Le logement est bien localisé avec une magnifique vue sur le Douro. La buanderie était bien équipée.

Nous avons été déçus, le logement a un grand potentiel mais il n’est pas entretenu, présence d’eau dans le lave vaisselle, la plinthe de la cuisine équipée traînait par terre, le plaquage de la porte du lave vaisselle en mauvaise état, des odeurs au niveau de la poubelle, absence de serviette en papier, absence d’éponge pour laver la vaisselle…

A bit tired needs updating. Parking charged separately when flat had an obvious parking space allocated, this seemed a bit mean.

Loved the view, the large room with separate toilet and shower. Coffee machine and washing and drying facilities. On the quiet side of the river which was great for sleep. Easy access to everything by foot. Even a little surprise with some Porto wine to taste. Andreia was beautiful and stayed in touch throughout our stay if we had any questions. Loved everything. ❤️

A dash of milk in the fridge and shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom would make this stay perfect if added.

The view of the river is great. The staff were nice enough to refund us due to issues we experienced that were outside of their control, but prevented us from staying longer.

The bed was extra, extra firm. Some finishes are a bit worn in the apartment. Room is listed as "soundproof", but noise from loud traffic on the road directly outside was enough to keep me awake. Some "neighbors" were extremely loud when they left at 0240 or so, and came home at 0500 where they screamed along to blaring music until 0800. This isn't a reflection of Luxury Views, as they don't own all of the spaces in the building from what I understand, but I couldn't risk staying another night in this situation.

The view was amazing and the proximity to everything was great.

We have stayed here before years ago and this place is now in a complete state of disrepair, dirty, not nearly equipped as described, one poisonous fry pan, flies all over our food, cigarette just lying in the corner, dirty floors, dirty windows, ancient mattress, dirty furniture, squeaky refrigerator door, broken toilet, and that is just the start..wrong code given to self check in..left standing in the cold for 25 minutes, wrong internet password given, wrong instructions for garage fob location given and management just made excuses for it all.

Las vistas son increíbles. La atención es exquisita y la ubicación es tranquila y perfecta. Hemos estado muy felices. Muchas gracias.

The huge view of the Duoro River and Porto

The bed was rock hard and needs a 4 inch topper to soften it up. But we requested and got 2 extra comforters from YoursPortoto mgt to make the bed tollerable

The location of this property is perfect. Within walking distance of everything & very quiet. The room was lovely and the view incredible.

We would have given this property 10/10 if i wasn't for the access to the apartment itself and the parking garage. Having arrived after a long tiring journey, it was hard to find the actual entrance door. Also the instructions for the entrance code, were not clear and it did take us some time to get inside. With regards to accessing the parking garage. This was another challenge and something which could be easily improved upon. Thankfully we were a party of 2, I fear if you were a solo traveller this could be cause for quite some stress. For example when we were checking out - Once the car was out of the garage we had to re-enter the building, go back up in the lift to level 5, enter the apartment, leave the garage key there, go back down in the lift and leave. As there was no where to park our car close by the apartment, my husband had to stay with the vehicle. As it was a busy day, he kept having to move the car and drive around the streets. I'm sure there is an easier and more simplified way for guests to obtain the garage key.

Une vue exceptionnelle sur Porto et bien situé qui permet de faire Porto a pied. Un bel appartement confortable et calme. Très bonne literie.

Attention a la baignoire dangereuse. Une douche a l italienne serait beaucoup plus approprié.

View from the big windows over Porto; The architectural style of the building and in particular of the apartment; The location of the apartment is Gaia in front of Porto on the other side of Douro river ; Gaia is also very interesting for many reasons: Porto wine cellars; wine tastings, history;

In summertime in Porto it is hot and it is not so easy to get fresh air in the apartment 14 since most windows are blocked.

It is part of ruins which make it a very interesting stay. All information for our stay was communicated well in advance and directions were clear to find the parking and the apartment. The apartment is roomy with lots of space. There is a downstairs area - I assume if more people are staying, but it was locked, so could not investigate. A really nice convenience is that one has direct street access to the apartment once checked in. It also looked as if it was recently refurbished, so was in a pristine condition. The apartment is on the sherry tasting houses’ side, so not in the city. But we walked to the city - to explore, or one may take an uber. We had a brilliant stay. They were also exceptionally helpful, my partner forgot his laptop in the apartment. It took a while but we did receive it on the day that we left for Spain. We were most grateful. We definitely will stay there again on a future visit to Porto.

Although it was part of ruins, one could not really appreciate it as the bedroom was looking onto it with floor to ceiling windows - nice feature except that anyone walking past has a nice view of you in your bedroom. A real shame, maybe one-way tints could be applied so that one can enjoy the view without becoming the view. There are table and chairs outside, so not completely lost. There was no kettle, needed a pot to heat up water for tea. The induction stove was very efficient but a kettle to put on the induction stove would have nice. I felt the apartment was a bit sterile, no welcoming touches. It is a self-catering and all the other places we stayed had at least salt&pepper and oil&balsamic available. It is not essential but it is thoughtful.

The place was beautiful, very well furnished, super clean and had all the equipment I needed during my stay, the washer-dryer was a godsend. My communication with the host was seamless, the apartment is very peaceful and quiet and is a place I could comfortably live in

This was like a wee sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. The views never got old. The apartment was well equipped with everything you needed for a few days including a washing machine and the opportunity for secure parking. Best night sleep I have had in months.

It wasn't the first time they found the entrance to the building. It would be good to post a couple of photos of the building with an indication of the entrance.

The views were amazing, the apartment was spotless, comfortable and very tasteful and correspondence from the hosts was wonderful! It was a 5 minute walk to a pizza restaurant and a lovely new hotel where we enjoyed breakfast on one of the mornings. It was only a further 10 minute walk to Gaia waterfront.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the over side of the river. Yet an easy walk to that hustle and bustle.

No privacy when shower!

The host was very responsive, friendly and cooperative. The apartment downstairs was exceptional in terms of finishing and furnishing but had limited view. The top apartment had an exceptional view through the panoramic windows but the furnishing and finish was not as good as the other apartment, yet was still very good. The switch between apartments happened easily, swiftly, and with a lot of support from the host upon my personal request from the downstairs apartment to the panoramic view one. The inner patio was also very interesting and nice.

Very, very stiff bed that my wife didn't like. We were going to use the washing machine on our last day before we flew to Terceira island, but when i opened the machine i was hit in the face with extreme mold smell, and in the rubber water trap by the door there was white floating mold in a stale puddle of water, and black mold on the bottom of the puddle, i took a piece of tissue and drained the water and put the machine on a cycle with soap in hopes of removing the smell, but it did not go away, so we did not use the washing machine in fear of our clothes being contaminated with the smell of mold inside of the machine :(. We ended upp ferrying our dirty clothes to Terceira and walking 20 minutes from our hotel there to a local laundromat in order to clean our clothes.

The location was amazing. The flat itself was sparkling clean, very spacious, and perfectly equipped with everything one may need.

Beautiful and clean studio apartment with all amenities overlooking the river. Excellent repsonsiveness of the hosts. Also they cleaned the apartment in the middle of my stay which was nice. Quite far to walk to the other side of the river

Pros: Amazing views Great location Well equipped kitchen

Cons: No natural ventilation apart from a small gap on the front window so flat gets really warm easily. The stand alone fan provided makes the same noise as an airplane about to take off so I had to get noise cancelling headphones to sleep. There are 2 leaks in the roof and it actually rains inside the flat which I was first told they knew nothing about it to eventually been made aware they know about the issue which has been happening for years due to ill fitted roof. After waiting for a week and much chasing they agreed to refund me one night minus €25 for housekeeping. Very old, over used scratchy towels provided. I asked the housekeeper if I could have new ones and was told that’s all they had for guests. Had to turn radiator on as the temperatures started to lower in the evenings alongside the rainfalls and woke up one morning with a radiator cover dislodged falling towards the main floor to ceiling windows which could have caused it to shatter. Housekeeping only on stays over 3 nights at €25 per stay not specified when booking is made. Housekeeper knocked once at the locked door then let herself in without any notice. I was recovering from a surgery in bed and didn’t appreciate the invasion of privacy having a stranger simply unlocking the door to let themselves in. No smart TV so I couldn’t plug my fire stick or connect to my Netflix/Prime account.
