definitely for Japan), clean, with very cool design. Location is also great. Staff is always willing to help. Best value for money.

El personal muy amable y muy fácil hacer el check in y check out. En recepción tienen incluso pijamas y otros enseres. Muy recomendable este hotel!!!

Nos ha gustado mucho el hotel. Una zona muy tranquila pero bien conectada con el metro y muy a mano de diferentes áreas, para poder comer, comprar, visitar Kyoto. Lo mejor el personal super pendiente y super amable

Quizá el único aspecto algo mejorable sería el desayuno que aunque estaba muy rico tenía opciones muy limitadas pero lo cierto es que hay alternativas buenas para desayunar en la misma calle. repetiríamos.

La ubicación es buena, esta limpio y la habitación es cómoda. Tiene todo lo necesario.

La ducha tenia una puerta y no contaba con ventilador para la humedad y la puerta no se podía dejar abierta por lo que cogía un poco de humedad.

Parfait! Famille de 5 dont 2 ados nous avions pris 2 chambres. Plutôt spacieuses pour le Japon. Propreté irréprochable Personnal très gentil et serviable, ils ont pris le temps qu'il fallait pour nous aider à retrouver un sac oublié dans le shinkansen. Amabilité à la hauteur des japonnais! Grand espace "collectif " ( mais il y avait rarement quelqu'un ) où vous pourrez manger Lave linge et sèche linge à disposition en échange de quelques yens Très très bien situé! Allez y les yeux fermés ! Je recommande ++

It was not as clean as other hotels we stayed at in Japan. The common bathroom on the main floor was not clean.

Wir haben ein Superior Loft für 4 Personen gebucht, das sehr geräumig war. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es ist ausreichend Platz, so dass man sich gerne im Zimmer aufgehalten hat - nicht nur zum Schlafen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig in den kleinen Nebenstraßen des Innenstadtbereiches. Zum Bahnhof sind es 3 Stationen mit der U-Bahn. Das Frühstück im kleinen Café im Erdgeschoss war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Man kann täglich zwischen 3 verschiedenen Angeboten + Salat + Getränk wählen. Einzig, dass man für jeden Tag ein Zeitfenster zum Frühstücken buchen muss, ist etwas lästig. Wir empfehlen das Hotel in jedem Fall weiter.

La habitación familiar no era adecuada. Creo que no puede ofrecerse una habitación tan pequeña para cuatro personas. Para dos está bien. Es lo único negativo, porque el hotel está muy bien

A acomodação é muito boa, confortável e limpa. Tem pijama, chinelo, escova de dentes e de cabelo, etc. A localização também é ótima! Uma graça andar pelo bairro. Adoramos a nossa estadia!

The location was incredible in the heart of shopping district and steps from Teramachi Doji Shopping Street. The room gave a more traditional Japanese feel with all the necessary comforts. The coffee from the shop downstairs was amazing as well. We utilized the laundry and the communal room on the 4th floor. Great adds for our family.

The cost of the laundry was a bit surprising considering it took 3 times for the dryer to dry our clothes. All in all everything was amazing.

Magnifique hôtel au design moderne et épuré en plein centre de Kyoto tres proche du métro et des bus. Nombreux restaurants et magasins à proximité. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Chambre très grande mais pas d’espace de rangement. La chambre était assez sombre et la fenêtre donnait sur un mur, ce qui n’était pas indiqué dans le descriptif dommage.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um Kyōto zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer war groß genug für 4 Personen, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Beim Frühstück konnte man zwischen 3 Möglichkeiten entscheiden, die alle westlich angehaucht gewesen sind. Lecker waren alle Alternativen.

Hotel is prima gelegen. 2 metrostations op 10min lopen. Rivier en de markten zijn dichtbij. De kamer die we hadden was ruim en schoon. Groot 2 persoonsbed en een kleiner 2 persoonsbed. Prima hotel om Kyoto te ontdekken.

Het enige nadeel is dat je niet echt daglicht binnen krijgt. Want je hebt alleen een raam waar je niet door kan kijken

Lovely hotel in the middle of Kyoto! Beautiful space and rooms - clean, spacious, loved the bathtub. Excellent location - quick walk to the river, close to train stations, and plenty of food options around.

It would be nice to be able to access the lounge for at least a couple of hours after check out.

The location is superb. It is close enough to access major sites but get a sense of local life. It was quiet inside; the staff were very polite; and everything I needed to find was close by.

Location was great and the facilities were good. The pantry area was nice and was happy to have access to refillable drinking water. Bathroom was much more spacious than I expected! It's good for couples and if you're not planning to spend much time in your room.

Superrustige locatie in een fijne buurt met erg veel te bezoeken op wandelafstand. De gemeenschappelijke keuken en living vonden we een meerwaarde.

Het aangeboden ontbijt is niet van dezelfde standaard als het hotel zelf. Dit kan en moet echt beter. Het zou ons niet tegenhouden hier opnieuw te boeken. Maar we zouden elders ontbijten.

It was nice to have windows that opened with a city view. The staff were amazing. Great to have a washing machine and drier available. Excellent location. We were given 5 free drink vouchers for the lovely cafe downstairs. (Family of 5)

Absolutely unbeatable location! My fave stay in Japan. Room layout was fabulous for our family of 4.

Coffee facilities in the common kitchen would have been nice for a hotel of this calibre as that’s what we’ve experienced in another stays across Japan.

The location was great! Subway station nearby and the neighborhood hosts lots of designer and coffee shops. The room was spacious and clean. There is an in-house coffee shop which was for a heavy coffee drinker like me:)

沒有喔！如果有的話大概就是咖啡廳太早關了🤣雖然五六晚上還有酒吧，但需要咖啡因❤️

Great size room, plenty to move around. Great locations, surrounded with restaurants too many to choose from, 5mins walk to Nishiki Markets. Walking distances to Gion area.

I have no negatives here, Im happy to book here again for sure.

This was our favourite stay when we were in Kyoto, i wished i stayed here for longer. We planned on staying at another hotel which was more expensive, so made the decision to split out time between this place and the other. The other hotel was not as nice as this, despite being more expensive. The room was a nice large size, very clean, hotel had nice facilities. Very handy location too. I wish i stayed here for longer! I would definitely stay here if i came back to Kyoto. The room doesnt get natural light but it doesnt actually matter.

There was nothing about this location that i didnt like.

The fact that there is no sunlight coming into the rooms. Windows are frosted ,small , and hardly opened.

建物や部屋の雰囲気が良い、連泊だったので自分でアメニティ必要な分取れたの助かった、風呂とトイレが別空間、洗面所にもゴミ箱がある、水を必要な分給水器で入れて部屋の冷蔵庫においておける、電気ケトルが綺麗、共有スペースに電子レンジがある 1番有難かったのは、連泊の中日で10:00以降も部屋に居るが ごみ捨てとバスタオルの交換をお願いしたかった時に フロントに頼みに行ったら直ぐに対応してくれたこと　本当にありがとうございました！

ロフトへの梯子がかなり急で夜中ちょっと怖かった 風呂場の扉が透けてるので、他の人がシャワーしてる時は洗面所とトイレに行きにくい ルームキーが1つだけど持っていくと部屋の電気が消えるので、他の人が寝てる等で中の人にドアを開けてもらえない状態の時に外出するのが難しい でもどれも注意すれば何とかなるので、然程困りませんでした

I liked its location, the hotel aesthetics, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The property was a nice place to relax after being out all day. It had a clean and modern look that felt calming and sophisticated.

The dryers in the laundry room took a long time to dry clothes. A later check out time would also be desired.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely bathroom and shower. Clean room. But the best part is probably the beds..Very comfortable! We all slept like babies. Thank you so much, you really exceeded all expectations.

Room was on the smaller side If you have 3 big suitcases and two kids. But that's what I booked thou. So my own fault really.
