De wc bril zat bij aankomst los en hebben we er dus maar naast gezet. We hebben dit ook gemeld, maar we kregen het idee dat ze dacht dat wij dit zelf gedaan hadden. We hadden lekkage in het plafond in de badkamer. Ee was vaak niemand aanwezig bij de receptie als we een vraag hadden of onze was wilden ophalen. Het is al best wel een oude guesthouse met weinig sfeer.

The room unfortunately smelled like a smoker was there and the windows of the single room open up onto the floor where they do laundry. Did not feel like there was much privacy nor did I really feel comfortable to open the windows and have the fan on (to air out the smell) since they were working so hard all the way into 2am.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2025This homestay blew our expectations! It was more like a hotel - hotel room keys, super spacious room with a fridge, water, nice bathroom, air con. The room was even serviced every day with new bottles of water, towels and cleaned. Loan the host was awesome - gave us lots of info about what to do around Hoi an and helped us with anything we needed. Great location as well able to walk to everything.

Daily cleaning and bottled water, good firm mattress and excellent quality bed linen and towels. Traditional old building with modern toilets and showers. Wonderful caring staff, great pool, everything as advertised but better!

We extended our stay and the hosts were very accommodating. Great location, right near the markets. Perfect for wandering around everywhere. We loved returning from a day of exploring to have a swim.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2018The staff are very nice and there are local options for breakfast (noodles). The omelets are just scrambled eggs. It is tucked away on a quiet side street just two blocks from the night market. The room was clean but smelled very badly of mildew. I told them that and they put a ginger concoction in my room, which was a nice effort but only masked the smell. The curtain was not screwed in properly (holes were too big) and it fell off, significantly reducing privacy.
