Great Location close to everything, minutes to all attractions & wonderful Restaurants.

Room & Bathroom were very tiny , but expected, no fridge in your room made it very uncomfortable particularly how hot it was to have a cold water drink ready available. Noise from the street was also a factor.

Everything was spotless, the location is great, the communication with the hosts was quick, the staff is very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.

Very clean and comfortable. Stayed at Caruso suite. Rooftop breakfast was nice. Although available too short time (until 9:30am). Very good location to walk around town or to beach.

Beautiful location- but it is noisy. In the evening street full of people and in the morning church bells, but otherwise all good.

El edificio está localizado en el corazón de Nápoles, por lo cual pudimos acceder a pie a las principales calles y sitios de interés, incluyendo una estación del metro y la estación central del tren. El piso donde se encuentran la habitación es moderno y súper agradable con A/C integrado, mesas y sillas. Tuve la facilidad de tener una cocina abierta para tomar bebidas frías, café o te a cualquier hora del día y la noche y, por su puesto, desayuno incluido con una variedad de opciones. Por otro lado, la habitación es amplia, luminosa y la cama súper confortable ideal para descansar luego de recorrer la ciudad. Y lo más importante, Andrea el host siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar.

La localisation

Les moyens d’accès au logement et les informations d’arrivée était délétère, voir absentes! beaucoup de stress avec des portes qui s’ouvraient pas et pas de personnel sur place, contrairement à ce qui nous a été dit la veille par téléphone. Coupure de courant la veille du départ, impossibilité de rentrer dans l’immeuble, sauf l’intervention d’un ami du gérant, ensuite pas d’électricité dans la chambre nécessitant à passer la soirée dans un restaurant pour charger son téléphone, faire les démarches du départ pour le lendemain, donc des frais supplémentaires !!!! Information goutte par goutte, rien de clair et de rassurant, malgré la « bonne volonté » du gérant qui souhaitait faire tout à distance, alors qu’il avait affirmé la veille, suite à mon appel, qu’il sera sur place! Très insécurisant, car tout était décidé à la dernière minute, improvisé! Pas de sentiment d’indépendance, mais plutôt de dépendance du gérant, qu’on devrait appeler sans cesse … Il répondait, mais on n’avait pas besoin de dépendre de qq tout le temps, beaucoup de stress pour ce qu’on appelle des vacances pour se détendre! Naples : ville très sale!

We liked that the apartment is in a central location in the historical part. It was clean and the host was responsive and helped us with all kinds of suggestions.

La literie et la chambre. On est loin de la photo mise par l’établissement sur le site booking. La chambre est petite, c est vieux et les murs méritent un bon rafraîchissement de plus la literie est exécrable. Toutefois les lieux sont très propres heureusement.

Perfekte Lage. Gleich am Dom und am historischen Zentrum. Wir haben alles zu Fuß gemacht und so erlebt man Neapel am besten. Unser Gastgeber Andrea ist sehr nett und hat uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Frühstück war super, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Absolute Empfehlung. Zimmer sehr schön und sehr sauber.

Nous avons apprécié le contact avec Andrea, qui est très agréable. L’accès à la chambre a été très facile et pas compliqué. Les adresses qu’il conseille via son lien sont sublimes. A 3 dans la chambre familiale c’était confortable. La chambre est bien située dans le centre historique de Naples. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait. Le personnel de nettoyage est aussi très sympathique.

Le matelas du lit était un peu dur pour nous.

Andrea var mycket trevlig värd som verkligen ville att vi skulle trivas och vara nöjda. Han svarade snabbt på frågor och löste problem som uppstod snabnt.

Det hade varit bra att veta i förväg att boendet var obemannat, förutom vid frukosten.

Absolument rien

La habitación es muy cómoda y amplia y el baño está fenomenal con ducha. Andrea es un encanto que nos servía el desayuno y nos asesoraba sobre que hacer en esos días. Ha sido mi segunda visita a Nápoles y sin duda volvería y me alojaría en el mismo sitio

Para mí no es un problema , pero no hay ascensor , aunque es un primer piso para personas con movilidad reducida no seria lo ideal.

Situación perfecta muy céntrico. El dueño Andrea encantador, te facilita todo lo que necesitas. Sitio muy recomendable

El aseo no tiene calefacción y aunque el clima es bueno, por la mañana la ducha un poco frío. Ponen en la descripcion que dan zapatillas y no es así.

Amazing! Andrea was an incredible host – very friendly and extremely helpful. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and sights, and was available throughout the day to assist with anything we needed. He really went above and beyond to help arrange everything we asked for. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located right in the heart of Napoli. The area felt authentic and cozy, with plenty of charm. We also loved the smart system for unlocking the doors with our phones – such a clever and convenient touch! All in all, a wonderful experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back, and I would definitely choose this place again without hesitation.

Super Service und die Zentrale Lage

Camera molto carina, pulita e arredata con gusto. Bagno con bidet e doccia capiente. Avevamo la colazione compresa (solo dolce) host molto disponibile. Zona a due passi dal Duomo e devo dire tranquilla soprattutto di notte. Sicuramente n buon posto strategico per potersi muovere a Napoli

Sarebbe bello avere qualcosa anche di salato nella colazione. Magari togliendo dolci confezionati. Consiglio

Die Matratzen waren sehr hart, man hat jede einzelne Sprungfeder gespürt… Rückenschmerzen! Die Dusche war defekt und es gab keine Haken für die Garderobe, was für drei Menschen bei schlechtem Wetter ein Problem war.

Il letto è molto comodo, il bagno è nuovo, Andrea è molto attento. La locazione è giustissima. Mi è piaciuto molto il check-in autogestito.

La camera sente un po di umidità. L'orario della colazione è un po tardi se si vuol partire presto per fare giri in città.

Great location; spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner is extremely caring and thoughtful of the needs of guests. Very good breakfast.

المكان نظيف جداً وموقعه ممتاز في مدينة نابولي، الشارع مليان مطاعم ومقاهي وكل شيء قريب منك. الطاقم كان لطيف جداً وخدوم، فيه فطور لذيذ وقهوة الصباح. شكراً لأندريا، تجربة جميلة وراح تتكرر مرة ثانية.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’accueil d’Andrea. Il est disponible, intéressant et de très bon conseil. Et l’emplacement est idéal.

Нямам забележки, всичко беше много добре - локация, качество на стаята, закуската е прилична и преди всичко любезно отношение и отзивчивост на домакина. При следващия си престой в Неапол ще отседна на същото място.

Ne-a oferit suportul ori de cate ori a fost necesar; Intradevar camerele necesita o usoara renovare, dar este de inteles avand in vedere ca este situata intr-o cladire veche. Accesul se realizeaza cu un singur card folosit pentru toate intrarile.

Hele fijne plek, mooie lokatie (top) en heel behulpzaam personeel. Ook de host, Andrea was altijd bereikbaar.

Great location which made it easy to walk to all the tourist spots. The only downside was it was on the first floor with no elevator access. The staff were very friendly and did help with our bags though.

The communication was extremely slow before we got there, but we were later informed by the host that he had been having some problem with the booking.com site. Once we were at the place and transitioned communication to What’s App, he was responsive and very helpful.

Das Frühstück mit Tipps für den Urlaub, Andrea ist wundervoll! Man fühlt sich wie bei Freunden. Die Unterkunft war mitten in der Stadt, aber hat sich wie eine stille, sichere Oase angefühlt.

Esta ubicado a un minuto del Duomo, muy cerca de restaurantes, en una zona bien comunicada y muy cerca de lugares de interés. First thing to note is that it is a boutique hotel that is essentially one floor of a building. There is no lobby or reception area. It is not a problem, but something to note if you are looking for a traditional hotel setup. Pros: 1. The host of the property was great. He helped us gain access to the building and our room remotely. 2. The location was very convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. There are countless restaurants and shops nearby. 3. The breakfast was nice. It was served in a communal breakfast room along with the other hotel guests. The cappuccino was excellent. Again the host was also very accommodating and knowledgeable. 4. Cons- the room needs some updating to its mechanical systems. The a/c unit made a lot of random noises that made it difficult to sleep. The shower water knob came off. It was easy to get back on but the water temperature is uncontrollable and changes without touching the knob. There is one fitted sheet on the bed and one top sheet. No blanket. This seems common in Europe. Overall it was a good experience.

Uitstekende locatie. Schoon appartement. Zeer goede gastheer. Andrea gaf veel informatie over de stad, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden.

De kamer zou iets meer comfort geven als er goede zitgelegenheid zou zijn (comfy chairs). Het appartement laat zich slecht verduisteren door schijnwerpers die op t gebouw gericht zijn.

Die Unterkunft war geräumig, sauber, klimatisiert und sehr zentral gelegen. Das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The room was clean and neat. Perfect location in historical centre, close to everything in just few steps. Our host was very kind and helpful. A must to choose if visiting Napoli anytime soon.

La estancia fue perfecta. No sabría poner nada malo en el apartamento. Desde que llegamos, nos dimos cuenta de la excelente ubicación que tiene, está a 20 metros del centro histórico, las calles principales y de la verdadera Nápoles. El apartamento genial, buen cuarto de baño, buena cama y todo muy limpio. Sin duda nuestro anfitrión, Andrea fue también de lo mejor de nuestras vacaciones. Nos recibió con los brazos abiertos, lleno de consejos, recomendaciones de restaurantes, lugares que visitar, incluso aportándonos una guía hecha por el. Todas las mañanas te sirve el desayuno, dulces , café y bollería típica de Nápoles recién hecha. Una persona genial , con una estancia muy agradable. Sin duda volveremos y lo recomendamos 100%
