Perfect place, walkable to all city attractions, very clean and comfortable apartment. europe is known for small rooms, but not this one! We felt like at home! Good air condition, fully equipped kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable! Stuff very friendly and helpful with city guidance and advices on public transportation.

Location, the space is large and very comfortable, updated bathrooms, kitchenette, appliances. Large windows, we had a beautiful view of Parque de la Montaña. A few minutes walk to many sights. Very friendly staff and helpful when asked for recommendations. Especially Gabriela, she sent us to a very good tapas place the first night and an excellent cafe for breakfast. In addition, we were driving and they advised us about driving restrictions in Madrid Centro if the car doesn't have the 0 emissions sticker. Ours did, but still, they were proactive with us in avoiding a fee by giving us instructions to reach the hotel without entering the restricted area.

位置非常好，离马德里皇宫步行10分钟，酒店附近步行5-6分钟有烟杂小超市，要稍微大一点的超市，就要到20分钟之外了。 空间非常大，行李摊的开。2室一厅的Deluxe房型和安静度不如Superior的那么好，2间卫生间，很适合家庭地居住。朋友一室一厅的房间有微波炉，但是我们2室一厅的反尔没有。 房间不提供矿泉水，但是前台有免费的饮水机，提供冰或者常温。

客厅没有纸巾。 住两晚，如果要打扫需要主动和前台说，看了桌上有本册子有具体介绍。 Deluxe skyline的房间在整个公寓的转角处，周末附近公园有人弹琴，聊天，隔音不是很好。

La posizione era strategica e in un quartiere pulito e tranquillo, vicino a tutto. Lo staff gentilissimo e l’appartamento era tenuto benissimo e pulitissimo. Ottimo anche il fatto di avere a disposizione una reception H24 per qualsiasi problema.

Anche se ogni piano ha una stanza lavanderia a disposizione gratuitamente, forse servirebbe un servizio lavanderia, tipo albergo, ovviamente a pagamento.

En general nos pareció muy amplio y bien equipado. Probablemente las ventajas que tiene en general, comparado con los demás sitios que conozco y que estuve mirando antes de decidirme por este, serían: disponer de recepción física las 24h, puedes acudir en cualquier momento al encargado si necesitas algo, hay lavadora compartida y también hay una máquina de comida y bebida en recepción que siempre viene bien. Además, hay parking gratis y está justo fuera de la zona de bajas emisiones de Madrid, por lo que puedes acceder con un vehículo de etiqueta B o C sin problemas. El lugar, además, es muy nuevo y limpio. El precio es ajustado, teniendo en cuenta su ubicación y comparado con otros lugares similares.

Se escuchan los ruidos de la calle. Nada que impida el descanso (es una calle secundaria), y más teniendo en cuenta lo céntrico que es.

We couldn’t connect to wifi, receptionist couldn’t help at the time and said that he’ll look into that problem with his colleagues and let us know but later didn’t give us any feedback on that. This also happened on our previous stay here but on that occasion the receptionist provided assistance and solved the issue but no such luck this time…

The apartment is comfortable and everything was clean and well equipped

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable and specially the air conditioning didn’t work in the bedrooms and woudn’t go below 21 in the living room so the bedrooms were pretty warm and we couldn’t rest propperly

Great apartment, very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Two big bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a nice living room with on suite kitchen. Had a nice view of the park since we were on the 5th floor. Nice touch the welcome nespresso pods. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. Located at a quiet place but not far away from the major sightseeing spots. Some great restaurants nearby (recommend Dudua Palacio which is 3 min walk). With 24-hours reception and washing machine on each floor. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment which is spacipus. Mattress is great and we have a good rest. Strongly recommend!

The apartment was great. The inside was clean and modern. The amenities, including the coffeemaker, were great. Gabriela the receptionist was kind and friendly and gave us a great recommendation on check-in to visit the Royal Palace for the changing of the guard that only happens once a month. This was a safe, secure location. It's a quiet neighborhood with good access to the Palace and the Gran Via, and we were 10-15 minutes from almost everything. Great place and highly recommended!

Sin duda es un excelente Apart-Hotel. Nos hemos quedado en apartamentos con terraza de uno y dos dormitorios. Las cálidas cenas en las terrazas fueron inolvidables. Todos los elementos de cocina en buen estado para cocinar en el piso. Muy limpio. La atención de Diego y Jaime ha sido impecable: atentos, respetuosos, tratando de facilitar todo. También nos hemos quedado en un apartamento de un dormitorio sin terraza y está muy bueno, completo y con todos los accesorios para cocinar. Lavarropas y secarropas uno por piso para los apartamentos de ese nivel, por un euro te venden el jabón de lavarropas y lavavajillas. Buenas toallas y sábanas. Recibieron 2 paquetes que envié al hotel, no cobraron la recepción como lo hacen en Miami. Vamos mucho a Madrid por nuestro hijo y seguiremos alojándonos en Amber Plaza de España.

En el apartamento sin terraza no me gustó que la bacha de agua del lavabo (o lavatorio) está en un espacio abierto al dormitorio, molesta a la persona que duerme. Prefiero como en los apartamentos con terraza que uno cierra la puerta del baño y no molesta a nadie.

Easy to check in and the reception was extremely helpful in giving us places to visit on our mini-Madrid visit. (We did get to see all of them 😉). Apartment is exquisite and the balcony was great for sunsets. Located across from a park which made for some great early morning runs. We will be back!

Location is so good, you can enjoy a good morning walk in the part just next to the apartment, stuffs are friendly, and you can easily find good restaurants around. Walking distance to metro, Campo del Moro and Palacio Real de Madrid; good neighborhood, comfy room. highly recommend to all.

Only one thing that was a problem in that there was no hot water for the showers in the morning. This may have been linked to some construction that was being done. We have stayed in the hotel a few times and this has not been a problem previously so this was most likely a one-off. It will not put us off staying at the hotel in future.

Muito confortável, espaçoso, bem decorado e mobilado. Foi excelente ter uma cozinha completamente equipada com máquina de lavar-louça, bem como a lavandaria com máquina de secar em cada piso. Rua muito tranquila apesar da grande proximidade da Plaza de España, do Templo de Debod, dos Jardins de Sabatini e do Palácio Real. Estacionamento subterrâneo no próprio hotel. Na rua mesmo ao pé do hotel havia um elevador a funcionar para os jardins de Fanjul o que foi óptimo para circular com o carrinho de bebé sem ter de subir escadas ou dar voltas maiores. O hotel tem um jardim interior muito agradável com parte coberta e descoberta onde se pode relaxar.

Madrid definiu grandes áreas como zonas vermelhas onde não se pode circular sem um selo ou autorização especial. Não é fácil encontrar informação para resolver a situação online no site institucional da cidade. O hotel informou-nos na véspera da chegada enviando informações sobre quais os trajectos alternativos poderíamos fazer para chegar, sem atravessar o centro e evitar assim uma multa automática de 200 euros. Infelizmente, nem o Waze nem o Google Maps oferece a possibilidade de criar caminhos alternativos por isso tem de se ir com atenção e seguir pelas vias indicadas pelo hotel e esperar que as aplicações de GPS reprogramem a partir daí.

We stayed here for three nights to attend a concert. As someone who has been to Madrid before, location is everything. This place is in an excellent location. Close to two Metro stations, close to restaurants and stores, but not in the middle of the craziness. Walking through Plaza de España just to get to the apartment made it worth it every single time.

Clothes dryer took long (could be user error). No gym, no swimming pool. No English TV

The hotel was well located, very comfortable & spotlessly clean with plenty of room in the apartment. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in on this 3 week holiday! Parking was easily accessible. The staff were extremely helpful especially Lorna who was a star with advice & recommendations. Information from the hotel regarding directions before arriving was helpful too.

There was not anything to dislike aside from a minor point of the bathroom sink being in the bedroom & not in the bathroom!

The property was clean and the we were happy with the location as it gave us easy access to Plaza de España and the Palace. We were looking for an area that we hadn’t stayed in before

The fact that I accidentally left a pair of shoes there and even though I contacted the staff to inform them on the day we left of the issue, someone who works there had obviously taken them for themselves. It’s not a good feeling to know you are in the midst of dishonest people We were there three nights and to give only two coffee capsules and one dishwasher tablet is very mean. Other places that we have stayed are a lot more generous. I can understand that having unlimited access to these things is something some people would take advantage of but to then charge an £1 extra per capsule and tablet when you are already paying for the accommodation is stingy

Great place to stay right in the centre of Madrid. Check-in was very easy & having staff on site 24 hours was very convenient since we arrived quite late. Apartment was just as advertised and had everything we needed. Location was absolutely superb! So close to everything we needed. Staff were very helpful & kind. The location is perfect. The view is beautiful! It has free parking (even though it's bit tight).

Hard to believe that the furniture is so bad quality. One of the bar chair suddenly collapsed while I was sitting on it (I am not heavy). I fell on the floor but luck didn't hurt myself too bad. When I checked the broken legs of the chair, I could tell they were broken before and badly repaired. Be careful!

Reception staff were exceptionally good. We needed medical attention and they sorted it so efficiently for us.

Banyoda sıvı sabun olmasını tercih ederdik, 4 kişi için 2 adet küçük kalıp sabun yetersizdi. Yine evdeki temizlik malzemeleri çok kısıtlıydı. Banyodaki saç kurutma makinelerinden biri neredeyse çalışmıyor gibiydi. Giriş işlemleri biraz yavaştı ancak personel cana yakındı.

Nice location at a corner of Place de Eapana and down the stairs or elevator and around the corner. Room was plenty big for a couple with a separate bedroom and bathroom area plus a living room and kitchen area. Kitchen amenities are easy to use and work well. Lots of natural light in the room from two large windows. AC worked very well as outside temperature was over 30 degrees C every day. The outside garden area on the main floor was also a pleasant little touch. We enjoyed bringing down a drink to sit there in the evening. Staff was pleasant and friendly. All spoke English which was helpful for us.

i feel like your listing on booking.com is not accurate, it's incredibly hard to distinguish which room you're getting and it sure seemed like there was a rooftop you could access, but there wasn't. Not sure how to fix that on Booking.com - when facilities have multiple options - it's VERY VERY hard to figure out what you're actually booking cuz the photos don't seem to line up with the actual rooms booked.

The apartment was excellent. We had taken the 1 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor, apt 15. The place was clean, big with friendly and very helpful staff. The location of the place is perfect. It's right opposite from temple Debod, 10 mins walking from the royal palace, Plaza España, Gran Vie and other major spots. They have a 24/7 reception which comes very handy for making taxi and other bookings. I will recommend to all.

Fantastic location close to the park. Beautiful apartment and facilities. Staff so very helpful when we asked for a mattress topper for our sofa bed making it so much more comfortable for an adult to sleep on.

Overall, our stay at Plaza de España Skyline was nice, but it was a little different than what I expected. I didn’t fully realize when booking that this is more like an apartment complex with "hotel" rooms, so it felt more like an Airbnb-style stay than a traditional hotel. The location was good and pretty close to a lot of the main attractions in Madrid. The apartment itself was huge, the bed was comfortable, and having a stove and fridge was really nice. The parking was also very easy to use, which we really appreciated. That being said, there were a few things I wish I had understood better before booking. There are no regular cleanings included, and you have to pay extra if you want someone to tidy up, take out trash, bring fresh towels, change sheets, etc. There also weren’t any major amenities that really stood out. The staff were not the friendliest during our stay. The biggest inconvenience was that we only received one key card. The key card was needed for the lights, room, front doors, and getting in and out of the parking garage. This made things difficult when my partner wanted to go get coffee and I wanted to sleep in. He had to take the card with him, which meant the lights turned off, and I couldn’t really get ready until there was enough sunlight. I think this could be a great stay if you are looking for more of an apartment or Airbnb feel, and maybe I should have read the fine print more carefully so I knew what to expect. I’m not sure I would personally stay here again, but I would still recommend it to others depending on what kind of stay they are looking for.

Our apartment had 2 en-suite bedrooms and was spotless. The design of the apartment and furnishings was excellent and the beds really comfortable. The location of the Skyline is excellent- so many great places to visit are within a 30 mins walk inc the Palacio Real which is very close by. All the concierge staff were so welcoming and helpful and the cleaning staff obviously really work hard. The Skyline, as well as Madrid, exceeded our expectations!

Excellent overall experience. From check in to check out everything was easy. The apartment was super clean, spacious and had everything one would need. They also have a laundry room available on every floor, which made it extremely convenient for us. Location is excellent only about a 15 to 18 minute walk to the heart of Gran Via. Easily explore Madrid by foot. I highly recommend Plaza de Espana Skyline to everyone.
