The service was horrible. The housekeeping staff was too bad and had no basic manners. The tv was provided with very few malayalam channels. When i requested that we get some good tamil music channel, at least, the housekeeping response was this all we have and threw the remote on the bed. The toilet was worse than a public toilet. Stinking and dirt on the wall. When checked in, where was water logging in the room. The door lock was broken. Bed linens looked used. There was no proper cleaning or change done before check-in. No basic things were provided. We had to ask for soap and toilet roll. No coffee/tea/sugar/milk powder, then why the hell was kettle kept in the room. Overall, it was very bad service. 👎

Bedsheets, covers, and the pillows are not clean. They were old . Bed wasn't comfortable. The staff doesn't do room service daily.

There is no proper cleaning, fully dust. We are four people staying 2 nights there , they provide only one litre of drinking water. So I don't want to say more. It was one of the worst experiences in my expectations .

The TV remotes weren’t working, there was no bottle of water in the room. No basic amenities like Soap in the bathroom. No coffee and tea making facilities. There was no water coming from the bathroom sink.
