Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The host is easy to reach and allowed us to bring our luggage early, which was really helpful. The room is large, the bed too. There's a shared kitchen with a large fridge. It was quiet. If you like shopping, there's a lot of it around this area.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026リンク内ではありませんが、地下鉄で3駅でStefansplatzに出られます。また、マリアヒルファー通りに面していて、気取らない飲食店やカフェが数多くあります。部屋も広く清潔で、対応もとても丁寧です。わからないことはすぐ教えてもらえます。
おおむね満足でした。強いて言えばシャワーの温度調整が難しかったのと、エレベーターがなかったことです。

There was very little to dislike. The room was slightly compact, but overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The room was clean, the beds were confortable, the room was big and has windows to the street and air conditioner that maintain the room fresh although there was 40 degrees outside. The location was excellent over a commercial street with lot of shops and restaurants and a short walk to historic sites.
The shower didn't work, the pressure was very weak and the temperature was either too hot or cold. They don't have cleaning service for the room, but I asked for a towel change and there was no problem at all. One warning for Travellers of age or with heavy luggage, they are on the 3rd floor by stairs. (I already knew because they tell you, in my case that was a problem)

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026The location was great. We could walk to so many sites, plus there is so much shopping and restaurants near by. It was very clean and had all the things we needed - AC (very important in the summer in Vienna!), a TV, coffee and tea....It is not fancy, but has everything you need. Andrea was a very kind and helpful host.
People do need to keep in mind that there are 3 floors to go up each time you return. This would not be a great stay for an elderly person or a person with a disability.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß und auch das Badezimmer hat gepasst. Es handelt sich um eine große Wohnung mit 4 vermieteten Einheiten, so dass man ein wenig drauf angewiesen ist, dass sich die anderen Gäste auch an die Ruhezeiten halten. Die Lage ist super... direkt in der Innenstadt und gegenüber dem Stadtsaal!
Man muss wirklich viele Stufen bis zur Wohnung rausgehen... wir hatten nur Rucksäcke aber (schwere) Koffer oder kleine Kinder möchte ich da nicht rauftragen. Auch Menschen mit Knieproblemen sollten die Unterkunft vielleicht meiden. Aber sonst war alles super!!!

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026It was a really comfortable stay which was easily accessible by the metro. The location was not hard to find. The person in charge was super friendly and really accommodating especially in terms of storing luggage even after checking out.
The only downside was the lack of elevator but it was informed to us beforehand so it wasn’t a surprise.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026部屋はきれいで居心地がよい。繁華街にあるが窓を閉じれば静か。 ロケーション抜群。ウイーン西駅、美術館、Naschmarktへ徒歩圏内。向かいには大きなスーパーマーケット。 地下鉄Neubaugasse駅も目の前で、他のエリアに行くのもとても便利。 オーナーがとても親切で、部屋にはコーヒー、冷蔵庫には飲み水を用意してくれていた。スーパーが休みの日曜日にとても助かった。

Purtroppo tre piani di scale sono un po faticosi. Ci sarebbe da cambiare i cuscini e mettere un topper per rendere uniforme e più confortevole il materasso. Bagno un po' piccolo.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Super schneller und freundlicher Empfang. Die Lage ist toll und wenn man in Zimmer nach hinten hat, auch ruhig. Die Treppen sind mit schweren Gepäck eine sportliche Haurausforderung :-)
Das innen liegende Bad bedarf einer kleinen Sanierung. Die Matratzen der Betten waren nicht so gut und teilweise durch gelegen.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Posizione eccellente, vicino ai negozi, alle metro e vicinissimo al centro di Vienna. La passaggiata fino al centro attraversando questo lungo viale di alberi, è rilassante e piacevole. Camera spaziosa e ben curata, in ogni dettaglio. C'era tutto l'occorrente, acqua fresca e fontanella per ricaricare le borraccie. Ottima accoglienza e simpatia della signora. Si possono lasciare i bagagli in sicurezza per fare gli ultimi giri a Vienna prima di recarsi in aeroporto. Siamo state molto molto bene!
Niente da dire. L'unica cosa che io e mia sorella decollavamo da due città differenti e ho chiesto in anticipo il favore di farle fare il checkin prima del mio arrivo, dato che sarei arrivata 4h dopo di lei. Purtroppo mi ha dovuto aspettare perché non avendo fatto la prenotazione con il suo nome , non potevano farle fare il check-in. Però un consiglio: non è complicato permettere di fare questo se la persona che ha prenotato (io) fa la richiesta e invia , in caso, anche i documenti per non incorrere in "truffe" e far si che vada tutto per il meglio. Mi è dispiaciuto molto! Ma nonostante questo , non mi sento di dare un brutto voto alla struttura, all'ambiente e all'accoglienza. Solo potrebbe essere più organizzato in casi specifici come è stato il mio.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026The location was perfect for us as we walked from the train station. Andrea was kind enough to let us check in a bit earlier, but we also could have left our luggage if needed. The room was clean.
There are a lot of stairs and no lift. This was not a problem for us but if you had a lot of luggage or mobility issues perhaps this is not the right choice for you.

Our rooms were very spacious and incredibly comfortable. Most importantly, the cleanliness was spotless throughout our stay. The owner was exceptionally kind and went out of her way to help us with everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for better service!

Es war sehr kalt, Radiatoren waren nur vormittags warm, wir hatten es gemeldet. Sie sagte, dass die Klimaanlage den Raum wärmt. Wir hatten die Klimaanlage auf 26 Grad gestellt, aber es wurde nicht wärmer.

No elevator, 80plus steps with luggage is unacceptable if help isn't offered, especially for older people. Shower overflows, towels were so thin hard to even dry off after showering. Little notes in the room with instructions or not to move extension cords, very tacky! Room service non existent.

Tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor y hay que subir tres pisos por escalera con las valijas . No hay desayuno

Było bardzo brudno. Sprawiało to wrażenie, że sprzątanie w ogóle nie jest wykonywane. Pleśń w łazience, Na szafach i zasłonach był gruby kurz, było bardzo duszno od kurzu i trudno oddychać. Pobyt był niekomfortowy.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Lastnica nas je lepo sprejela in nam vse razlozila. Dobili smo bon za 24h parkiranje s popustom. Bila je čista in prijetna soba s posteljo in raztegljivim kavčem. Je v centru, na ulici z veliko trgovin in blizu nekaterih znamenitosti, ki jih lahko obiščeš peš. Podzemna je blizu. Bilo je toplo.
Zjutraj nas je prebudil hrup vrtanja v fasado, kaksna mala kuhinja v sobi bi bila dobrodosla. Drugače brez pripomb

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025A Pension Primavera é um alojamento simples mas muito bem localizado, perto da linha de metro laranja, que vai a todo lado. O quarto é grande, tem ótimo frigobar, microondas para eventuais lanches rápidos, chuveiro excelente, aquecimento perfeito. Nos sentimos seguros e voltaríamos a nos hospedar na Pension. Andrea é muito atenciosa e educada.
O alojamento fica no quarto andar de um edifício, são imensas escadas e não tem elevador. Se não for problema, tudo bem mas essa informação é mesmo importante, principalmente para quem viaja com malas pesadas, tem dificuldade de locomoção ou simplesmente não deseja subir tantas escadas. A única reclamação a fazer é sobre o colchão, já está na hora de ser substituído, apresenta deformidade, não foi confortável.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025Posizione veramente eccezionale. Comoda per andare ovunque con fermata metro e autobus sotto casa e negozi di ogni genere nelle vicinanze.
Purtroppo non abbiamo trovato la camera molto pulita. Nei cassetti è nell’armadio c’era molta polvere e l’arredamento era abbastanza vissuto. Non mi è assolutamente piaciuto il dover lasciare le scarpe fuori dalla camera.
