Location, cleaning, microwave and coffee machine!

Couch needs to be replaced and refrigerator does not work out properly!!!!

Just nearby Roma Termini train station, making it easy for our departure to the airport. The hotel was attentive upon our arrival and the room was better than what we expected ! They accommodated our request for twin beds and the room was clean.

Чудовий маленький готель. Близько до всіх пам'яток. Постійне спілкування адміністрації зі своїми відвідувачами-приємна турбота. Хоч номери не дуже великі, але все необхідне є! На кухні можна зробити ароматну каву+круасан в подарунок. Нам з донечкою дуже сподобалося. До речі, ресторани в окрузі працюють зі 7 ранку до першої ночі.

The Santa Maria was extraordinarily clean and neat; not luxurious but everything you need is supplied and the staff was friendly and helpful. They say no breakfast BUT in your room is coffee/tea equipment and free yoghurt and orange juice in the mini fridge. They also have a small kitchen with microwave etc for guests' use. AND hanging on my doorknob in the morning were 2 delicious croissants.

I had a little trouble using the keys provided for self entry, but quickly figured it out.

Frukosten är en croissant, så här kan det bli lite bättre men den var god i alla fall.

La posizione è davvero ottima, non lontano da stazione Termini, a due passi dalla Basilica di S. Maria Maggiore ed altre importanti chiese.

Hotel jest świetnie położony. Blisko Termini, Kolosseum i Starego Miasta. Miła niespodzianka z croissantami z rana.

Głośno na korytarzu. Ściany cienkie, słychać chrapanie sąsiada. Wykonywanie zdjęć dowodów osobistych co jest nielegalne w UE.

Comfy beds, nice shower, friendly staff. The small pastry every morning was delicious and very welcome.

We were on the street side so there was a lot of noise from cars and busses passing by, also during the night. The windows are not that sound proof. On sunday it was way les crowded outside so less noise.

Emplacement et bonne taille de la chambre, literie de qualité. Bouteilles d’eau chaque jour ++.

Le store ne ferme pas ou quasi pas, problème signalé et personne n’est venu le régler malgré promesse.

Отель расположен рядом с вокзалом Термини и Санта Мария Маджоре.Удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей.И просто побродить по улочкам.Сам отель находится на нескольких этажах жилого дома.Чистые уютные номера,удобная постель.Приветственный напиток (сок и вода),чайник и полный набор (кофе,чай,сливки,сахар),минихолодильник.На каждом этаже есть миникухня с кофемашиной и микроволновкой, утюг. По утрам-круассаны или другая выпечка.Доступна услуга хранения багажа.Персонал приветливый,всегда на связи.Нам было очень комфортно.

Bellissimo soggiorno in stanza pulita e vicina a Termini. Lo staff è molto gentile, e c'è anche colazione inclusa! Un vero piacere soggiornare in queste bel posto!

Instalaciones súper buenas! Personal muy amable, está muy cerca de algunos lugares para visitar. Todos los días en tu puerta croissant frescos para desayunar, son amigables con los perros de servicio.

Que no se pudiera hacer Check in más tarde de las 23:30hrs, tuve que pagar 20 euros adicionales pero si llegas dentro de su horario no hay mayor inconveniente.

Я бы кратко ответил - без изысков, молодежно, простенько, чисто. Имеется площадь мини кухни для подогрева еды, приготовления чая и кофе и там же можно перекусить.

Хотелось бы, чтобы было и минимальное количество посуды для приготовления еды, если это не противоречит правилам апартаментов. Сварить спагетти, приготовить амулет и т.д. Фото на сайте отличается немного от увиденного.

Everthing was clean. Kithcen room and also yogurht/ soft drinks free to go in the refrigerator were a pleasant surprise. Grateful for the option of early check-in without additional charge. 10min walk from Termini. Very comfortable in travelwise.

The property is very centrally located, 2 minutes' walk from Vittorio Emanuel underground station. 5 minutes walk from Termini station. The room is clean and has everything you may need. There is a kitchen for shared use. It is a very kind gesture that they hang croissants and doughnuts on the door for breakfast every morning, ın addition, Yoghurt water and drinks in the fridge were offered and replenished every day. Air condition, TV everything was working as it should.

This is a lovely little Inn close to the train station. Spotlessly clean with a beautiful view of Santa Maria Maggiore. The best part of our stay was being treated to little extras like free drinks, yogurts, cookies, crackers and baked goods every morning as well as having a cute little kitchen/sitting area where we could help ourselves to coffee and tea or sit and read a book. The only negative was the traffic noise from outside but it did not impact our stay.

Great location, clean and spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff. Coffee,tea,snacks available in the room. Coffee and tea available in the shared kitchen as well. Fresh and delicious pastry delivered every morning. Toiletries available in the bathroom. Check in available from 1pm, luggage storage if needed. I got a free upgrade which was amazing. I could hear the traffic from the main street but was able to sleep without any problems when used the earplugs. Also, I'm a light sleeper so it might not bother some people at all. Overall, I'd stay in this hotel again. And I'd give it more than 2 stars!

Everything was great.

Room was clean, tidy and we had everything that we needed. We also got breakfast. It was very close to roma termini, but in nice neighbourhood, with many bars and pubs.

The location was nice, really close to Roma Termini. Different shops and places to eat around.

The elevator doesn't have a sensor, it almost closed on me. Don't want to imagine what would've happened if it did. The place was hard to find too, they should add more signs.

We booked the Junior Suite and it was very good! It was very clean, we received breakfast every morning and the fridge was constantly restocked for free! Their service was perfect, always available via WhatsApp and fast responses! There is a bus stop right in front of the accommodation and a supermarket very close by

The airconditioner didn’t work perfectly but we contacted them via WhatsApp and everything worked out in the end.

Staff were so friendly and helpful giving clear instructions on the room and letting me know that I could ask them more questions if needed. Room was large and air con was great. Really beautifully decorated and really appreciated private ensuite. Also it’s so close to Roma Termini train station and an amazing park which had film, poetry, dance, and music all going at once.

It’s on a side street in the city and I didn’t know how safe it was at night - I ended up being totally fine but I wouldn’t recommend staying out too late.

It was clean

First time I wasn't happy with the front desk personnel. When I asked how to get somewhere, she told me to google it. Now, mind you, this was my first day in Rome, not knowing where I was. The room was nice but not soundproof.

Convenient location. Renovated and clean room, with good AC. Welcoming staff, came by request to check us in after official hours. Shared kitchen to make coffee along with complimentary breakfast pastry.

The only issue was very low to actually none water pressure in 2 out of 3 mornings.

1. Location was excellent 2. Apartment was like living a normal Rome resident which is a great experience 3. The breakfast pastry was fantastic 4. The help yourself kitchen was useful 5. The daily room service was a bonus

It was at times difficult to access reception staff (eg when we initially arrived when no one was behind the 2nd floor reception and when we left our luggage there on day of checkout and we didn't have the keys to the front door). We in the end called using WhatsApp

The bathroom in this place had no water or was very cold. The noise of the street was in the room. The elevator was broken on the first day.

A very short walk from the train/bus terminal. Large sized room with extremely comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Easy check in with super friendly staff. A lovely breakfast and coffee/drinks to help yourself to in the kitchenette.

A little bit noisy as you can hear the other guests if they linger in the corridor, but you can't hear them in their rooms. Earplugs are handy for traveling anyway!

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It had a very homely feeling and we felt very welcomed. I will definitely stay here again. Very clean.

Complimentary croissants and fruit yoghurt for breakfast. A kitchenette with 24/7 access to a coffee machine and tea. Coffee was exceptional! Very friendly staff. Location was also good. You can go to the sites on foot easily. On our last day, we left our stuff at the hotel and picked it up on our way to the Termini station, which is literally 5min away. I'd definitely return and I'd recommend it to my friends.

Double bed was actually 2 single beds brought together and I'd say the walls are a bit too thin.

The staff was cooperative , Rooms were clean and cleaned daily , They left breakfast pastries daily and there were plenty of flavoured yogurts , teas and coffees available everyday. We got complementary prosecco for beds mix up which was also fixed once we let the staff know

Not much , just the two single beds were uncomfy and we slept 3 out of our 5 nights on it . The very sweet gesture of leaving the breakfast on door handles could be improved little in terms of variety.

Nice, cozy, very clean apartments with super friendly staff. They helped us with everything we needed and made our stay very comfortable, 5 stars plus for them. The Inn has a shared kitchen on each floor, where you can serve a coffee and have breakfast. Location is very good, just couple of min of walk from Termini and a 10-15 min walk from major touristical locations. We felt like home, loved our stay in Rome.

Can get a bit noisy due to the fact that it has big windows facing the main street, but wearing earplugs solved the problem.

Everything was great.

The apartment was bright, clean and comfortable. The area was perfect, close to the train station, some great restaurants around us. We were able to easily see so many amazing sights from this location. We had a great time at the restaurant opposite our accommodation with yummy food and a very entertaining owner! We recommend staying here.

Great value for the price. Very cozy and clean. Staff super friendly and warm. They are changing towels every day, there are shampoo, shower gell and soap in the bathroom and the hairdryer as well! Location itself is great as well, it takes around 25 minutes by walk to the city center, but the metro is just 3 minutes away too and it can take you to the center in 5-7 minutes! Overall- a great experience and we are definitely coming back!!

Lovely, welcoming staff and a really nicely decorated room with a small fridge. The bathroom was very nicely done and everything perfectly clean. They generously provided yoghurts, snacks and water in the room, and in the morning they'd hang a bag of fresh croissants/pastries on the door handle! In the kitchen we could make ourselves unlimited cups of tea and coffee, and had access to a microwave.

Everything was beyond the expectations

the continental breakfast delivered to our room each morning was a great start to the day. For a European city our room was larger than we expected. Location was great.

The entrance was like an apartment building with no prominent signage outside. We didn’t even believe we were at the Inn and our taxi driver called to the reception desk and they came downstairs to meet us. But our motto became ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’ as our stay was excellent and staff awesome.

Very convenient location: just few steps from the spot where buses from/to Fiumicino airport stop, close to metro. Nice and cosy rooms, spotless clean, with a breakfast treat at the door in the morning. Very caring and helpful staff - guys, you are excellent!

You really need to look to find the entrance of the building. More explanation during booking would be great.
