Sai Gon Park Hotel

Pros-Convenient to places we wanted to see , cleaning done regularly . Cons- We were moved at a different hotel and was looking for the city view as per the description of the room. We got the luxury triple room by the way, but there was no city view . Wifi was poor and slow .

スタッフの人は気さくで、言う事はありませんでした。ホテルの前のYo coffeeのスタッフも、鬼滅の刃の日本語版の時間帯を調べてくれました。歩いて30秒のところには、毎日食べても飽きないおいしいお店があり、かわいいおばあちゃんが料理を作ってくれました。総合的に、もう一度泊まりたいホテルになりました。

A warning for travelers. The hotel owner tried to pull a bait and switch scam on us when we arrive to check-in. Initially, he claimed our room was given to another person. We had booked it over a month before arrival. He proceeded to take our luggage down the street to a second building named the Hoang Hotel, which can not be found on any booking site or Google Maps. We clearly told them we refused to stay with them and requested a full refund. They refused, so we did call the police who came pretty quickly. The police officer confirmed the hotel was in breach of contract and told them to refund us. The hotel owner called his wife to deal with the situation and they kept making excuses on why they could not give us our money. They blamed it on Expedia not paying them for a month and we would be gone by the time the money became available for a refund. We are conducting business in Vietnam, so we did give them the option to deliver the refund to our lawyer's office which they balked at doing. They also told the police officer that the room was given to a tired female traveler, so it was unavailable to us. The police officer saw through their lie. At which point, they changed their story again and said it was immediately available for us. It was late and we left to stay elsewhere. The next day we followed the police officers instruction and reported the hotel to the People's Committee and attended the local police station to make a report. The hotel is still being investigated.

Convenient location

Safe snd clean. Small hotel in a good location. This is basically a no frills hotel. 24/7 front desk and securiy. Definitely get a room with a window.

Room was spotless when first open the door with pleasant scent, unlike other hotel the room often smells like bleach or heavy duty cleaner solution. Very nice people at front desk let me check in at 11am. Thank you mgnt of Saigon Park hotel

Although I was not satisfied with the air conditioning and the water pressure in the shower, the hotel was generally satisfactory.

Elevator does not go up to all floors. Shampoo was in ketchup style packets. It’s Ok, but I do not recommend.

5/5 overall for how close everything was to us. Close to Bui Vien and Ben Thanh night market. Slight walk (25 mins) to time square. Easy for hotel pick ups if doing a tour.

Front desk lady is extremely nice and helped us a lot. We originally booked for only 2 days and end up extending the stay to 2 weeks. Room is simple, not fancy and wall is a little thin but it does that job since we're out majority of the day. Location is price, walk across the park to Bus Vien for fun, few local shops nearby as well.

Very convenient location, close enough to walk to high traffic area like Bui Vien walking street, close to restaurant. Lady in front desk is extremely helpful, even help us buying fruits from local market. Laundry is available onsite, we originally only booked 2 nights but end up extending for more than a week here.

Arrived at the hotel to be told we are going to be staying at their “sister hotel next door” as they were full and had no room for us. Made me question why I booked and paid for a room with them online through Expedia if the room was not available . Zero amenities and there are better places for less money . I felt conned

Saigon Park Hôtel is a great property for first time visitors to Ho Chi Minh on a budget. It’s very centrally located and the staff are fabulously friendly and helpful. The rooms are perfectly clean! The rooms are small (though well appointed) and don’t always have windows, so this took a bit of getting used to, from our Western perspective.

All good. it will be nice if they give 2 cups for tea coffee. Alsk couple of sachets of tea and coffee. Basically staff is excellent and helpful.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for me. Great location, Great price , Great staff and value for money and of course very clean. I would recommend choosing a deluxe room. The superior rooms do not have a window and are a little cramped. I had a deluxe room at the front of the hotel and did not find the street noise a problem as it is only a small street . I stayed here twice in January 2023 and will stay here again when next in Saigon (HCMC).

소음 100퍼는 아니지만 95퍼까지 차단되서 좋았어요. 일본 비즈니스 호텔 급으로 좁디 좁지만 만족스러울 만큼 깨끗하고 배수도 훌륭하고 티비화면 크고 넷플릭스 인터넷 빵빵했습니다. 나무랄데 없었어요. 짐 맡기는 것도 꼼꼼히 챙겨주고, 직원 모두 넘넘 친절했어서 기억에 남아요.

호치민 갈때마다 방문하는 곳입니다 리셉션 직원분이 너무 친절하고, 위치도 골목에있긴 하지만 큰길로 닿기 좋은 곳이에요!

가성비 최고의 호텔입니다^^ 가격이 너무 싸서 반신반의 했는데, 청결하고 벌레도 한마리도 없었고, 호텔 주변에 맛집이라고 소문난 식당이나, 방문해야할 곳들이 다 있습니다.^^ 호찌민 가면 무조건 다시 갈 예정입니다. 그리고 제가 마지막날에 체크아웃하기전에 호텔에서 유리잔을 깼는데, 너무나도 친절하게 괜찮다고 하시면서 그냥 가도 된다고 하셨어요. 너무 감동해서 작은 선물도 드렸어요 ㅎㅎㅎ

Felt bad for coming in late for check in, and thereafter after 12am every night, as the crew seemed to be sleeping and had to unlock the door. There was a slight ant problem, but was immediately eradicated, and not one in sight :) overall a most excellent stay and definitely will be back!! Thank you to all the staff for making the stay enjoyable!!

Bra hotell, ligger i en sidegate som er et pluss. Men en del støy på kvelden/natta (fra de ansatte, som vasket eller lignende) Merkbart siden det ene rommet vi hadde var i 1 etg, rett ved trappa. Det var heller ikke vindu på dette rommet. Rom 001. Rom i 2 etg var bedre. Blide og hyggelig folk. Restauranter og shopping i nærheten. Veldig deilig med henting på flyplassen.

The hotel is small but clean & cozy for short trip. And all interesting places very to the hotel.

I booked a Superior room at the hotel for three nights. What I saw when I opened the door, could hardly be called a room and never a superior room - about 5 sq.m. without a window! The info provided by Hotels.com where I booked it, gave no hint that the room could be of that size and have no window. I do not want to advise you the details of my "negotiations" with the staff, but their behavior was very rude and unprofessional. They deliberately kept me in a non-conditioned room for two hours in Saigon mid-afternoon. It was deliberate cheating - when I booked the room I sent a comment to the hotel that I request a quiet room, no noise from the cars. The answer was - we confirm that you will have a quiet room!!! In the end when I entered a room of the hotel which they classify as deluxe though it is a standard room of a moderate size, the safe was locked and it took time for the staff to unlock it. The safe is not fixed and can be easily replaced. They do not provide a remote control to an AC - no chance to adjust the mode to your needs. In Saigon downtown there are accommodations which are managed in a better way.

Saigon Park Hotel Staff is friendly..

I stayed here in Feb 2019. First, I booked for 4 nights only but then I liked the location, the staff and cleaniness, I decided to stayed in this hotel 2 more times in March 2019. The hotel was about 1 year old. I stayed in room 401 and 501. AC worked fast. Room was clean. Lots of restaurants around including a vegetarian one. There was also a catholic church near by. Staff were super nice and friendly (especially Bich Lai). The owner of this hotel also has 2 more older hotels near by (Bloom hotel 1 and 2). I stayed at the Bloom 2 (Or Hoang Hotel) for 3 nights due to the Saigon Park was sold out. (Both hotels were few steps from one another) However, I don't like the Hoang hotel much since it was a bit dated. Overall, I liked the Saigon Park hotel, but I can't give it a 5 star rating. There is no tissues in the room and no free daily bottle of water. Also, the AC does not automatically on after you insert the key card into the slot. You have to remember to turn it on all the time.

I stayed in Standard room, was really small, no window but i was aware of this before booking. You can only get in and out of one side of the bed. To get to safe deposit box (which is not anchored down)you have to stand on the bed. Bathroom area is very good with plenty of hot water. Very clean. No free bottled water. Ladies on reception very charming and helpful.Location is perfect, walkable to all attractions in District 1 Found rooms to be quiet for sleeping.

Went there with 5 other friends, rooms are clean and new, staff is very nice and flexible. Great location, didn’t bother me as such but for some may feel slightly noisy as it is in a busy location

I've been staying at hotel 3 times and each time it only gets better. Staff are great, very helpfull, friendly, room is clean and new, close to almost everything within walking distance, restaurants and shops are near by. Small hotel with a big heart, I can say many nice things about it but I want to leave it up to travellers to find out why I'm so happy with this small hotel and I will definitely coming back next time I'm in Ho Chi Minh city. Great customer service from Lai, Lan Anh, Tuy, Hai and the ladies from house keeping.

I would highly recommend the Sai Gon Park Hotel in HCM City. It is clean ,very well located in District 1 and well priced. The room I stayed in was small but very comfortable for solo/couple with a firm bed and a great shower. It has a very friendly staff that made my stay very pleasant. This hotel appreciates their customers.

Possibly the noisiest hotel ever! Alarms fitted to every door that beep loudly when open for more than 3s. Cleaning staff woke me up at all hours, never again

An ok hotel for the price, not 3star in my opinion. The room was small with no window, we found it a bit claustrophobic. The exterior let's it down. But all in all for the price it was ok for the 2 nights we stayed.

Is a good value hotel, our stay was cheap, the facilities are rather new. The hotel is close to a street with a lot of bars and restaurants so it is convenient if you want to find a place to get a beer.

I would definitely come back to this hotel, it's quiet at night, everything within walking distance, room is very clean, staff are great and very helpful. If you don't need a lot of space, then this is your hotel!

The small budget rooms (I don’t know about others) have no window, though open onto a corridor with windows . The room was advertised as non-smoking on Expedia but stunk of heavy smoke when I arrived. However staff were soon able to change rooms for me. Overall, staff are very helpful and friendly; some have no English, but at least three that I dealt with are fairly fluent. The hotel is a reasonably priced access point to all the activities of the D1.

Everything is great except location in website map not correct. i went the wrong place and take cost.
