Tolle Lage. Wirklich nette Gastgeberfamilie.

Amazing hospitality, we had our plane at 11PM and they let us keep the luggage at the reception. Other than that, very nice people. We will surely come back next year!

Unser erster Aufenthalt auf Kreta war einfach fantastisch. Wir wurden unglaublich herzlich empfangen und haben uns bei den liebenswerten Gastgebern sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern ausgestattet und bot alles, was man braucht. Dank der top Lage nahe am Strand war es ein rundum perfekter Urlaub – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Staff was eager to help and give advice on nearby attractions. We could see the water from our door. The hotel was right in the middle of town but also nice and quiet.

First of all, amazing hosts. Friendly, welcoming, warm, I cannot express how nice they were. The location is amazingly placed: 2 minutes room the beach, a few minutes away from the bus, stores etc. Rooms are clean and they're cleaned often, have AC, nice beds, etc. The rooms themselves aren't absolutely exceptional, there are better accommodations around, but not for this price. The value is amazing for what this place offers and the location is as good as you can get.

It's difficult to think about anything negative about this place. The water pressure wasn't great, but that's a problem from the city and not the hosts themselves. The city lowers the water pressure during heavy usage times.

The sea is at 2 minutes walk. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, so I didn't even try the breakfast at the hotel. The owner and his wife are fantastic people, not quite good in English, but mix of German and jestures solved everything.

A családommal voltunk ezen a szálláson. 11-en voltunk, 5 szobában. A szállásadó vendégszeretete rendkívüli volt, nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek és figyelmesek. Anna és a férje csodálatosak. Lesték minden kívánságunkat, gyakran kedves meglepetésekkel vártak. A szobák mérete, kialakítása szuper volt (és volt egy külön kívánságunk is, hogy az egyik szoba a földszinten legyen, ez is teljesítve lett), az ágyak kényelmesek voltak, minden nagyon tiszta volt. A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, a közelben van a tengerpart, boltok, éttermek, buszmegálló. A reptér is könnyen megközelíthető, akár tömegközlekedéssel is. A szálláson van egy elég nagy parkoló is, ha az ember autót bérel, akkor könnyű a parkolás is. Csak ajánlani tudom! Sok helyen jártunk már, de Anna és a férje a legkiválóbb házigazdák voltak eddigi utazásaink során.

Przemili właściciele, rodzinna atmosfera i można poczuć się jak w domu. Super lokalizacja - 2 minuty do plaży, dużo sklepików i restauracji. Blisko do przystanku autobusowego, skąd można dojechać do centrum i na lotnisko. Wieczorami z balkonu można podziwiać piękny zachód słońca i słuchać szumu fal. Sam pokój czysty, nowoczesny i posiadał wszystko co powinien. Serdecznie polecam!

O locație excelentă, la 2 minute de plajă și la 5 minute de taverne, magazine și statia de autobus. Micul dejun traditional oferit de proprietari a fost excelent. Totul a fost peste așteptări datorită implicării directe a proprietarilor în organizarea sejurului. Nota 10 doamnei Anna pentru tot ce face ! Vom reveni cu siguranță în viitor !

I had such a wonderful stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location is absolutely perfect — right by the sea, with great restaurants and beach clubs nearby. The street itself is also lovely to walk around, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and little tourist shops. The hosts were definitely one of the best parts of my stay. Anna and her daughter Lila were so kind, welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. They helped me with everything I needed, from arranging taxis to recommending places to visit, and were always happy to help. I was traveling alone, so their warm and friendly attitude made me feel especially comfortable and welcome. They even treated me to some fresh fruit, which was such a lovely touch, and I really enjoyed spending an evening chatting with them. The room was also very comfortable, with a nice balcony, a well-working fridge and plenty of space. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back!

Struttura completamente ristrutturata, arredo nuovo e tutto super pulito. Ospitalità ottima

Ambiente molto familiare, signora Anna gentilissima. Struttura comoda per accesso spiaggia con possibilità di parcheggio interno spazioso. Stanze nuove e ben curate. Struttura distante circa 50 min di bus o 15/20 min di auto dal porto e dalla zona più viva della città. Posto consigliato

Nulla in particolare, come punto di miglioria consiglierei solo di arricchire un po la colazione.

We had a wonderful stay. The room and facilities were very clean and modern, providing a comfortable environment. Despite our very late check-in, retrieving the keys from the secure box was straightforward and easy. The hosts were lovely and incredibly hospitable, making us feel welcome. Additionally, the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep us cool throughout the night. A major plus was the location, as it is just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

The bed was a little too soft for me, but that is purely a matter of personal preference :)

Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen. Die Unterkunft war super sauber, sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer waren wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass alle Fenster mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet waren. Es gibt außerdem eigene Parkplätze, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Die Lage zum Strand ist ebenfalls perfekt. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich, zuvorkommend und einfach total süß. Man hat sich direkt willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Für uns war wirklich alles rundum perfekt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Eigentlich gar nichts. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können wirklich nichts Negatives sagen.

Il nostro non era un appuntamento come sarebbe dovuto essere, ma una semplice camera da letto con un solo lavello per stanza e bagno, senza fornelli. Inoltre, il water non scaricava per niente bene. La terza sera della nostra permanenza abbiamo trovato uno dei tre appendi asciugamano totali della stanza a terra e anche nei giorni successivi non è stato riattaccato. L’episodio più spiacevole, però, si è verificato quando al rientro una sera abbiamo trovato come busta per l’immondizia al cestino della camera una nostra busta dove tenevamo le scarpe per le escursioni, questo vuol dire che avevano toccato le nostre cose e usato le nostre buste anziché quelle della struttura per i rifiuti. Le lenzuola non ci sono state cambiate durante i 5 giorni di soggiorno contrariamente a quanto ci avevano invece detto al momento del check in (ogni due giorni sostituzione di biancheria e asciugamani).

An amazing stay right in front of the beach, this is a family owned hotel and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and enjoy the vacation. Anna and her husband, are a sweetheart, always asking if everything was alright and even gave a bag of candy for my child! The staff was amazing too, we were a family of 7 in two big bedrooms and the room was always cleaned daily or every two days. 100% recommend!!

Es war so wie beschrieben: Die Gastgeber waren super herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers modern und sehr sauber. Viel Platz und gute Betten. Das Frühstück sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Man ist schnell am Strand und bei den lokalen Geschäften und Restaurants. Man erreicht Heraklion Zentrum per Bus. Anna Studio ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

The accommodation is very clean and the staff is extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. The apartment is regularly maintained, which meant a lot to us. The beach is only about a 3-minute walk away, which is a big advantage. All praise and absolute recommendation!

Un soggiorno speciale, in un ambiente dove ci si sente subito a casa. A rendere tutto ancora più bello è stata l’accoglienza della famiglia che gestisce la struttura: persone splendide, disponibili e sempre attente a ogni esigenza, capaci di farti sentire davvero parte della loro famiglia. Durante il soggiorno ho chiesto, se possibile, di cambiare stanza per avere la possibilità di cucinare e sono venuti incontro alla mia richiesta senza alcun problema. Durante tutto il soggiorno ci hanno coccolato con mille attenzioni, fino a regalarci anche una bottiglia di vino…un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Siamo stati benissimo e siamo partiti con la sensazione di aver conosciuto non solo un bellissimo posto, ma anche delle persone speciali. Lo consigliamo a tutti e se torneremo a Creta, sarà anche per tornare in questo posto splendido ❤️

When we arrived in the morning we were greeted by Jani, one of the 2 lovely owners. We couldn’t check in yet, so we were told to leave our luggage in the lobby and visit the beach. We got a shot of raki and they made us a sandwich. After a couple hours we came back and checked in. The rest of our stay was great. Clean rooms, super open and welcoming hosts, close to the beach and a nice beach club (Heaven) and also close to a great restaurant (Petousis). It’s a bit outside of the city center, about a 15-20 min taxi ride (€15-ish via the app Freenow). If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay, this is it.

It did feel unusual for us to just leave our luggage in the lobby, but after some talks with the lovely hosts, it almost felt like we were visiting family and it felt safe.

Propre et confortable le logement est aussi très proche d’une grande plage et des commerces. Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant.

La signora Anna è suo marito sono meravigliosa ti fanno sentire a casa. La camera molto pulita è ordinata. Posato Ideale per chi non vuole usare la machina è vuole un po’ di relax. Tutto a portata di mano spiaggia ristoranti supermercati.

Anna und ihr Mann wären sehr freundliche Gastgeber, man fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Das Meer sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren ganz in der Nähe. Gute Busverbindung nach Heraklion. Eine Top Unterkunft wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Danke nochmals für alles.

Good location with ugly neighbouring building

The staff is amazing, thank you for everything! In terms of location, it is close to the beach (5 min walk), you can find two grocery stores right at the main street (7-8 min walk). The room was clean, AC working properly, water running both cold and hot with no problems, no drainage problems neither.

Το σπιτι πολύ προσεγμένο,πολύ καθαρο(σε καθημερινή βάση μπαίνουν και καθαριζουν),δίπλα στη θάλασσα,ολα τα μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια ούτε 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Перфектно разположение На втора линия от плажа и в близост до магазини и таверни. На 200 м. има спирка. Собствениците са невероятно мили и любезни, оказват съдействие във всяко едно отношение. Съпругът ми имаше рожден ден и те бяха подготвили изненада в стаята ни. Благодарим на Ана и съпругът и за прекрасния престой, който ни осигуриха. Препоръчвам горещо студио Анна!!!

La struttura si trova vicinissima al mare e a tantissimi altri servizi come market, guardia medica, farmacia e ristoranti. L'ambiente è pulito, tranquillo e silenzioso, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Inoltre la struttura ha anche un parcheggio privato. La camera era pulita, comoda e ristrutturata e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Voglio ringraziare Anna e Iannis, i proprietari, due persone davvero squisite che ci hanno accolto e trattato benissimo. La gentilezza che ci hanno dimostrato è fuori dal comune. Spero che possiate leggere questa recensione, augurandovi tanta felicità e fortuna perché siete due bellissime persone e ci avete fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa. Consiglio assolutamente la struttura e staff, non ve ne pentirete!

We absolutely loved our time here! The owners are the kindest, most welcoming people you could ever meet, and they truly made us feel at home. The location couldn’t be better—literally a 2-minute walk to the beach and just 5 minutes from fantastic local restaurants, supermarkets, and the bus station. Our room was kept spotlessly clean every single day. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious every time we had it. We can't recommend this place enough, and thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Perfect location not so far from the city, still really accessible but quiet, calm and able to relax. We haven't even expect that beautiful room according to the photos, so we got surprised how equipped and clean it was. The hosts were warm hearted, kind, generouse people, what made our stay even excellent.

איזה אנשים מקסימים ! קבלת פנים חמה כל כך! בעלי הבית אדיבים בצורה יוצאת דופן מלון חמוד על הים 2 דקות הליכה מחוף יפהיפה ועיירה חמודה עם המון מסעדות חנויות וגם בארים על החוף העברנו יומיים רק לפני הטיסה אבל בהחלט אפשר להיות עוד הרבה. חדרים נקיים מאד, 10 דקות משדה התעופה, נהננו ממש.

Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist das Frühstück, absolut reichhaltig und unglaublich lecker! Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich unvergesslich macht, ist Anna selbst. Ihre herzliche Art und Hilfsbereitschaft sind einfach einzigartig; man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit, wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Minden tökéletes volt. A szállás tiszta, modern és kényelmes volt, pontosan olyan, mint a képeken. A házigazda kedves és segítőkész volt, a környék pedig csendes és kellemes. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, bátran ajánlom mindenkinek.

Blisko do przystanku autobusowego skąd można jechać do centrum Heraklionu lub na lotnisko. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i niedrogie. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Właściciele przemili, gościnni i uśmiechnięci. Świetne miejsce do wypoczynku. Polecam!!!

A location near the beach, amazing attentive helpful hosts, clean tidy rooms maintained daily. Private and convenient parking for the rental car. Definitely would love to stay here again on our next vacation in Crete.

Location is perfect. Beach 2 minute walk, with a great beach bar, food is lovely and not pricey, studio room was great, staff was really friendly and lovely. Bed was so comfy. Bus stop around the corner if needed. Plenty to do and only 20mins from the airport.

Τα δωμάτια και γενικά όλος ο χώρος, είναι πεντακάθαρα! απο τα πιο καθαρά καταλύματα που έχουμε χρησιμοποιήσει. Άνετο πάρκινγκ. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πολύ ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι. Μάλιστα χρειάστηκε να αφήσουμε το ένα δωμάτιο λίγο αργότερα και δε μας χρέωσαν. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά. Σας ευχαριστούμε!!

I had a wonderful stay! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and located just a short walk from a beautiful sandy beach.
