Troulis Seaside

Als wir ankamen, hatten wir ein Zimmer-upgrade von Garten- auf Meerblick..... Unbezahlbar. Der Balkon ist schön groß zum sitzen. Bedenken hatten wir, dass vor dem Hotel ein Restaurant am Strand war. Das war völlig unnötig - im Gegenteil. Es war wirklich ruhig und das Essen war fantastisch. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind superfreundlich - wie auch die Eigentümerin - obwohl wir das erste Mal dort waren, kann man schon sagen - es ist irgendwie familiär.

Da wir eine Küche im Zimmer hatten, hätte ich mich gefreut auch ein wenig Geschirr zu haben. 3 verschiedene Glasgrößen (1Weinglas, 1 Longdrinkglas, 1 kleines Wasserglas) - also von jedem eins. Für 2 Personen schon doof. Da sollte man vielleicht nach Abfahrt der Gäste nachschauen und aufstocken für den nächsten Gast. Leider hat mir persönlich das Frühstück nicht so zugesagt - ich bin ein Herzhafter Esser und da war für mich die Abwechslung an Käse und Wurst nicht so. Aber das ist meine persönlich Empfingung.

L’emplacement, directement sur la plage, est parfait. Le restaurant en bas est top, avec une très bonne nourriture. Je recommande vraiment !

C’est un peu moyen. Je dirais plutôt que ça ressemble davantage à un Airbnb, mais dans l’ensemble, ça passe. C’est très bien pour se reposer et profiter de la plage.

La señora Maria Troulis fue el highlight de nuestro viaje. Su calidez, sencillez, sonrisa contagiosa y amabilidad fueron excepcionales. Agradecemos mucho por toda su atención y consejos. La ubicación del hotel, la playa, el restaurante, los servicios del hotel también fueron indudablemente de excelente calidad.

La cama en la que dormimos, era una cama que se dividía en la mitad por lo que no fue la más cómoda de todas, sin embargo de resto la estancia fue un sueño. Felicitaciones.

La proximité avec la mer est géniale. L'équipe est très accueillante et la nourriture est bonne.

Le logement n'était pas très propre (il restait des choses dans les placards de la cuisine), c'est un peu vétuste. Il n'y avait pas non plus de quoi faire la vaisselle, et certaines tasses étaient sales.

Everything was good and hosts are organised. The front view is great and property clean throghout, and spacious too!

I love this place! Right on the beach, clean, comfortable, roomy, and well-equipped. It is also on the bus route for easy access to the airport or Heraklion, as well as being on the Hop on Hop Off bus route. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby for anything you may have forgotten. Best of all, Maria and her staff are wonderfully friendly hosts and the breakfast is great!

Locatia a fost de vis, iar camera pe care dna Maria ne-a alocat-o a facut sa avem cea mai frumoasa vacanta a noastra. Micul dejun a fost la inaltime, amabilitatea tuturor angajatilor a fost remarcabila. Apropierea de mare, si privelistea din camera, dar si existenta in imediata vecinatate a unui restaurant care ne-a satisfacut au facut din aceast sejur unul de neuitat. Recomandam din toata inima. La ubicación en la playa! Con servicio gratuito de reposeras y sombrillas. La amabilidad de Maria y el bar de playa con excelente comida.

La habitación que estuvimos no era de las más cómodas, pero con un precioso balcón. Luego nos cambiamos a otra mucho más grande y cómoda.

Einfach eine super Lage. Direkt am Meer und direkt an einer Einkaufsstrasse. Personal und Chefin Maria super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Maria spricht perfektes Deutsch. Wir waren abends immer wo anders essen und alle waren durchweg nett und sehr hohe Gastfreundlichkeit. Wir haben uns vorort ein Auto gemietet und die Quad Safari gebucht. Zimmern und Balkon waren sehr großzügig und sauber. Es wurde jeden Tag die Zimmern gesäubert. Es war durchweg ein schöner Urlaub. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Dusche war sehr klein. Aber die Zimmern werden jetzt wohl renoviert. Hat uns jetzt aber nicht weiter gestört.

Suggerirei di migliorare la struttura; ha molto potenziale ma ormai necessita di lavori di manutenzione, rinnovamento e pulizia. Nel wc che non può ricevere carta ma bisogna gettarla nel cestino non è igienico e davvero poco comodo. In sintesi direi struttura di per sé bella ma poco curata in tutti i suoi aspetti.

Ottima posizione praticamente in spiaggia, parcheggio comodo, colazione eccellente. Personale gentile e disponibile.

La doccia è piccola, tutto il bagno andrebbe rivisto. La zona fuori dall'hotel non è granché alla sera ma per pochi giorni il soggiorno è stato perfetto.

Апартаменти плям на пляжі. Від автобусної зупинки дві хвилини. Прямий автобус до Іракліона, порту та аеропорту. В будівлі чудовий ресторан, як по ціні так і по якості. Вечеряли в трьох різних, ресторан на пляжі виявився найкращим. Поруч по вулиці багато різних магазинів, кафе, ресторанів. Марія власниця чудова. Відгукувалась на всі прохання, дала дитині іграшки для пляжу. В день заселення ми приїхали після нічного паро у о 6 ранку, Марія дозволила відвідати сніданок і підготували номер на пару годин раніше до заселення. Море чудове. Тепле, мілке. Але слід врахувати, що пляж відкритий і ні чим не захищений, можуть бути великі хвилі.

Заїдав ключ у вхідних дверях. Тримач для душу у ванній ледве тримався. В номері був постійний, з невеликими інтервалами якийсь гудящий звук, ми так і не зрозуміли звідки він. Було таке враження, чи то якісь насоси, чи то кондиціонери, не зрозуміло, але дратувало. На пляжі брудно та періодично запах каналізації. Напевно ціна відповідає якості. Проте за таку ціну достатньо багато місць на Криті, тому другий раз сюди не приїдемо.

Nagyon kedves volt velünk a személyzet, ha probléma adódott igyekeztek mihamarabb megoldani. Mindig kaptunk segítséget. A reggeli bőséges, finom volt. Nem volt hiány semmiből, mindent újratöltött a személyzet. Tetszett, hogy kint és bent is el lehetett fogyasztani a reggelit. A közeli Waves éttermet mindenkinek ajánlom. A szupermarketek, éttermek, és a buszmegálló is sétatávolságon belül elérhető. A szállás melletti homokos strand tökéletes!

A gazdaságos szoba kicsi volt, illetve hiányoltuk a liftet.

Hôtel très bien situé, plage ,restaurant etc Un séjour très agréable au calme avec une magnifique vue sur la plage depuis la chambre. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique.

Vlasnica Marija je izuzetno ljubazna, kao i serverke hrane. Dorucak je bio odlican. Lokacija izuzetna, odmah na plazi kao i besplatne lezaljke. Pored hotela je veoma lep restoran sa pogledom na plazu i more, hrana odlicna!

Καθαρά δωμάτια, αν και αρκετά παλιά και χρήζουν ανακαίνισης, ιδιαίτερα τα μπάνια. Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη, υπάρχει μεγάλο parking και η πρόσβαση στο Ηράκλειο είναι εύκολη αν διαθέτεις αυτοκίνητο. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει.

Direkt am Strand gelegen! Liegen sind frei und teilweise kostenlos! Frühstück ist inklusive! Sehr nettes Personal! Tolles Restaurant „Waves“ direkt davor! (Hätten gerne noch mehrere Gerichte dort probiert) Wirklich alles zu empfehlen! Großer Parkplatz direkt daneben! Die Zimmer sollen wohl im Herbst renoviert werden!

Die Betten sind ziemlich hart und das Zimmer schon klein! „Zimmer mit Seaview“ war bei uns mit seitlichem Meerblick, hat uns aber nicht gestört! Könnte man dennoch besser beschreiben!

Ήσυχη τοποθεσία, καθαρό δωμάτιο και πολύ εξυπηρετική οικοδέσποινα. Υπάρχει μεγάλο parking και εύκολη πρόσβαση στο Ηράκλειο με αυτοκίνητο. Το κατάλυμα είναι αρκετά παλιό και χρήζει ανακαίνισης, αλλά συνολικά η διαμονή μας ήταν ευχάριστη.

L'appartamentino era spazioso, nonostante il bagno un pò piccolo. Comodo il parcheggio enorme dietro la struttura. Noi abbiamo trovato tantissimo vento e era impossibile stare in spiaggia, sennò è carino che hai la spiaggia attrezzata proprio davanti alla struttura. Si arriva a piedi a qualche ristorante e negozietto.

Come prodotti da bagno in omaggio c'è solo il sapone per le mani e la cucina manca di sapone per i piatti e spugnetta. Per il resto ha le cose essenziali. Gli asciugamani avevano una macchia gialla. Noi siamo stati sfortunati e c'era un vento fortissimo per cui era assolutamente impraticabile la spiaggia (e la costa nord intorno alla zona).

Die Lage direkt am Strand und auch nicht weit entfernt von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Taverne direkt vor dem Haus und auch die Taverne nebenan waren hervorragend. Personal und Chefin sehr freundlich wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Dusche war schon etwas klein aber das hat nicht sonderlich gestört

La chambre n’était pas du tout confortable: matelas dur, lattes apparentes, elle était sombre (quasi aucune lumière ), on ne voyait pas la mer à cause de la végétation (photo non conforme), une douche beaucoup trop petite: impossible de bouger une fois dedans. On ne pouvait pas faire la cuisine : vaisselle sale, tiroirs gras, même pas une casserole ou un saladier . Le petit déjeuner n’était pas sensationnel : très peu de choix et pas toujours bon.

Die Unterkunft war in einer sehr guten Lage, mit einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Frau Trouli war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und hatte auf jede Frage eine Antwort.

I would highly recommend it for a relaxing seaside getaway!"

The breakfast selection wasn't according to my taste as I have intolerance to gluten and lactose, there was every day the same food very basic such as bread butter cheese and salami. Also there's no microwave in the room, however there's fridge so good.

6 gün kaldık , seni inanılmaz dalgalı rüzgarlıydı. Tesis denize sıfır konumda diye tercih etmiş, yorumlara bakarak tercih ettik, kimse denizin çok dalgalı ve çok rüzgarlı olduğunu yazmamış. Hergün 60 Euro taksiye verip, Agia plajına gittik, tesise en yakın yer orasıydı, deniz mükemmeldi. Bilseydik, taksiye vereceğimi ücret yerine , orada otel ayarlardık ve hergün hazırlana git gel zor oldu fakat Agai deki denize değdi. Resmen akvaryum’da denize girdik. Otelin konumu iyi bir yerde, çevresinde market , restorant alışveriş yerleri yürüme mesafesindeydi. Banyo yapılacak yer o kadar dardı ki, tuvalet yapma yeriyle yapışık gibiydi. Mutfak dolapları inanılmaz yağlıydı. Bizim kaldığımız oda geniş balkonu vardı fakat temizlik çok iyi değildi. Maria hanım ve diğer personel ilgililerdi. Bir dahaki tatil planım da tercih kesinlikle değil.

Unbeatable seaside location, helpful host who gave us suggestions for local travel and transport etc.

Our room (7) though sea-facing, was old and in need of maintenance. The kitchen area was smelly, the kettle did not work properly, the air con did not work and the apartment generally could do with an update and refurbishment. our WiFi broke the last 1.5 days of our stay and did not get fixed. Also a small fan would be helpful

Camera sporca e fatiscente, lavandino della cucina all'interno della camera emanava odore di fogna, letto da una piazza e pezzo anziché matroniale corto e stretto, lenzuola macchiate cuscini con odore sgradevole, qualche animale in camera, mobilia vecchia quasi che cadeva a pezzi, bagno microscopico e fatiscente con doccia piccola e con tenda anziché box doccia

המיקום פשוט מושלם!! על הים ממש, קרוב לכל המסעדות, לאוטובוס , סופרים פשוט כל מה שצריך. יתרון ענק זה שיש לאורחי המלון אזור של כיסאות בים ללא תשלום! מעבר לזה מריה פשוט מתוקה כל כך, עוזרת ונעימה חוויה של אירוח חם ולבבי. החדרים בסיסים אבל מי שלא מחפש יוקרה זה מספיק בהחלט ועונה על הציפיות ותמורה למחיר .

Camere sporche e decadenti. Molte cose sono rotte e non vengono sostituite. La pulizia è pessima e i servizi peggio. La descrizione e le foto delle stanze non ha nulla a che vedere con la realtà

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Eine sehr familiäre und herzliche Atmosphäre. Die Eigentümerin führt die Unterkunft mit Herz und Liebe. Der Standort war optimal...am Strand und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Das Frühstück war (Buffet) sehr gut und wurde jeden Tag mit weiteren Köstlichkeiten erweitert. Wir können diese tolle Unterkunft als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern von Herzen empfehlen Vielen lieben Dank an Maria, Ihren Vater und diese schöne Zeit.

From the very first message until the day I left, I felt genuinely cared for. Thank you for making my holiday so warm, relaxing, and unforgettable. The hotel is in a perfect location, right by the sea. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The breakfasts were delicious, the included sunbeds were a wonderful surprise, and every member of the team was kind, friendly, and always smiling. What made this place truly special was not only the beautiful location but also the people. You made me feel welcome from the very beginning, and I will always remember your hospitality. I am leaving with wonderful memories and truly hope to return one day. Thank you for everything!

Όλα πολύ καλά. Δίπλα ακριβώς στην Παραλία. Ευρύχωρο πάρκινγκ. Εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα. Η Μαρία η οικοδέσποινα πολύ καλή και φιλόξενη. Το προσωπικό αποτελείται από Έλληνες, πολύ φιλόξενοι όλοι. Ή ταβέρνα δίπλα έχει πολύ καλό φαγητό και κάθε ημέρα είχε πελάτες ντόπιους που συνάπτει για την ποιότητα του φαγητού που προσφέρει. Επίσης το ξενοδοχείο έχει και δικές του ξαπλώστρες με καλαμωτές ομπρέλες χωρίς χρέωση, μόνο για τους πελάτες του. Κάθε ημέρα καθαρίζουν τα δωμάτια. Δροσερά δωμάτια και μερικά έχουν μπαλκόνι με θεα την θάλασσα. Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για διακοπές.

La Manager Maria è splendida. Hotel un pó datato. Ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere anche i suoi genitori delle persone fantastiche. La gentilezza e il cuore delle persone hanno fatto dimenticare gli altri problemi.

Abbiamo avuto una perdita in bagno dal lavandino e dopo 2 giorni è stata subito messa a posto. C'era anche un problema con l'acqua del wc che è stato risolto mettendo gli asciugamani a terra ma non venivano cambiati lasciando comunque acqua nel pavimento ed un paio di volte stavo per scivolare🤷‍♀️ la difficoltà della lingua non aiutava sicuramente. La pulizia nelle camere non eccelle

Splendido statf, estremamente gentili. I plus includono anche gli ombrelloni gratuiti sulla spiaggia e la colazione. Altamente consigliato. La zona è tranquilla ma c’è comunque vita e abbiamo apprezzato la frequenza con cui cambiavano lenzuola e asciugamani, oltre che la gentilezza quando ce ne siamo andati.

This hotel is absolutely worth a visit. The food is delicious, and you simply couldn’t ask for a better location. But what truly makes this place special is its people. The staff are the heart and soul of the hotel—always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with anything you need. Their warmth and hospitality make every stay unforgettable. I would happily come back again!

An excellent hotel with very welcoming staff; a big thank you to Maria for her attentiveness. This was my second visit to the hotel, and it won't be the last. Everything is within walking distance, and it is close to the airport and Heraklion. I had a wonderful experience and was absolutely delighted—I highly recommend it to everyone!

The only good point is the location on the beach.

My stay at Troulis Seaside was an enormous disappointment, from the room itself to the breakfast experience. The room looked nothing like the photos shown on Booking.com. I was given stained bed sheets, the bathroom was in very poor condition, the headboard was covered in dust, the furniture was old, worn out and damaged, several wall panels were broken, the outdoor air conditioning unit was falling apart, and the refrigerator made an extremely loud noise throughout our stay. Overall, the room looked neglected and run-down, as shown in the photos I have attached. Charging around €500 for accommodation in this condition is simply unacceptable by today's standards. Breakfast was equally disappointing. There was almost no variety: one type of olives, butter, two kinds of cold cuts, three types of cheese, and exactly the same selection every single morning. Nothing ever changed. The coffee was another major letdown. In this day and age, there is no excuse for a hotel not to invest in a modern coffee machine. If a property cannot keep up with even the most basic expectations of modern hospitality, it should seriously reconsider the standard of service it offers. The outdoor terrace where guests were supposed to have breakfast was also in terrible condition. It was located next to a parking area, surrounded by rubbish, discarded cardboard boxes, and general clutter. The environment was so dirty and unpleasant that I genuinely lost my appetite and felt disgusted eating there. To make matters worse, Maria was asking guests to pay an additional €8 for breakfast, despite the poor quality of the food and the accommodation. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have had, and I cannot recommend Troulis Seaside to anyone.

Ein kleines familiengeführtes Hotel direkt am Strand (mit kostenfreien Liegen) gelegen, nur 15 min mit dem Auto von Heraklion entfernt. Unser Auto konnten wir immer direkt am Hotel auf einem großen Parkplatz gratis abstellen. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin Maria, ihre nette Familie und ihr Hotelteam sind sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die schnelle Kommunikation bei Fragen erfolgte schnell und war sehr hilfreich. Die Zimmer sind mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, um sich selber zu versorgen. Am schönsten war der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer.

The location is central, the view from the apartment is incredible, and Maria, the host, is very kind and always attentive to whatever is needed.

Les pieds dans l'eau, les transats a disposition sur la plage, gratuitement, la taverne attenante, un arrêt de bus a 3mn pour Heraklion et l'aéroport. Propre. La gentillesse de Maria, qui a accepte de nous cha her de chambre (le balcon de la première donnait sur le parking) et de fa on generale de tout le personnel, souriant. Le petit déjeuner sur une terrasse qui donne sur la mer et varié.

Confort rustique, balcons sans vue(sur le chemin pietonnker et la haie). Ce sont des appartements, mais peu de fournitures: pas d'essuie-main ni de produit/éponge pour la vaisselle, par exemple. 2 assiettes, 2 couverts, 1-2 casseroles En guise de machine a café, une cafetière (il faut donc apporter des filtres et le café), dans la salle de bain, juste un savon liquide pour les mains. Déçue : les commentaires à 9 ou 10 devraient mentionner que c'est bien pour un confort très simple. Les photos avec vue sur mer sont pour les chambres supérieures. Peut-être faut il opter directement pour ces dernières !

It is a price/performance hotel with friendly staff and clean facilities. Beach is exceptionally well maintained and good was delicious too! Thank you Maria for your hospitality.

I liked balcony with sea view, free sunbeds at the beach for Troulis guests. Apartment was clean, good location with places to eat and shop nearby. No problems with car parking. Sandy beach with big waves.

Very small shower cabin, no protection from mosquitoes, funny smell from bathroom pipes.

Kleines, sehr gut gelegenes Hotel in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Maria ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie und ihr Team versuchen einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Zimmer war ok und einfach eingerichtet, einzig ein Schrank hatte uns gefehlt. Das Bad ist klein, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort.

Výborná poloha hned na pláži, kousek od Heraklionu, na letiště jede autobus ze zastávky kousek od hotelu. Parkování zdarma u hotelu. Lehátka a slunečníky v ceně. Výhodou je, že je to malý hotel, takže je o váš postaráno.

Hotel už je starší, vybavení použité, nepohodlné postele, v hotelu je vše slyšet, když se vedle v pokoji sprchuje, nebo si hlasitěji povídá. Připlatili jsme si za boční výhled na moře ale museli bychom být vyklonění z balkonu, abychom na moře viděli, odpověď majitelky na moji připomínku byla, že na pokoji stejně nebudeme trávit čas, to je smutné.

Posizione eccellente: dall'aeroporto si può raggiungere comodamente l'hotel con l'autobus n. 6, che porta direttamente nelle vicinanze. Anche il centro di Heraklion è facilmente raggiungibile con gli autobus n. 6 e n. 1. L'hotel si trova proprio sul mare e nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti e taverne per tutti i gusti.La colazione era molto buona e varia. II personale della cucina è stato sempre gentile e sorridente. Un ringraziamento speciale alle proprietarie dell'hotel, sempre disponibili e pronte ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessita. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out, un servizio davvero utile. La camera era spaziosa e dotata di balcone con una splendida vista sul mare.

La cabina doccia era piuttosto piccola e il soffione della doccia risultava poco comodo da utilizzare. Inoltre, nel bagno si sentiva un odore proveniente dallo scarico.

Familiär geführtes Hotel der in Deutschland aufgewachsen Maria. Einfache, saubere und zweckmäßige Zimmer. Die Organisation und Begrüßung verdienen eher eine 11 statt 10. Soooo noch selten erlebt. Restaurant im Haus/am Strand auch eine 10 ohne Einschränkungen.

Stelle zählte für uns die Hilfsbereitschaft von Maria, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter - Gastfreundschaft - wir haben es gespürt und es ist nicht nur ein WORT hier - DANKESCHÖN

Hier wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Überhaupt war Maria, die offensichtliche Inhaberin, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als sie festgestellt hat, dass ich gehbehindert bin, hat sie uns nach einem Tag Aufenthalt angeboten, dass wir ins Erdgeschoss umbuchen können, obwohl sie eigentlich vollkommen ausgebucht war. Das war sehr nett. Unser Zimmer war schön groß und mit einem Balkon, mit Blick auf Heraklion ausgestattet. Direkt vor unserer Zimmertüre hatten wir einen tollen Meerblick. In den Betten konnten wir trotz unserer orthopädischen Probleme sehr gut liegen, die hatten eine gute Qualität. Das WLAN war schnell und stabil. Sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Frühstücksraum war alles sauber. Das Bad war nicht besonders groß, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Es hat alles gut funktioniert und es gab immer warmes Wasser. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Man konnte drinnen sitzen und direkt vor dem Frühstücksraum draußen mit Blick auf das Meer. Zu dem Hotel gehört zudem noch ein Restaurant mit direktem Blick auf den Strand. Was wir dort gegessen haben, war sehr gut und die Preise sind für diese gute Lage sehr günstig. Direkt am Hotel ist ein sehr großer kostenfreier Parkplatz vorhanden, der zwar nicht befestigt ist, aber vollkommen ausreichend ist. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel bzw. die Apartments uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Lage zum Strand war einfach herrlich und das Frühstück überraschte täglich mit einer Köstlichkeit zu dem üblichen frischen Angebot. Maria und die Angestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
